Hurghada Hotels with Parking

The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.

This hotel is excellent, truly all-inclusive. We stayed in mid-January, so it was winter, and our visit was brief. I definitely experienced a 'wow' effect, and it hadn't worn off even when we left. **Location:** It's located in Sahl Hasheesh Bay, in an area that's not particularly windy in winter, which is a huge plus for a winter vacation. There's also an enormous promenade in Sahl Hasheesh, about 10 kilometers long! **Architecture & Ambiance:** The building architecture is incredibly beautiful (!!!). The reception balcony, in particular, is stunning in its grandeur – it feels like stepping into an 'Egyptian palace' on a hill. You could honestly just sit and admire the hotel's views all day. Everything feels new and spotless, from the rooms to the grounds. **Staff:** The staff is very attentive, always ready to help, and genuinely happy to see you. Since the hotel is still relatively new (as of January 2026), the team is incredibly energetic and enthusiastic. **Food:** The food is so delicious and varied that it was hard to stop eating. It was a true test of self-control, wanting to try everything but physically being unable to eat more! The culinary team is excellent. There are also à la carte restaurants, Italian and Oriental. **Pools:** Only the pools along the buildings were heated (these are for ground-floor swim-up rooms), but since the hotel was just opening, we were able to use them even where rooms were empty. What a pleasure to relax in a warm pool! **Amenities:** They have fantastic sun loungers – soft and with canopies. There's also a new and excellent gym. You're always greeted by dedicated staff in these areas, whether it's a trainer/instructor in the gym or even attendants in the restrooms at reception and in the restaurants! Waiters also circulate by the sun loungers, asking what you'd like to drink. There's a singing fountain and a club on the premises. The beach is sandy with some corals. While we had a 'wow' experience at the hotel, to be completely factual and objective, there were a few minor things that hinted at the hotel still being in its soft-opening phase (these are small details, but they did contribute to a 50% discount – making it $200/night instead of $400/night): 1. Construction work was ongoing on the grounds. 2. No kids' club yet (promised, but seemingly still in the planning stages). 3. Animation was a bit weak. I only saw animators during the evening entertainment when performers were on stage; I didn't notice much activity from them around the hotel during the day (though I might have just missed them). 4. The evening entertainment itself was just okay (you wouldn't call it a 'show'), but the staff and local animators did their best to make it enjoyable. 5. The 'singing' fountains played the same tracks repeatedly and quite loudly, which was sometimes disruptive. But these are all minor points; the hotel is truly wonderful!

The location and the beach at Sheraton Soma Bay are truly beautiful, and the welcome upon arrival was friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained, but overall it feels quite outdated and somewhat old-fashioned. Unfortunately, we experienced several service and organizational issues during our stay. At the beach bar, we ordered a milkshake but were served a juice instead without being asked — we were later told there was an issue with the ice. Instead of informing us, the staff simply replaced the drink without consultation. At dinner, incorrect dishes were brought to our table, and when we pointed it out, we were told the mistake was due to our ordering. One evening, a staff member pressured us to pay immediately and insisted on accompanying us to the reception to clarify the charge, even though we explained that we wanted to charge it to the room. At reception, we were told that charging to the room was perfectly fine. At check-out, we also discovered that one dinner had been charged twice. In addition, our room key stopped working several times on the day of departure — even though we had paid extra for a late check-out. The food and beverage offering is disappointing. The selection is very limited, especially for non-all-inclusive guests, with very few healthy options. The bar menus — both at the beach bar and the main bar — are closer to snack-bar level than to a hotel of this category. All-inclusive wine is served from cartons, and plastic water bottles are placed on the dinner tables. At breakfast, fresh juices often ran out quickly and were not refilled. The restaurant is frequently overcrowded, making it difficult to find a table. Compared to other hotels in Soma Bay, this property offers noticeably less atmosphere, entertainment, and overall quality. In Conclusion: Beautiful location and beach, but service, organization, and overall standards unfortunately do not meet expectations for a hotel in this category. There are clearly better alternatives in Soma Bay.

