"The Hotel is situated strategically near Tamrin City and Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, but the cleanliness is not quite okay, we got breakfast and it was okay, overall it is a good experience, the air conditioning was bad at first, the room was hot, but the service is good once we complaint the worker clean the filter for us and the air conditioning is okay"

GGuest UserI've been to many countries around world. I've stayed in many nice boutique, premium and luxury hotels. But believe me, none was as good as Wyndham Casablanca. And you know what makes it so special?
From the doorman to the receptionists, from the pool staff to the restaurant waiter, everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I can honestly say that just staying here has changed my perspective on life. This may also be due to the kindness of the Indonesian people. Believe me, you won't regret your stay here in this hotel.
At a completely unexpected moment (even I'd forgotten) —I'm not one for celebrating birthdays— two staff members came to wish me a happy birthday with a cute cake. They made me experience every emotion at once. I'd like to thank everyone again. You are all beautiful and precious.

Breakfast : Amazing (mostly Asian cuisine)
Pool: Clean and relaxing
Staff: Just amazing. Very kind, smiling and helpful
Location: City center. Just few meters away of a shopping mall
Price: Compared to many other chain hotels, much better.

GGuest UserLocated somewhere in central jakarta so it’s easy enough to travel around. The room is large which is great and the staffs are also really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a mosquito on my first night there and the water filter did not have water on our last day. Overall, really nice place to stay.

MMr RiderFirst of all I booked this place for 8 days. From day one entrying the room there was so much equipment that was in a bad condition. First was the Waster machine and then the Aircon suddenly turned off in the middle of the night which I had to turn back the switch last was the Tv, the technician came 3 times to send another tv to see. Yet I get so fed up when I am watching my Netflix and the tv goes back to the main menu again and again. I called up but no one came to check or called me back at night. but they managed to call me in the morning to fix the tv.
The hotel supervisor called me, and they were offering me a free breakfast after the 7 day I wasn't happy with the tv issues which spoiled my mood to watch movies with my family members together. But I'm glad that the hotel staff are trying to make things right for us.
All the staff is good and nice. Only I hoped that the management can do something to upgrade and do regularly check up on the equipment in the room for a guest to stay.

SSook Wan LeeI stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dim and smell of smoke, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. It seemed like they tried to mask the smoke with air freshener, but the combination made it worse. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor, there were ashtrays provided in the room and near the lift, which directly contradicts the no-smoking policy. To add to the discomfort, I found two baby cockroaches in my room — surprising and unpleasant, especially considering the room was on the 18th floor. The only redeeming part of my stay was the excellent customer service — the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Sofa is with stains.
Bed mattress very used.

JJettLamstayed at Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel during my trip to Jakarta and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent—it’s right in Central Jakarta, so I could easily walk to Pasar Baru for some shopping and local food, and big landmarks like Istiqlal Mosque and the Cathedral were just a short ride away. Having the train station nearby was also convenient for exploring other parts of the city.
The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the basics I needed—comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and a nice view of the city.

1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM
2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe
3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym
4. The staff are really nice and helpful
5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great!
Cons:
1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat
2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting.
Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.
