"The location is in southern Taidung. Consider the fact that Taidung require 2hour driving from north to south, this location make it little difficult to see northern Taidung attractions. But the hot spring in this town is the best. The hot spring in this hotel use genuine underground hot spring water, your skin can feel the difference while enjoying it."

"I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and they deserve to be praised, but there is a clear problem in how the hotel is managed. First of all, an hotel that large, with just one elevator. That is just nuts. Each time we needed to use it, it was at least 5-10 minutes wait, if not more. Also the hotel is clearly understaffed. For breakfast, one of the days there were more than 100 people in the room, with just 1 person to check-in people. The line was just unbearable. It seems the rooms were renovated not that long ago, but it was clearly a faulty renovation. The isolation is poor to non existent given the rain sounds makes it difficult to sleep. And don't get me started with the air isolation, which it directly none. If the wind blows, a breeze flows into the room, causing the curtains to make noise all day long. To be fair also, the location is convenient, just across the street from the bus station, so taking transportation to/from the train station, or along the amazing east coast was easy and quick. All in all, not an awful stay, but I am sure there are better options in the same price range with better overall quality."

"The lawn is large and there are bicycles to borrow. The room is comfortable, the toilet, sink and shower are separated, but the shower drainage is slow, the bathroom area is very slippery, it is best to have anti-slip measures to avoid slipping and injury."
