Not only did he prepare energy snacks and fruit for me (I was there for a marathon), but he also thoughtfully helped me extend my check-out until 3 PM. Before I even checked in, he gave me all the important details about the Yangzhou Marathon. He was truly considerate! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the bib collection point."

"I chose this hotel for my weekend city walk in Yangzhou, and every Hanjin hotel has its own unique charm. This particular Hanjin is near Slender West Lake, and most popular restaurants are within walking distance, so I highly recommend its location! I stayed in a Jing room this time; though it didn't have a balcony, it was clean and all basic amenities were fine. I must give a special shout-out to Xiao Liang and Xiao Yao from the hotel! Their service was absolutely amazing! They were so patient and proactively offered help to guests! Thumbs up to these two gentlemen! Also, the hotel's complimentary bedtime sweet soup really impressed me! It was a stewed milk dessert with tremella, peach gum, and bird's nest! It wasn't overly sweet, and you could tell the ingredients were high-quality. Super good!"

"The room was tall and spacious, and the cleaning lady was exceptionally warm and diligent, even cleaning the glass partitions. This Hampton by Hilton has truly excellent hygiene. I had such a wonderful time exploring the local cuisine in Yangzhou; every meal was cleared! The people along Slender West Lake and Qinhuai River were all so cultured and sophisticated, which is really impressive! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit!"

"Staying at Yangzhou Yingbinguan, I felt the full romance of a spring day in Jiangnan ✨. I took my mom on a trip to Yangzhou and was instantly smitten with Yangzhou Yingbinguan! From check-in to check-out, every detail perfectly hit the mark for aesthetics and comfort. Half of the joy of this trip came from this amazing hotel! 🏡 Living in a Jiangnan Garden, every step is a poem. The entire complex is a massive traditional Chinese garden, with pavilions, towers, small bridges over flowing water, and rockeries. In spring, cherry blossoms and crabapples are in full bloom, and black swans gracefully swim on the lake. Even the air is filled with the fragrant scent of plants and trees. We stayed in Building 11, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared welcome gifts: 'Mi San Dao', 'Xiao Mabing', and 'Niupi Tang' from Qilin Pavilion, along with specialty pastries embossed with 'Yangzhou'. The room facilities were also very new. Shuttle carts were available on call throughout the park, making it super convenient to get from our room to Quyuan or other places. It was so thoughtful for traveling with seniors, as they didn't have to walk too much! 📸 Hanfu Styling, bringing the spring vibe to life. The package included a Hanfu photoshoot, located on the first floor of Building 11. There were dozens of Hanfu styles, and the free options were quite good. If you preferred, paid options were an additional 100 RMB. We also added makeup and styling for 100 RMB per person. The makeup artist was excellent; even with many guests waiting, she was very dedicated. The photographer was also great, skilled at guiding poses. My mom's photos turned out gentle and elegant! We received 5 free lightly retouched photos, and additional retouches were only 20 RMB/photo, which was good value for money. 🍜 Quyuan, a Black Pearl Restaurant. Quyuan Teahouse, a Black Pearl 1-diamond restaurant, is conveniently located right within Yingbinguan, meaning you don't have to leave the hotel to experience it! It does get very busy, so it's a good idea to get a number in advance and then explore nearby. The hotel's own breakfast was also excellent. 🚶‍♀️ Direct Access to Slender West Lake, no queuing is a blessing! On the second day, to visit Slender West Lake, the hotel has an exclusive fast lane! No need to wait in long queues at the scenic area entrance; you can enter directly from the hotel grounds. This was truly stress-free for traveling with seniors (normal admission tickets are still required). The hotel garden seamlessly connects to Slender West Lake. In spring, Slender West Lake is vibrant with green willows and colorful flowers, with beautiful scenery at every turn. 🎭 Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater, an immersive experience of Yangzhou folk customs. During the holidays, the hotel arranged an 'Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater', which truly amazed us! Yangzhou puppet shows, Yangzhou Qingqu opera, and Yangzhou Pinghua storytelling were performed in rotation. The performers were all professional, and acts like puppet calligraphy and pipa serenades were full of Yangzhou charm. This trip to Yangzhou, Yangzhou Yingbinguan truly gave us so many surprises. From the garden landscape and thoughtful service to the delicious food and intangible cultural heritage experiences, all the beauty of Yangzhou was concentrated here. When traveling with your mom, choosing the right hotel is so important! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel upgraded for free, the room is big and clean! Both the front desk switchboard and the room service are super meticulous and patient! Super cost-effective! It is a 6-minute drive to Yangzhou Station, very convenient! During the two-day tour of Yangzhou, all the people in the service industry I came into contact with are the business cards of Yangzhou tourism, and their service awareness is really super strong! "I bought a hotel + Slender West Lake day ticket + Fun Garden morning tea + hot spring on ** for 688 yuan, which is quite cost-effective, but you need to make an appointment at the right time. The hotel is in a superior location with fresh air. It is next to Songjiacheng Sports Park and is very convenient for entering and exiting major attractions. There are many buses 🚌 to reach it, which takes about 600 meters. The hotel facilities are a bit old, the washbasin is damaged, and the water-proof seal of the shower room falls off as soon as the door is closed. The Dyson hair dryer is good, and the bath water is large, so that guests who come back from travel can take a comfortable hot shower. The bed is a bit soft and not suitable for people with bad lumbar spine like me. The overall feeling is acceptable. As a Ctrip member, I was upgraded from Yijing Room to Elegant Room for free, which is 5 square meters larger. There are welcome fruits. Maybe March and April are the peak seasons, and it is understandable that I cannot extend the check-out period."

