"From the check-in process to the entire stay, it was superb! A day before the booking date, I received an email with the room number and door lock password. It also included a link to upload guests' travel document information to the official website for check-in purposes. There was no need to communicate with staff throughout, making it easy and convenient. Each room type comes with at least one parking space, perfect for families traveling by car. The room facilities were comprehensive and very clean. There were plenty of kitchenware and tableware available, so we could cook meals. The welcome drinks also offered a variety of beverages. The hot spring maintained a suitable temperature and water level at all times, allowing guests to soak whenever they wished. Next to the hot spring, there was a washbasin and a water dispenser, and right beside that, a sauna room – convenient for rehydrating immediately after sweating. The entire experience was excellent. I will definitely book to stay again next time!"

"The hotel is located at Yufuin Station, which takes about 10 minutes by taxi. The room is spacious and has indoor and outdoor private hot springs. The beds are comfortable and ice water and hot water are thoughtfully prepared for us to drink after soaking in the hot springs. We have two meals per stay. Dinner includes Wagyu beef and sashimi! Breakfast is so rich! Alcoholic drinks are not expensive, especially, their plum wine is delicious👍There is a Hong Kong man working in the hotel. Communication is not a problem at all, because it is not a self-driving tour, I got up early the next day to catch JR Hakata. They will help you book a taxi for pick-up and drop-off! In terms of facilities, there are public baths for men and women, massage chairs and beds. My friend and I spent a very comfortable night there!"

"Make sure to check the room amenities carefully. I booked this place and only realized after receiving an email that there was no private bathroom and that I'd have to use a shared one. However, it was clean and odor-free. If your room is on the 3rd floor, the stairs are quite high, so if you have large luggage or mobility issues, you should definitely consider that. I was a bit nervous about the cat mentioned in previous reviews, as I'm allergic. Turns out the cat is very well-behaved and stays mostly in the lobby on the ground floor; you barely even see it, so that was fine."

"The environment is very quiet, very suitable for staying for a few more days, and it feels like home. The kitchen has heating and a barbecue grill, as well as recycling bins. The beds were very comfortable and there was a large TV too. There is no need to worry about shortage of supplies during the few days you stay here. Towels and consumables are plenty. There is also an AEON store open until 10pm on the way back from the street, or a convenience store, which means you can cook. We went there at the end of January. The night sky was very clear. There were no lights on the way to the B&B, so we could see everything very clearly and beautifully. 😊Just be careful not to fall into the ditch... The person in charge told us that this B&B is run by the yakiniku restaurant ”Wasaku”, which is right on the street. It tasted great. After booking the accommodation, you can contact the email address to arrange a free shuttle bus. There seems to be no contact address on trip.com. You may look for the restaurant's email address online. It seems that the same group of people are looking at it."

"I was a little worried because there were some harsh reviews, but it was so good that I would definitely stay again. We stayed with a total of six people, including our family of four and my grandparents. It was a truly relaxing environment, just like staying at home. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and there were three bedrooms so we weren't all sharing and we were able to enjoy our stay at a comfortable distance. There were also supermarkets and hot springs about a 10-minute drive away, so it was very convenient."

No reservations are needed; you just check if the light at the entrance is off, and if so, it's free to use. **Tech-Savvy Management:** Guests can scan a QR code with their phone to instantly check the real-time availability of each private bath, saving you a wasted trip. **A Small Tip:** If you're staying in winter, the path to the outdoor baths and some outdoor showering areas can feel quite cold. If you're sensitive to cold, I recommend prioritizing private baths #1-3, which are indoors. 3. **Dining Experience: A Hearty Yakiniku Feast** We opted for the half-board plan, and dinner was enjoyed at a partner yakiniku restaurant. The wagyu beef was excellent quality and incredibly generous in portion. There was even a bonus offer of unlimited alcoholic beverages and plum wine, making it fantastic value for money. The Japanese-style breakfast the next day was also very filling, providing a great start to our day. 4. **Unique Atmosphere: A Paradise for Animal Lovers** The inn has very gentle cats and dogs living on the premises. If you're lucky, the resident cat manager might even appear in common areas or even come by your room for a patrol. "1. This hotel is located in between yufuin street and yufuin station. 2. You can either talk uber or walk , if you choose to walk , it take about 20mins. 3. Remember to pack light instead of drag big luggages 4. Kinrin lake and Yufuin floral village is about 10min walk from hotel 5. Night time is real quiet , good place for resting 6. Check in procedure is all automated , cashless payment require for onsen tax which is JPY250 7. Onsen facility : there are two private onsen and one public onsen. Private onsen will be first come first serve basis . It is a very local family style ryokan onsen with reasonable price . 8. Cleanliness : I’ll give 9.5/10, the room and all facility is clean 9. Room is HUGE 10. Free bread and coffee for in house guest (limited quantity ) 11. Wifi - not really good, this can be improve"

"We got the room called ”Forest Bath.” It was very clean, and the onsen was comfortably warm. The only downside was the view – a bamboo forest – which wasn't as impressive as expected. The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances: oven, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, and even a Dyson hairdryer. However, I found some of the facilities a bit strange. For example, there was only one shower room, and it was shared with the indoor onsen. So, if you weren't shy, you could shower while someone else was in the onsen. There was also only a glass partition between the shower room and the sink, so someone could clearly see someone showering while they were washing their face. Furthermore, there were two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs, but neither had a sink inside. The upstairs toilet required going downstairs to wash hands, while the downstairs toilet required using the sink in the shower room. Those were the only issues. Otherwise, it was very convenient. You'll need to drive to supermarkets, and the road leading to the area isn't suitable for walking."

"Private hotel, a little bit away from the station, the station is 700 yen by taxi. The host is a couple who communicate in English politely and enthusiastically, and the room they gave was not bad. In the courtyard on the first floor, there is a bathing pond shared by the whole house, and mountains in the distance can be seen in the courtyard. The room facilities are simple and there is no elevator on the second floor. The beds are quite comfortable and you need to bring your own toiletries. The hotel is very close to Lake Kinrin. If you walk around early in the morning, you can see the white smoke on the surface of the lake. Although the breakfast arranged back is simple bread, juice and custard, it is convenient and free. After eating, went to Yuzhiping, a very nice Japanese town."
