"I booked two floors in two different villas. They contacted me in advance and warned me that one of them would be replaced, as the previous guests wanted to extend their stay. They upgraded my room to a larger apartment with a sea view, which I absolutely loved. This was my first time at Koh Chang, so I give the experience a 5++. A personal, generous KHRAPP to Uncle Seryozha and his son Vladislav, and excellent, responsive service on site. The second room also lived up to all expectations, both in location and service. We were initially skeptical about the breakfasts at 500 baht per person, but ultimately decided they were definitely worth it. A good buffet, organic coffee, and pastries. There's also a small cafe nearby. We tried it—the food was good, but the administrator said that every table was often reserved (and obviously not fully occupied, giving the impression that either the adjacent villas were prioritized or that the staff were reluctant to open). The grounds are gigantic, apparently encompassing several different resorts. It would be difficult to navigate these wonderfully landscaped grounds without a moped. The service staff helped us with this, and after check-in, they brought the scooter right to our rooms. The beaches and beach bars (Shambala in particular) with their pools were absolutely delightful. Having driven around the island, I can say that one of the best beaches was right next to my room. I'm posting views from the beach opposite Apartment 1128. I don't have any photos of the accommodations, only videos, so I'll try to cut them up and upload them later."

"Не понимаю негативных отзывов, отель потрясающий. Начиная с расположения- в дали от шума, рядом очень вкусная кафешка. Сами номера светленькие, небольшие да, но у нас был один рюкзак, нам на двоих места было достаточно вполне!  Вид из номера на бассейн и дальше- море. Просто сказка. Бассейн чистят каждый день. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, мне все очень понравилось. Мы приезжали с мужем вдвоем в этом году , бронировали вначале на 4 дня, но затем продлили еще на 4, настолько нам понравился и остров и отель❤️ Спасибо Вам большое, а мы через годик приедем снова, но уже с нашими двумя детьми🙌"

"The hotel is old but in a very good condition. Service is very welcoming and with a incredibly high level of English language proficiency. Location is rather quiet (there’s a shuttle but you better set with your car or bike) but with a great beach. Good food at the dinner restaurant and plentiful breakfast. Sand fleas is an issue. We’ve got some bites. Good value for money."