"The rooms were all uniquely designed in a traditional Chinese style, and they even offered complimentary photo opportunities in traditional costumes. We didn't get to experience the hot springs, but they looked very nice. Located in the old town, it's conveniently situated for visiting several major attractions and teahouses like Xiangyuan and Qiyuan. The butler was very thoughtful and even prepared a small gift for us before we left."

"I visited Yangzhou in March, a beautiful time of year, and stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel. It definitely lived up to its five-star reputation, offering a truly commendable experience. The hotel's overall ambiance was elegant and tranquil, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were polite, attentive, and consistently warm and thoughtful, which left a great impression. I opted for the Horizon Club executive floor, and the room was spacious and expansive, providing a real sense of roominess and high living comfort. The executive benefits included complimentary afternoon tea and evening canapés. To be honest, the afternoon tea selection was a bit limited and the taste was just average. However, the evening canapés were of better quality, with more variety and better flavors. I made sure to dine at the hotel's Shang Palace, which is Yangzhou's only Michelin one-star restaurant. The dining environment was elegant and steeped in ancient charm, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. Dishes like Soft-shelled Turtle, Yangzhou Fried Rice, and Smoked Fish were all authentic and excellent, leaving me very satisfied. The only slight disappointment was the Steamed Lion's Head, which was a bit underwhelming in both texture and flavor, a minor pity. The only slight drawback was that the underground parking garage facilities felt a bit outdated. The hardware didn't quite match the five-star positioning, which was a small detractor. Overall, the service, environment, and room type were all exceptional. The executive floor offered good value for money, and I'd highly recommend it for anyone vacationing in Yangzhou."

"The resort's overall environment and landscaping are absolutely beautiful, with a very comfortable Jiangnan-style (Southern China) aesthetic. We stayed in a private hot spring villa with a well-designed layout and excellent privacy. It's pet-friendly, and although they charged a 300 RMB fee, our dog had a great time. The private hot spring requires two hours to fill in advance, and the staff taught us how to heat it, which was a good experience. However, they didn't show us how to drain it, and when we asked the next day, we were told, 'We already taught you yesterday,' which was a bit… *cringes*. Drawbacks: I've stayed in similar types of accommodations at this price point, but the service here wasn't as professional by comparison; there's room for improvement. The facilities are a bit dated (TV, air conditioning, water dispenser), the curtains were inconvenient to use, and the bathrobes seemed old. The check-in process wasn't very clear, and the public hot spring was crowded and not very clean. Overall, the good outweighs the bad. The environment and private hot spring are big plusses, making it suitable for a relaxing getaway."
