New Hotels in Istanbul

"Let me break down my review: **Pros:** 1. The staff were excellent. They were proactive in their communication, and every time I returned, they'd actively stand up and greet me with a ”HOW ARE YOU.” 2. The front desk staff were also very helpful when I asked for directions. 3. The room was clean, the carpet showed no signs of dirt, and after cleaning, they would spray a fragrance, so there were no unpleasant odors. 4. We arrived an hour early, and they allowed us to check in after waiting just 20 minutes. **Cons:** 1. The toilet seat was broken. I was already very tired, and since we had checked in early, I didn't ask for a room change. However, it was really inconvenient because it moved around while I was using it. 2. The complimentary drinking water provided was just a small cup; other hotels usually offer bottled water. 3. The curtains were too narrow and couldn't close properly (you can see in the pictures). I even had to pull and stick them together myself, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep well (as I'm sensitive to light). 4. There's a house renovation project going on downstairs, and there was a lot of noise even at 10:30 PM. Closing the window helped a lot, but it was still loud. So, if you don't like noisy city areas, be aware ⚠️. 5. The breakfast was the simplest I've had in Turkey. As you can see in the pictures, the egg pancake was an extra charge, so I didn't order it. But it might have been really cheap, which explains it. Overall, while the price was affordable, when you're traveling, you truly realize how important comfort is once you've stayed somewhere. So, next time, I will choose a place with a better environment."

"Excellent new hotel with a convenient location in a tourist area. The service is top-notch; all staff members are always eager to help with any questions, but without being overbearing, which is a big plus. The rooms themselves are clean and highly functional with great lighting, ample storage, a huge TV, and a refrigerator. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The only minor drawback is the rather sparse breakfast, making it difficult to find something to my taste. On the positive side, you can order four types of scrambled eggs. The breakfast itself is served on the rooftop with an incredible view of the Bosphorus and the city. 9/10"

"The hotel is in an incredibly convenient location: close to the Havaist shuttle stop, grocery stores, cafes, the metro, buses in every direction, and Istiklal Street, where you can buy anything and enjoy delicious food. The front desk staff are charming, kind, responsive, and attentive. My heartfelt thanks to them! The best coffee and most pleasant conversation in Istanbul were right here at this hotel. Housekeeping is by request. No one enters your room without your consent, so it's safe to leave your belongings. The room is compact, perfectly clean, with blackout curtains, satin linens, everything is brand new. There's a fridge, kettle, a small tea set, and a balcony. The mattress was perfect; I slept so well on it until 10 AM that I didn't even hear the muezzin."

"A very decent hotel for the price. Right across from the Yenikapı metro station, so you can easily get from the airport to the hotel by metro, avoiding Istanbul's traffic jams. The rooms are quiet, despite the street noise. They have everything you need. It's very clean, newly renovated, so you won't see any mold or cockroaches here. The manager is very polite and helpful. He resolved any issues promptly. I definitely recommend it!"

"As a first-time visitor to Istanbul, I feel so lucky to have chosen this hotel! **Facilities:** The hotel is very new, and my single room was perfectly spacious. I had two suitcases and still had plenty of room to move around. **Cleanliness:** It was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff was very diligent. **Location/Environment:** The area directly outside the hotel is relatively quiet. Although it's on a main road, there isn't much traffic. The soundproofing isn't perfect, but it's acceptable. The subway is about a 20-minute walk away, and I felt very safe, completely dispelling any worries from news reports. **Service:** All the staff members were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic!"

"The hotel building is old. Be beautiful and everything close to you. You take it to walk, anything you need close to you. Like restaurants, a place full of tourists. But the morning sunlight goes into the room. The breakfast is very good. And the reception service is nice. And when the whole crew went out and went in, Welcome."

"Cons: Hygiene: The hotel is advertised to open in 2026, but since it's still under renovation, there's dust in all the floor cracks. As soon as you enter, you're hit with the smell of new renovation formaldehyde, and it's even stronger in the room. With no screens on the windows, I could only air it out for a short hour. There was also a blood-like stain on the pillow that hadn't been cleaned (forgot to take a picture). Facilities: The elevator was out of service, so I had to take the stairs. Luckily, my floor wasn't too high. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working, and there was no fresh air ventilation system. The tissue box was empty. The security latch on the door was broken (it was already past midnight so I didn't bother calling the front desk, and just used the sofa to block the door). Pros: The bed was large with a comfortable firmness, and the shower had excellent hot water. Location: Excellent, very convenient for getting around. Decor: Very distinctive style, and the room wasn't too small."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's a relatively short downhill walk from Karakoy Metro Station (Line 2). Most of our travel needs were covered by trams and buses. The hotel is very close to Galata Tower, and there are many small restaurants nearby favored by locals. From our room, we could see the mosques and bridges of the Old City. While waiting to check-in, the hotel offered us a local specialty drink, sahlep. Our room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was very prompt. The front desk staff, Setit Taha, was incredibly helpful, showing us the bus routes. Yusuf also assisted us by checking if the mosques were open for visits during Ramadan. These gestures made our trip a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!"

"The hotel is small, and everything was fine since we only stayed overnight. At first, we were a little disappointed that it was a 10-minute walk from the metro and bus stop, but then we realized the path to the hotel went through charming streets showcasing local life. The breakfast was minimal, but the price wasn't high. Nearby is the Süleymaniye Mosque with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus. We were satisfied."
