GGuest UserThe Huazhu Wuyuan Yueyuan Wufei B&B is amazing! 👍 The renovation of the old house was meticulously done. A professional designer designed the courtyard, preserving its ancient charm while maintaining elegance and comfort. The rooms are cozy and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. The meals are authentic Wuyuan cuisine, and the proprietress's cooking is exceptional, making the specialties incredibly delicious. Breakfast and lunch offer a complete selection of Wuyuan specialties (pocket carp, steamed pork with rice flour, steamed fish with rice flour, Qingming fruit, etc.). The dishes are made with all-natural ingredients, including cucumber, cowpea, green pepper, and river chicken. The whole family devours every meal! You can also cycle along the rippling river, amidst the gently swaying blossoms. In the courtyard, you can play pot-to-pot together, creating a truly immersive experience. The attentive service makes it feel like home! 🥰 The proprietress and her family run the B&B as if it were their own home. Every corner of the old house holds history, every visitor has a story, and every dish the proprietress prepares is filled with warmth. It is better to come here by yourself after seeing and hearing it. Feel the inheritance of this history and the love for life.

PPei PeiThis was the second homestay we stayed at during our Jiangxi tour, and we were truly impressed by its smart home features and Muji-style design. A big thank you to the lady owner for her warm hospitality and generosity—she even gave us a free room upgrade so I could take better care of my elderly dad. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and helped carry our luggage to our room. Not only that, but she also personally guided us to Wunuzhou, which is just a five-minute walk from the homestay—a very convenient location. After our visit, she kindly offered us a free car ride back since the weather was extremely cold. The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Afterward, the lady owner recommended a sightseeing spot, and the boss himself drove us to Moon Bay. Later, he even took us to buy some souvenirs, all free of charge. We had read great reviews about the homestay’s food, so we decided to book lunch there—and it exceeded our expectations! The home-style cooking was absolutely delicious, and we loved the cozy, authentic flavors. Our children especially loved the smart home features and didn’t want to leave! But unfortunately, we had to continue our journey to the next destination. Overall, this homestay provided exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, and a truly memorable experience. Yyihonghu****We arrived at Huangling in the evening. The winding mountain road had no streetlights, and we became increasingly confused as we drove. Luckily, the landlady came out to wait for us at the parking spot, which gave us the courage to continue driving uphill. The landlady's service was excellent; despite her small stature, she was incredibly energetic, picking up our luggage and climbing the stairs – amazing! The hotel is located near the rice terrace cable car, making it very convenient to enter and exit the scenic area. The rooms were spacious, with balconies, and the bathrooms had separate shower and toilet areas with strong water pressure, making showering very comfortable. We also had lunch at the hotel; the portions were generous and the food was delicious. They even gave us mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival – such a thoughtful gesture! They also gave us a bottle of rice wine before we left – so considerate! In conclusion, this hotel offered the best value for money. I would recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place for tourists (including foreign tourists). Nancy and the staff were so kind, helpful and friendly - they shared recommendations on where to visit. The food was absolutely delicious; we recommend ordering lunch and dinner there too. The room was lovely; the view from the balcony was stunning and very peaceful. We recommend hiring Master Yu as the driver; He drove us around the various villages (Wuyuan is his hometown, so he knows all the good places to visit). He is so thoughtful and took our picture many times! The afternoon tea was also very special. We had a wonderful trip!

GGuest UserI opted for one of their newly opened rooms for this stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly right until dawn. What I particularly loved was the Huipai architectural style, with its classic white walls, dark tiled roofs, and charmingly arranged courtyards. The subtle aroma of tea permeated the air, instantly putting me at ease.

