From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Jay was consistently attentive and made sure every request was handled promptly. Chen Gaojun brought a level of care and friendliness that made interactions feel personal and sincere. 乔卫岭 was equally outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but it’s truly the people who make it stand out. Their dedication to service turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but genuine hospitality. I will definitely be returning!

GGuest UserAn excellent stay experience. Facilities: The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with two large pillows, perfect for watching TV. Environment: The environment was clean and hygienic, and the view from the window was great; you could see the Grand Canal directly. Service: The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and provided exceptionally thoughtful service. My child wasn't feeling well in the middle of the night, and we troubled customer service to help change the bedding, which we truly appreciate. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Thumbs up for the Yangchun noodles!👍🏻

XXiaobinggan3333A truly satisfying stay! I have to rave about this hotel! The location is perfect, close to the attractions, making travel incredibly convenient. The front desk service was efficient and attentive; they greeted us warmly upon entering and leaving the lobby and even provided helpful information on nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard, and the gym is well-equipped. The rooms were clean and tidy, with bedding changed after each guest, which was reassuring. The air conditioning and heating worked well, the vanity was a perfect size, and the hot water arrived quickly and at a stable temperature. It was exceptionally quiet at night, undisturbed by the outside world. The value for money is outstanding, and I've already recommended it to my travel companions. Definitely worth staying here again!

GGuest UserThis time, I booked the Orange Hotel near the East Railway Station. There's only one in this location, and even the staff uniforms were very orange. The bar juice, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and even toothpaste were all orange-scented. When I left, the receptionist even gave me hotel-themed orange-flavored candies, cookies, and scented paper. The breakfast was also visually appealing, and the room was quiet and peaceful. It was a very memorable experience, and I'd definitely stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe family room we booked was quite good, spacious and clean! The only downside was a slight smell of smoke coming from the exhaust fan. All the facilities at this Orange Hotel are very new, and the public lounge area is large, with complimentary coffee and orange-infused water, which is a thoughtful touch!

AAubergineDuring my recent stay at a this hotel, I was pleased with the genuinely polite and pleasant staff, who made the check-in process smooth. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, as there was no mention or sign of it during my stay. The hotel's location in Yangzhou is quite convenient; being a relatively small city, getting around is easy, so most hotel locations work well for visitors. However, the thin walls were a significant drawback, as I encountered noise disturbances from impolite guests who yelled and neglected to close their doors properly, triggering a door alarm that seemed to go unnoticed by them. Overall, my room was clean and comfortable, while the bathroom met my expectations. Despite the noise issues, the staff and location contributed positively to my experience.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

GGeishenghuobigeyeyeI chose this hotel purely for its excellent location! If you're visiting Yangzhou, I highly recommend staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Yangzhou. The location is fantastic – you can walk to Slender West Lake in about 15-20 minutes, and right across the street is MixC, which is super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The room wasn't particularly large, and the facilities felt a bit dated and not very well-maintained. The water pressure was good, though, so showering was quite comfortable. The central air conditioning, however, was a major letdown. It was stiflingly hot, and they wouldn't turn on the AC, not even the fan! It was 19 degrees Celsius outside, but the room was a scorching 27 degrees Celsius. On the brighter side, the foot massage on B1 was pretty good, but the dim sum for breakfast on the second floor was just average.
