"The room was very neat and clean, and the service attitude and quality were also great, beyond words. I've stayed at a few other B&Bs, and this one really stands out. The location is also excellent; you can see Putuoshan right across the street. Getting around is super convenient too, as it's only a few minutes from the ferry terminal. The scenic mountain and water views are very soothing. Overall, the experience was really fantastic. Friends, just go for it, no need to hesitate! I genuinely recommend this B&B."

"Traveling during the May Day holiday, this pet-friendly hotel left me a bit underwhelmed, perhaps due to my high expectations. Parking was limited, so I'd advise against driving if possible. One evening, the underground garage was full, and I was asked to park in a distant overflow lot. Unfortunately, the shuttle service wasn't well-coordinated, which was a minor annoyance. The driveways were also very narrow, making passing difficult and definitely not beginner-driver friendly. The 'pet-friendly' aspect also fell short. Some of the sofas in the outdoor pet dining area were badly mildewed (I took photos but decided not to post them after the hotel waived the pet cleaning fee when I mentioned it at check-out). The hotel's landscaping was poor; there wasn't even a suitable place to walk my dog. I had high hopes for the pet menu, but even during May Day, they were out of stock, with only one option available. Unfortunately, my dog had already eaten beef that day, so we couldn't try it. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the quality wasn't great, which doesn't align with a resort hotel's positioning. Soundproofing was also an issue; in the mornings, I could hear square dancing music, and in the afternoons, the noisy children's play area was clearly audible, even with the windows closed. There's also nothing to see or do around the hotel, further contradicting its resort status. The only positive was that the hot tub filled up quickly, making for a decent soak."

"Hilton Zhoushan is an outstanding choice with stunning sea views, spacious and tidy rooms, and comfortable beds. Service is warm and efficient, especially thanks to Mingo, who is thoughtful, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel enjoys a convenient location, great facilities, and delicious breakfast. A truly pleasant stay, highly recommended for business and leisure trips."

"The view of the sea and Zhujiajian Bridge was stunning, especially on a sunny afternoon when we arrived. We were also allowed to bring our dog. The female owner was very welcoming, and the underground parking wasn't as inconvenient as some reviews suggested. It's located at the main entrance between buildings 3 and 4, leading directly to building 4. There are signs, although there are only a few spaces available. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room this season. Although it was November, the humidity meant the windows could only be opened slightly, making the room stuffy and sweaty due to condensation. Everything else was great."

"Choosing the Pullman Zhoushan for this trip was an excellent decision! The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location with stunning panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering incredible views of the sea and Mount Putuo right from your bed. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made check-in quick and seamless. The location is superb, close to seafood stalls and the Mount Putuo ferry terminal, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. With a complete range of facilities including a swimming pool and a gym with sea views, my overall stay was perfect. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhoushan!"

"This trip to Mount Putuo in Zhoushan with my friends was incredibly relaxing and comfortable, much more so than I'd anticipated, thanks to our stay at the Zen-inspired Ruyige Hotel. The hotel boasts an overall Chinese Zen design. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're enveloped in a quiet and serene atmosphere. The wooden structures, courtyard landscaping, and subtle fragrance – every detail exudes quality, making it the perfect place to find peace and unwind on Mount Putuo. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the pier, which was very convenient. We stayed in a family room in the back mountain area this time. It was much quieter than the main building, and we had beautiful mountain views and lush greenery right outside our window. Although there was a short uphill walk, the hotel staff kindly helped with our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. The room details also added a sense of ritual. Besides complimentary drinking water, they provided calligraphy paper, brushes, and an inkstone for copying scriptures. It was drizzling that day, so we listened to the rain and quietly copied scriptures in our room, feeling ourselves slowly calm down. The wooden bathtub and foot spa basin were also huge pluses; after soaking our feet in the evening, we slept incredibly well. The hotel also offers many experiential activities, such as scripture copying, morning and evening lessons, and sachet making, which are perfect for experiencing the Zen lifestyle of Mount Putuo at a leisurely pace with friends. What I loved most was that it's only about a seven-minute walk from the hotel to Puji Temple. Along the way, there are coffee shops and mountain scenery to enjoy, making for a very pleasant stroll and chat. I highly recommend the Yuanzhi Yuanwei restaurant directly opposite the hotel. We went twice in a row because the food was excellent. However, it gets very crowded during mealtimes on weekends, so it's best to go early. This trip to Mount Putuo with my friends wasn't about rushing through an itinerary; it was more about slowing down, quieting the mind, and savoring the present moment. I'm so glad we could spend such comfortable and healing days at Ruyige. I'd love to come back again."

"The stay experience was particularly satisfactory, the hotel was conveniently located, the environment was clean and tidy, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The guest manager Luna is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and the details are intimate. The overall price is very high, travel is comfortable and assured, will choose here next time, highly recommended!"

"Dongfushan Island has beautiful scenery and comfortable sea breeze, which is a good place to empty. For us who like to take pictures, staying at Cape No. 1 B&B is a very correct choice. The newly renovated room is warm and tidy and distinctive. Sitting by the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can also make beautiful films. Looking at the sea view lighthouse and the boats passing by the window, it is very artistic. The angle of watching the sunset and the lighthouse in the outdoor corridor is just right. The owner of the hotel is warm and friendly, and there are questions and answers. There is a small butler service after 00 that is also very good. There is a large terrace for tea and chat in the public area, and a small terrace to the west to punch in and shoot the lighthouse. There is a cafe downstairs that is about to open. Cape One is a homestay suitable for young people to check in and experience."

"This hotel is located in a villa complex within the Zhujiajian scenic area in Zhoushan. The environment is absolutely wonderful, and it's pet-friendly, so bringing our little dog was a breeze. The soundproofing is excellent, much better than the seaside guesthouse we stayed in the night before, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable for sleeping. It's also very quiet being by the mountains. It's close to Dongsha Beach, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service directly to the entrance. Highly recommended! It's perfect for a relaxing holiday."

"Don't be fooled by the name 'resort village,' it's more like a guesthouse with a nice environment. We went there with our kids during the May Day holiday. I didn't pay close attention and thought it was a hotel with plenty of public areas. In reality, it's located in a villa complex, basically a collection of villas. The decor is like an all-season style, and while the price is usually around two to three hundred, it shot up to almost a thousand during May Day. We stayed for two nights. It's newly renovated, so the facilities are quite new, and it's very clean. They offer one-on-one butler service, and they respond quickly if you need anything delivered. The breakfast is pretty standard, but then again, many hotels in Zhoushan don't even offer breakfast."
