I was really disappointed ❌❌ Environment: The environment of the hotel is OK Hygiene: Hygiene is not in place, there is a hair left by the last customer on the floor of the toilet area Facilities: The smart device is immature, and I have not been able to complete it according to the instructions after shouting several times; as said in the comment area, when the lights in the whole house are extinguished in the sleep mode, the lights in the toilets in the corridor area will suddenly turn on at night and need to be manually turned off; The hotel introduction interface says there is a refrigerator, but there is no actual Service: I have stayed in many hotels on business trips. This one is also considered to be a poor handling of the sudden situation. I have opened a chain hotel for a small half year. I have no basic service awareness. Because I am on a business trip, I need to have a comfortable rest environment. Before booking, I will specially note: a quiet room is needed. When I checked in for lunch break, I heard the chatting sound and the loud TV sound next door. I didn’t care too much at that time. When I was going to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening, I heard the loud vibration of the room. I thought it was the sound of watching TV next door. I found that there was a KTV behind the window. Very strong rhythm, contact the front desk as soon as possible, the other party said to negotiate with KTV first, see if the volume can be reduced, and arrange for the staff to come up to confirm whether there is really this sound before changing the room, and I am a woman when I call the front desk. As a result, there was no first time to arrange a female room staff, but a male security guard to solve the problem. Such a big hotel, there is no room staff? Can security do the work of the room? The security guard said that he was not satisfied that the room could be replaced. If we wanted to change it, we would immediately collect things to go to the new room (although the tone was friendly, but it was very uncomfortable). The front desk staff asked him to wait for us to complete the room change and get back the old room card before leaving. The whole operation was very speechless. In the end, he repeatedly asked him to go downstairs and give us some time to pack our luggage. After changing the room, we will pick up the original room card. Changed the room opposite the same apartment type. The new room was very quiet except that the hotel light belt outside the window was broken and flashed all night. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Orange Hotel in Shunde Happy Coast PLUS, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. I booked the super cute 'Astronaut Family Room,' which had a fantastic, dreamy theme, comfortable bedding, and a huge space. Plus, they gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers for two! The breakfast spread was extensive, with freshly ground coffee and local Shunde pastries that were absolutely delicious – I left feeling completely satisfied. The entire check-in process was warm and thoughtful, and from the moment I arrived to all the little room details, everything was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is perfect; the night-view Ferris wheel and water show are right downstairs, making evening strolls incredibly convenient. Next time I'm in Shunde, this will definitely be my top choice! I highly recommend it to my friends~ Thanks to the front desk for their attentive service, five stars! 👍

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has excellent service. When checking in with my child, they proactively asked if we needed a toothbrush and slippers for kids, which was very thoughtful. I asked where I could find furniture, and the front desk staff even took me to the stairwell to show me a map of the furniture market. The Louvre (referring to a furniture mall, likely) is right opposite the hotel, about a 10-minute walk away. The room is well-equipped; the hairdryer is powerful, and bottled water is provided for free. There are disposable toilet seat covers, and the lobby on the first floor even has a 'treasure box' with daily fresh, warm herbal tea, small cookies, and freshly ground coffee. Everyone was very welcoming, and the hygiene was excellent. The hotel has staff on duty 24/7. It's located in the second row of Huangchao, not directly on the main road, so it's quite quiet and comfortable. Right outside the main entrance is the Huangchao Furniture City. My only regret was not choosing a breakfast-inclusive rate. I bought breakfast at the restaurant, and the variety was extensive and delicious. I definitely picked the right hotel; it saved a lot of time and effort.

They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, from room type preferences and parking directions to recommendations for local attractions. Their explanations were clear, well-organized, and incredibly thoughtful, without a hint of perfunctoriness. During my stay, whenever I had a small question and contacted the front desk, Derrick was quick to respond and even proactively followed up on the resolution progress, which put me completely at ease. Kevin, on the other hand, always paid attention to details, actively helped with my luggage, and reminded me about weather changes. These small touches truly showed his attentiveness. Their service was not only professional and efficient but also delivered with genuine warmth, adding a sense of belonging to what could have been an unfamiliar journey. TTianmiThe location is super convenient! It's just a 10-meter walk to the apartment entrance after turning left from Exit C of Kuiqi Road Station on Foshan Metro Line 2. Right next door is the New DNA mall, which has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The room environment is really nice, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, and TV. The electric curtains are very handy, and from the room, you get a panoramic view of the bustling city. The projector in the room works great; you can watch clearly from bed.

LLijie5678The hotel is located in Shunde New District. We chose this five-star hotel because it was close to Changlu Tourist Resort, which we planned to visit the next day. If you're looking to shop, this isn't the place for you; it's nearly a 30-minute taxi ride to Huagai Commercial Pedestrian Street. The environment is excellent, right next to Binhe Park. Make sure to book a river view room – you'll get great views of the sightseeing promenade and the river, plus fireworks at night. However, the service was very mediocre. The room was advertised for three people, but they wouldn't provide an extra bed or even an additional blanket. Housekeeping was really poor. Also, the sink was unusually high; you'd need to be around 1.8 meters tall to use it comfortably, which is quite unfriendly for shorter people, especially many Cantonese. During the May Day holiday, they definitely overcharged, with rates between 1200-1500 per night. The value for money was extremely low.

We'll definitely be back! **Service:** A special thank you to the short-haired lady at the front desk on March 27th and 28th. We encountered some issues with our tickets in the morning and thought we'd leave unhappy, but she was incredibly proactive and patient in helping us resolve the problem. She handled it professionally and quickly, ensuring our itinerary wasn't delayed and bringing our trip to a perfect conclusion. Her exceptional 5A-level service left a deep impression on me; it's truly the most valuable asset of this scenic area! **Accommodation:** We stayed in the Taoleju Lake View Room, and the balcony view was genuinely lovely. Sitting on the balcony in the morning, enjoying breakfast and watching the ducks swim leisurely in the lake, was incredibly relaxing! The room also thoughtfully provided kids' slippers, kids' toothbrushes, and even two umbrellas – truly parent-friendly. The only major drawback was the sheer number of mosquitoes. Although the room was equipped with a good array of mosquito repellents, we still ended up battling mosquitoes at night 😂 Perhaps the hotel could consider adding mosquito nets? **Activities:** What I liked most was the comprehensive range of activities available within the scenic area: amusement rides, a wildlife world, an ice and snow world, and even hot springs. It fulfilled all of our child's wishes! Regarding the entertainment credits, our stay already included 120 credits, plus a 'buy one get three free' offer. We topped up an additional 130 yuan, which covered almost all the activities suitable for kids under 1.1 meters. The prices for the various activities were quite reasonable. Lastly, it was a pity that the highly anticipated lake cruise and duck feeding activity was suspended. I hope we can make up for this regret next time. See you again, Changlu!