GGuest UserDisappointing stay here. We had no choice but to extend our stay because it was Chinese new year and very difficult to find another place to stay and also my husband was sick so we had to change our plans and stay an extra night so he could rest. The place smelled like smoke everywhere. We have a baby with us and wanted a smoke free place. Despite the signs in the lobby saying No Smoking, people were smoking there and the front desk people didn’t care. The towels in our room had ashes on them and smelled like smoke. They were also ripped and badly needed to be replaced. (We got a smoke free room and learned on our trip that all they do for smoke free rooms is open the windows to air it out before you arrive. 🤦🏻♀️) There was insufficient toilet paper when we arrived and although they did provide more when we asked it was just inconvenient. The toilet paper holder was broken so we had to find somewhere else to put the roll of toilet paper. The sink leaked and it was supposed to be a dry washroom which is one of the reasons why I booked the place but turned out to be a wet washroom. Incredibly inconvenient with a baby. The shower drainage was missing a cover and it didn’t feel safe for my child when showering because her little feet could get stuck inside it. One of the days we needed to rest a little longer and the housekeeper asked us when we were leaving so she could clean our room. We said we needed 2 more hours (around 2pm) she kept trying to peer inside our room and said she wanted to get off work early. I found that incredibly rude. I understand it’s CNY and you want to go home early but that’s not something you should say to a guest who paid to stay at the hotel. Front desk people also did not seem friendly. Never saw any of them smile. We obviously don’t speak Chinese fluently and they laughed at us when they couldn’t understand us and wasn’t helpful in any way. Overall, not a very pleasant stay. Would not stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the bathroom had a great dry/wet separation. The bedding was super comfortable! The front desk staff (especially the young man) was really friendly and helpful. It's very family-friendly! Staying right inside the scenic area meant we could head straight back to the hotel after the fireworks at night, which was incredibly convenient! Very satisfied!

__WeChat57127****The room was spacious with a large balcony, offering great views and a quiet atmosphere. Since the resort is quite large, the shuttle service was our preferred way to get around. Finally, I'd like to mention the excellent service, especially thanking Xiao Li at the front desk for bringing my forgotten headphones to me 🥹🥹. The cleaning lady, Aunt Jinzhi Dan, was also very warm and even gave us sachets.

YYuenWe came for a biking holiday. We stayed 4 nights. We left every morning on a different biking route. Lots of roads and villages. We each had a guest room. I was disappointed that I had the smallest room but they thought I wanted to be on the same floor as my friends. They moved me to the 2nd floor and now I had the same HUGE place as my friends. In the sitting room, is an L-shaped couch. It pulls out as a bed. So I guess this room could fit up to 4 people. The shower is huge. There is plenty of space to wash our bikes. The sauna/hot air thing was great for drying our clothes too! Had we been more people, we probably would have rented one of the bigger places and shared instead of getting our own guest rooms. It's fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate traditional building. Normal Chinese breakfast, but asked for the noodles with the fried eggs! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could have breakfast at 7 am. Also, we asked for a late check-out because we wanted to shower after our ride. They let each of us have our rooms till 4pm at no charge. It would be great if the stone tiles could be power washed as it was quite slippery when it rained. I didn't have my driver's license but I needed to go pick up my friend and his broken bike. So I went back to ask the manager if he could drive our car 35 km to pick up my friend. He was happy to drive me! The sign to the guest house was not installed but if you look for the castle-like building, you'll find it. It was tricky getting to the hotel because we arrived late and it was absolutely chucking down with rain. This is a great, gorgeous place if you want peace and quiet. My room had a river view. Great for relaxation. Highly recommend this place.

AAaniFacilities: The room was quite spacious, and the TV was projected onto a large screen. There was a huge balcony with a view of lush greenery. There was a swimming pool and hot spring. When we went, it was already quite warm, so we swam but didn't try the hot spring. Environment: The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, suitable for those driving, but it's centrally located in Wuyuan, so driving is quite convenient. The only problem was that there were no streetlights in the mountains, so we arrived at the hotel in the dark at night. 😂 Considering the hotel's facilities and room size, it's extremely cost-effective. Experiencing the hot spring in winter would be quite nice.
