"It was absolutely amazing stay!! I don’t know how newly built but every corner of the building was totally clean which I care about most! The bed was very comfortable that wasn’t too soft nor hard with a such comfy touch of beddings! We had more choice of hotels but I’m very glad and worth of 30min drive from where we visited. Strongly recommend!!"

"Pulled up as a cop was pulling out. Exterior entrance to each room was a large sliding glass door. View was the highway overpass. When I realized I failed to pack my thigh-high black leather boots, frayed denim mini skirt, halter top, and cigarettes, I opted to NOT stay. Submitted a request for a refund to Trip.com but was not granted one. Would recommend this location for men on hunting trips who bring their guns. Single women travelers are unlikely to feel safe."

"The room was filthy, toilet broken, bulbs missing in lights, carpet so stained my wife would not take of her shoes. When we arrived the tv was on and all the lights were on some one had been using the room."

"Very nice hotel! Great location in downtown Winter Haven. Looks and feels more expensive than it is and very clean. Kitchenette is complete: full size fridge/ice maker, dishwasher, glassware, nice flatware, stove. Etc. Down pillows as well. Can’t say anything bad about it, other than try getting a room facing the front or side of the building for quietness."

"My sister and I went to visit my aunt that has dementia. We were very impressed with the cleanness and the excellent customer service. The kitchen lady was awesome and complimented us and the front desk person called and set me up on the awards program. It was a wonderful experience. Thank all of the workers at the best western in winter haven."

"BEWARE this place is not what you see online. SEE PICS BELOW. It was gross almost didn't stay, we're exhausted. Thank God I bring my own stuff. The handle to the toilet broke off and they had someone come in the room at 8:00pm with 2 small children to almost 9:00 pm to fix it. I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR A WASH RAG THAT I DIDN'T USE. I BRING MY OWN FOR SANITARY REASONS. Imagine if this happens to every guest? Hmm I'll be getting in touch with Trip, HJ and Wyndham."

"This was a family trip with grandma grandpa son, daughter-in-law and three Littles. It was a perfect four day vacation spot walking distance to the parks. If I did it again I wouldn’t waste renting a vehicle because everything we did was here. I may bring bottles of alcohol and snacks because once you were here, the location was very expensive to eat and drink. Breakfast was free so fill up while you’re at breakfast. The room says room for seven, but it was a really tight fit. The mattress on the pullout couch was probably the worst I’ve ever slept on. ended up sleeping in the little boys room which actually wasn’t too bad."
