I was delighted to stay at Chenyige Guesthouse during my visit to the ancient city of Heluo. Located near Yangwan Metro Station, I spent several days there and was deeply pleased. Therefore, I wrote this to commemorate its excellence. The guesthouse is situated in a secluded corner of the ancient city, adjacent to the metro station, offering convenient access to major attractions such as Baima Temple and Erlitou. These sites are easily accessible by foot or boat, eliminating the need for arduous journeys and allowing for a full and enjoyable experience. The architecture follows the ancient charm of Heluo, with verdant eaves, breezy wooden windows, a spacious courtyard, flowers planted on the steps, and fragrance lingering beneath the curtains. Everywhere you look is elegant, as if you are immersed in ancient scrolls, your mind at peace. Inside, the bright windows and clean tables are fully equipped, the soft mats are spotless, the lights are warm, and the curtains are cozy. Tea is placed on the table, and books are stored on the shelves. Although it is a place for travelers, it feels like the comfort of one's hometown, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the world, allowing the heart to find tranquility. The host was exceptionally hospitable, speaking warmly and attentively, always ready to assist with any request. There were no unnecessary formalities, only a sense of camaraderie. At dawn, one could listen to birdsong from under the eaves; at dusk, one could sit and watch the setting sun in the courtyard, brewing tea and chatting idly, gazing out from the railing at the ancient city's misty landscape. This pavilion, possessing both a convenient location and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, blends antiquity and tranquility, convenience and serenity in one secluded corner—truly an excellent lodging for travelers in the Luoyang region. As I prepare to depart, I will find it hard to forget, hoping to return as a guest and recommending it to others. I have written this to praise the beauty of this elegant retreat.

1. The location is very good, 200 meters from the Yunjing cableway. The boss is very good, there is a restaurant to order food, there is also a terrace, team building can also choose. The house is relatively new. The car can drive directly downstairs to the hotel (to avoid the weekend peak, otherwise you have to park a little farther in the parking lot.) or ask the store owner in advance. There is a gate in the scenic spot, and you can enter by showing the reservation information. 2. The Zhaigou next to it is worth a visit, especially for families with children who like to play in the water. It is better to play in the water than chasing Dream Valley. There are many waterfalls. It should be the previous scenic spot, and there are few people now. Adults go back and forth for 2～2.5 hours. 3. Shili Painting screen is very worth seeing! The rain was bad on the day I went. Some places can't see the scenery. But it's already very good. It rains at night and you can hardly see anything.

The surrounding environment of the homestay is comfortable and the transportation is convenient. This time I missed the peak period to play. I chose Suxintang again. The location is 100 meters walk from the central square. It is convenient to go for food. There is also a small stream when you go out. I think about bringing the children out in the summer vacation. The room was clean and tidy and warmly furnished. Everywhere, people are particularly warm. A great trip, thanks for the hospitality. Highly recommended!

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I just had to because the hotel was so exceptional, and I didn't want the hard work of all the staff to go unnoticed. I stayed for four days, and the room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and beautiful. But beyond the room's comfort, the service truly provided an overwhelming amount of emotional value. 👍 The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was fantastic. The driver was formally dressed, neat, and proactively helped us with all our luggage. The car was also spotless, and everyone received a wet towel and a bottle of mineral water upon entering. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and diligent. Every day, they offered a free selection of snacks, beverages, ice cream, and tea bags. Whenever we had questions, they answered with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and even gave us various small gifts, which was a delightful surprise. The housekeeping service was absolutely unparalleled; it made you feel like royalty (like even the emperor would bow to you! 😂). All the housekeeping ladies not only fulfilled every request but also proactively anticipated our needs. For example, when they saw my glasses on the table, a housekeeping attendant proactively brought an eyeglass case. When they noticed we had a lot of clothes, a lady would bring a drying rack. And when they saw our cosmetics scattered on the table, another lady brought two small cosmetic bags to help us organize and carry them more conveniently. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, with a comprehensive selection of Chinese and Western, hot and cold dishes. The restaurant staff would also proactively and randomly ask guests daily, 'How was your rest last night? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?' If they saw a guest carrying too many plates, they would offer to help carry them back to the table. For dishes that took a few minutes to prepare, they would ask for the table number and deliver them. If you didn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, they could even deliver it to your room. The parking attendant was also amazing, helping with parking, moving cars, and safekeeping keys. Whenever you parked, the attendant was always there, truly providing constant assistance. 😂 Across every service, there were so many instances of such proactive service that it truly deserves the highest praise.

Meets the introduction. It has a sense of design and a good location, just behind the entrance to the underground garage in the ancient town. But the price/performance ratio is really average. This cost-effectiveness is reflected in three aspects. First, the price is really expensive. The newly opened Marriott is only 720 a night. Second, the ancient town is really average. It is a costume photography base. There are few stores, and half of them are under development. I am really worried about Luoyang’s infrastructure. Suitable for young couples and girls. It doesn't make much sense for parents and children, especially boys, to live here. Third, the hardware is okay, but the software details are so-so. For example, the breakfast is very low. Compared with the other two hotels I stayed in, the service and catering services are incomparable.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right off the elevated highway, making travel very convenient. There's also a subway station nearby. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and offer service with a smile. The room environment is elegant, and the lobby is spacious and bright. The bedding is very comfortable, and most importantly, the room is genuinely huge! We had a very comfortable stay, especially traveling with children. It was a great accommodation experience, truly recommended.
