The location was ideal for our visit. Very close to the supermarket chain Naivas, where we were able to shop for our daily needs.Friendly front desk staff and security personnel. The accommodationn was very well secured and cleaned daily. Could have asked for any better. Wifi connectivity was very reliable all the time. A very nice service apartment and will recommend.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a much-needed staycation at the Swiss-Belinn Hotel, and I’m thrilled to share just how phenomenal our experience was. A great stay is made by three things: comfort, food, and service, and the Swiss-Belinn knocked all three out of the park. The Foundation of Comfort: Top-Notch Cleanliness I want to start with something that truly stood out: the cleanliness. The hygiene and tidiness across the entire property were absolutely top-notch. Our room was immaculate spotless, fresh, and welcoming making it instantly feel like a safe and relaxing sanctuary. This level of attention to detail and care is the foundation of a great stay, and the housekeeping team deserves massive credit. The Taste of Excellence: let’s talk about the food. It wasn't just good; it was genuinely amazing. Every single meal was a memorable experience. The culinary team clearly operates with passion and expertise. From the beautifully prepared breakfast spread to the delicious evening dining, the quality, flavor, and creativity of the dishes were outstanding. It made every moment of our staycation feel like a special occasion. The Heart of the Hotel: Dedicated and Professional Staffs. To the entire team at Swiss-Belinn, thank you. You are the heart of this hotel. We were consistently impressed by how committed and dedicated every staff member was. Whether we were interacting with the front desk, the restaurant servers, or the support staff, we were met with genuine smiles and proactive assistance. You are all incredible professionals who handle every situation with grace and efficiency. Nairobi Xiaomi Hotel

9.5/10

They provided three meals, if you are a Chinese tummy I had the chance to stay at Xiaomi Homestay in Kilimani, Nairobi, and it was a refreshing mix of comfort, convenience, and cultural charm. Location & First Impressions The homestay is tucked away in the lively Kilimani neighborhood, which makes it easy to access restaurants, shopping malls, and transport. The property itself feels modern, clean, and welcoming — a good balance between homely warmth and hotel-like comfort. Comfort & Amenities The facilities were a big plus. The gym was well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts, while the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Both amenities added great value to the stay, especially for anyone who enjoys fitness and downtime in equal measure. Meals & Dining Experience One of the standout features was the inclusion of three daily Chinese meals. This made the stay very convenient, especially for anyone missing home-style dishes or simply wanting a reliable, flavorful option without having to step out. The meals were hearty, authentic, and gave a unique cultural touch to the experience. Atmosphere & Service The overall atmosphere was warm and peaceful. The hosts provided thoughtful service, striking a nice balance between giving guests privacy and being available when needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, with just the right amount of care.

Glee Hotel

This is a relatively new and luxurious hotel in Nairobi. Security is very strict, with security personnel questioning guests at the entrance, dogs checking for explosives, and even armed security personnel checking bags in the lobby. However, there's no need to worry about security; it's purely a government requirement. The staff at the hotel are very nice, from the front desk to the concierge and the restaurant. Everyone is friendly and willing to help with any questions. The hotel has comprehensive facilities, including table tennis, darts, a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant offers a rich breakfast and excellent coffee. The hotel's location isn't very central, so there are no restaurants nearby. You can either dine at the hotel or take an Uber to the nearby village market, which offers both food and shopping. It's very convenient.

Executive Residency by Best Western Nairobi

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

It was my first time to stay EKA. I arrived 8 hours before check-in time, having made a booking for one night. Unfortunately, my connection flight was on the same day, meaning that I wasn't spending a night in the Hotel. So grateful to have been allowed early check-in at no additional cost. A plus on flexibility of hotel management. Staff were generally warm, professional and willing to help. I will certainly be back!

The environment is very good, if only some wild animals are raised. Breakfast is good, set breakfast and dinner, barbecue for one night to watch the show, European dinner for one night. Both are pretty good. At noon, it will be resolved next to the shopping mall. Not too many guests, suitable for vacation.

I had a great stay here, the rooms have a good size, On some pictures the look smaller than they are in reality. Everything is clean, the internet is good and the breakfast and overall foods of the restaurant are great.