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

The room, pool, and private beach were all wonderful. The restaurant is quite expensive, so it's a good idea to book a meal plan in advance as there are no other dining options nearby. We received a welcome drink upon arrival, followed by delicious welcome fruit delivered to our room. It was a lovely, relaxing Christmas. We also booked an Orange Island tour through the hotel's tour desk, which was very affordable and enjoyable. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly! Thank you!

The process was slow and inefficient. A long line of people were given room keys immediately after registering, but after a dozen or so finished, they told us to fill out forms, leaving only the two of us. Even though Ctrip provided a ”stay now, pay later” option, the front desk still asked me how I paid, indicating they hadn't carefully checked the booking. The front desk staff's English wasn't very good either. The staff treated customers poorly. On the morning of May 5th, around 7 am, when checking out, the front desk staff sat there and wouldn't stand up, making me stretch out my arm to hand them the room key. Is this their standard service? There are many hotels in that area; if the service isn't good, their business will definitely suffer!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at The Grand Hotel Hurghada (24/7 – 30/7) I had an absolutely wonderful stay at **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** from **July 24th to July 30th**, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our vacation truly memorable. The **food** was simply outstanding. The quality, taste, and unbelievable variety exceeded all expectations. Every meal offered something new and delicious, making dining one of the highlights of our stay. The **staff** deserve special recognition. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always smiling and genuinely happy to help, serving guests with dedication and pleasure. Their positive attitude made us feel at home from the very first day. A special thank you goes to **Mr. Nader** at the Reception. He is, without a doubt, one of the best hotel reception managers I have ever met. He is highly professional, courteous, and an excellent problem-solver. Any issue was handled quickly and efficiently, always with a smile. I would also like to thank **Mr. Mohamed Moawad** from the Food & Beverage Department. He is one of the finest professionals at the hotel—extremely humble, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely caring about the guests' comfort. Another person who deserves special praise is **Chef Mahmoud**. He is simply one of the best. His passion and dedication are reflected in the outstanding quality of the food served throughout the resort. The team at the **Eastern Restaurant** was exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. **Mostafa** and **Ashraf** and **Mohamed**deserve special recognition for their excellent service and kindness. Dining there was always a wonderful experience. The **Room Service** was also excellent. **Majed** is a kind-hearted gentleman who serves guests with genuine dedication, professionalism, and a cheerful attitude. His hard work did not go unnoticed. The **beach** is beautiful, sandy, clean, and perfect for families. There were always plenty of available sunbeds and enough space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The hotel offers a great selection of restaurants: * The International Restaurant next to the Reception. * The Pasta Restaurant on the second floor. * The Eastern Restaurant with its outdoor grill near the Reception. * The large white beach restaurant serving Shawarma, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and Pizza. * Another beach restaurant serving snacks and French fries. Every one of these restaurants offered excellent food and service. The only point I would suggest improving is the **swimming pool area**. The hotel has only one main pool, which is not enough considering the large number of guests staying at the resort. Overall, my family and I had an outstanding holiday. The excellent hospitality, delicious food, beautiful beach, and the genuine kindness of the staff made this one of our best vacations. I highly recommend **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** and look forward to returning again.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

We had a disappointing experience using Uber while trying to go to Senzo Mall, which is actually very close to the hotel. The price shown in the app was 1 pound, but the driver asked for 5 pounds instead. This made us feel uncomfortable and sadly felt like we were being taken advantage of. Because of this, we decided not to proceed and instead booked a taxi directly through the hotel. Although the price was 4 pounds, it felt much safer, clearer, and more reliable. For other travelers, we would recommend using the hotel’s taxi service for peace of mind, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area. As a small suggestion, it would be great if the hotel could consider providing a shuttle bus service for guests to travel around nearby places such as Senzo Mall, which would make getting around even more convenient and comfortable.

Great location, the old town with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, the Zeytona beach island is nearby, you can get there by boat or walk 10 minutes, there is a restaurant on this island with a bar. Great breakfasts. Excellent service everywhere, the guys try very hard, and not under pressure, but from the heart. The hotel is, of course, to put it mildly, ”tired”, it needs renovation, but the efforts of the staff and the location compensate for this))). I will be happy to come back.
