GGuest UserThe hotel service really exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The biggest surprise was the smart toilet in the bathroom – such a thoughtful detail! The location is close to the subway station, with lots of great food options nearby. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

GGuest UserI arrived at 10 PM, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. Check-in was quick, and the king room was quite spacious. It's not far from Guangzhou South Station, about a ten-minute taxi ride if there's no traffic. There are simple eateries and restaurants downstairs, and public transportation nearby.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, and the main credit absolutely goes to the two front desk staff members, Derrick and Kevin! From the moment I checked in, both of them displayed extreme professionalism and warmth. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, from room type preferences and parking directions to recommendations for local attractions. Their explanations were clear, well-organized, and incredibly thoughtful, without a hint of perfunctoriness.
During my stay, whenever I had a small question and contacted the front desk, Derrick was quick to respond and even proactively followed up on the resolution progress, which put me completely at ease. Kevin, on the other hand, always paid attention to details, actively helped with my luggage, and reminded me about weather changes. These small touches truly showed his attentiveness. Their service was not only professional and efficient but also delivered with genuine warmth, adding a sense of belonging to what could have been an unfamiliar journey.
The hotel's hardware facilities and environment were already good, but with excellent service staff like Derrick and Kevin, the overall experience was elevated significantly! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and look forward to experiencing their exceptional service once more.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right by the C exit of the subway station, which is super convenient. DNA Plaza is right downstairs, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The room is very spacious with two bedrooms, making it quite suitable for family travel.

FFengyumeiguidazuoThis hotel is excellent, with great facilities and a lovely environment. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see a river, and there's a scenic walkway built over it – perfect for a pleasant stroll in the morning or evening. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, even giving us a homemade Shunde food map with their own restaurant recommendations, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is also surrounded by many commercial areas, making it easy to go out and explore. Getting to other places from here is very convenient too. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Shunde.

AAnonymous UserThe room wasn't huge, but it was spotless. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful, probably anticipating more mosquitoes due to the surrounding greenery. They provided mosquito coils, electric mosquito repellents, electric swatters, and repellent spray in the room. There was even an air curtain machine at the entrance. After a one-night stay, I didn't get a single mosquito bite indoors! The toiletries, like toothbrushes, came in individual boxes, which was clean, attractive, and even the kids liked it. They also provided two pairs of disposable slippers, one for adults and one for children. The hotel lobby offered luggage storage, and the housekeepers and all the staff were gentle, polite, enthusiastic, and very patient. Every detail showed how guest-centric and meticulously run the hotel is. The only downside was the semi-transparent bathroom and shower. As a hotel catering to a theme park, its main focus should be family stays, but this semi-transparent design felt a bit strange and slightly awkward.

The hotel’s facilities are modern and well maintained, with rooms that feel spacious, clean, and properly ventilated. Many reviewers found the rooms well equipped and spotless, with excellent soundproofing, which made resting easy. Facilities like the gym, tea room, and leisure areas add extra value if you’re staying longer. Free public parking and EV charging stations are also convenient perks.

Also, because the hotel is close to a lively commercial area, you’ll find lots of food choices nearby — everything from local Cantonese snacks to casual dinners — which many guests enjoy exploring.
