BEST QUALITY! Memorable experience. Blows my mind, the hospitality and anticipation of the staff and services. Amazing new property with wonderful facilities and amazing staff, food, and view. Quiet, relaxing, zen. Close by to the Kai Bae street full of food but tucked away privately. Would 10/10 recommendation to a friend again and again! I’m in love with this place and will forever have a place in my heart. ❤️

The stay was excellent. The accommodation was beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the management and staff were truly exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway in. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service to nearby beaches, with schedules available at the reception. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return again in the future.

Wonderful hotel. This was our second time here, and we'll definitely be back! We stayed with a group of 11 people, and absolutely everyone was thrilled! The location is on the best beach, it's clean, beautiful, the breakfasts are superb, and the staff are kind and responsive. Regarding the staff – I especially want to thank restaurant manager Jiraphan and the restaurant chef. They literally swam out in their uniforms to rescue me in the sea when I needed help. They saved my life. They are my heroes!

We had an amazing stay at Sylvan Koh Chang and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautiful and full of little surprises. Every corner is stunning, surrounded by nature and beautiful frangipani flowers. The scent of fresh frangipani around the swimming pool was absolutely wonderful and made the whole stay feel even more special. The staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. They kindly prepared a lovely towel birthday cake for my partner with fresh frangipani flowers, which was such a sweet and memorable surprise. During breakfast, we even saw a huge bird nearby, which was a unique and memorable experience. One of our most unforgettable moments was walking back along the beach at night after dinner. The sky was full of stars, and we even saw a shooting star. It felt magical and romantic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay filled with beautiful memories. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this resort to couples looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway.

The hotel has a convenient location, a uniquely designed pool that's perfect for photos, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money.

I booked two floors in two different villas. They contacted me in advance and warned me that one of them would be replaced, as the previous guests wanted to extend their stay. They upgraded my room to a larger apartment with a sea view, which I absolutely loved. This was my first time at Koh Chang, so I give the experience a 5++. A personal, generous KHRAPP to Uncle Seryozha and his son Vladislav, and excellent, responsive service on site. The second room also lived up to all expectations, both in location and service. We were initially skeptical about the breakfasts at 500 baht per person, but ultimately decided they were definitely worth it. A good buffet, organic coffee, and pastries. There's also a small cafe nearby. We tried it—the food was good, but the administrator said that every table was often reserved (and obviously not fully occupied, giving the impression that either the adjacent villas were prioritized or that the staff were reluctant to open). The grounds are gigantic, apparently encompassing several different resorts. It would be difficult to navigate these wonderfully landscaped grounds without a moped. The service staff helped us with this, and after check-in, they brought the scooter right to our rooms. The beaches and beach bars (Shambala in particular) with their pools were absolutely delightful. Having driven around the island, I can say that one of the best beaches was right next to my room. I'm posting views from the beach opposite Apartment 1128. I don't have any photos of the accommodations, only videos, so I'll try to cut them up and upload them later.

The hotel is great! It's a paradise! It's a treasure hotel~ Super satisfied! Breakfast is very delicious, mango, jackfruit are super sweet, there are also Thai rice dumplings, snacks ~ fried seafood, shrimp ~ squid, fried eggs and so on~ The hotel has a large lake, free kayaking is provided, it is fun, there is a lot of mangrove landscape on the lake There is no 7-11 around, there is a small supermarket not far from the hotel, you can buy some basic things It is a good choice for people with cars to come over in a daze~ The only minor problem, the pillow is a little higher~ I personally like a shorter pillow

The shower didn't drain well The area around the hotel feels like an aquarium There are about 5 sea turtles, including saltwater fish and freshwater fish, especially next to the dining area During the day, they take you to an uninhabited island about 10 minutes away and pick you up at the right time. They prepare water, beach towers, and mats It's literally an uninhabited island...the water wasn't good enough for snorkeling They lend you kayaks and life jackets at the hotel Breakfast is a Thai dish, and you can choose from a few egg dishes, fruits, and breads. It's not a buffet It's fun to watch the fish while eating Overall, it's good Experience No separate parking lot If you rent a motorcycle, there are many places to go around

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, so it is relatively quiet. The bed was very large and comfortable. We did not think it was too crowded. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is also good, but the variety is relatively small. We booked a room with breakfast. The next day we had breakfast and we ordered the menu. The prices of different packages are different. I wondered if we needed to make up the difference when we checked out, but there was no result. The boss and the proprietress are very nice and enthusiastic. I only blame myself for having too limited English, and they can’t talk well. The hotel has a small boat to take guests to the opposite Bangbao fishing village for dinner every day. The service is very attentive. The hotel’s dinner is also okay, except that there are few varieties, everything else is fine. The fly in the ointment is that there is no place to dry clothes. There may be monkeys coming sooner or later, so don't be too nervous to hear the movement. And there are a lot of ants on the island, especially at night. Don't be too nervous to see it.

It was dirty, everything was old in the room and there was a smell, there was a leak on the floor from the refrigerator. When we checked in, there was a stoned Latino on our floor, he opened the door to the corridor and turned on the music. Of course, they moved us. Because the room was non-refundable and paid for, we had to live for three days. There was almost no hot water. On the plus side, delicious breakfasts at the hotel across the street and a good beach there.
