TTiong Suan TongStayed another night after coming back from Suzhou. Since we arrived early, the only room left was the very last one down the corridor. It was quite a walk from the elevator, and having only one elevator for the whole building isn't ideal, especially with so many rooms on the second floor. One elevator really isn't enough. The third floor was under renovation, so hopefully, they'll add more elevators once it's done!
Also, today's room was a corner unit, so it was very spacious. While large is good, the lighting was too dim, making some areas quite dark. The bathroom wasn't bright enough either. There's a small makeup mirror at the vanity, but it's useless because the light doesn't reach it – how am I supposed to put on makeup in the dark? I thought opening the curtains would help, but it didn't; there's a panel blocking the window, leaving only two small slits on either side to see outside, so the room still didn't get any brighter. The air conditioning in the room also wasn't very cold. When I reported it, the front desk said it was centrally controlled, and that was that.
The hotel's location is still excellent, very close to the subway station – just a few steps away. Subway Line 1 goes directly to Xiaoshan Airport, and it's convenient for getting everywhere. There are many shops nearby, and it's very close to West Lake, Hefang Street, Wushan Square, etc.
One more thing to add is that the hotel's laundry room is great. It has 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, and the TV in the room shows the availability of the machines. However, it's quite a long walk because the laundry room is right by the elevator exit, and our room was at the very end of the hall. 😆

GGuest UserThis Vienna Hotel is located in Changkou Town, Fuyang District. The transportation is very convenient and it is only three or four intersections away from the highway. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are spacious, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows are magnificent and transparent. The room facilities are relatively complete, and the control modes of lights, curtains, etc. are very convenient. There is also a Xiaodu speaker, but I didn't have time to try it out more. The bathroom has plenty of hot water at a sufficient temperature, and details such as clothes hooks are well designed. The hotel has free parking in the underground garage. For a hotel in this price range, there is almost nothing wrong with the accommodation. I would like to give special praise to the housekeeping lady who was on duty that night. She was enthusiastic, proactive and never tired of doing her job. It's a pity that I didn't remember her work number. Vienna 5.0 can be had.

IIso723The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing detailed information on everything from hotel activities to nearby transportation and dining options – they really thought of everything guests might need. We stayed for two days, and the breakfasts were different each morning, well-balanced nutritionally, and delicious! The afternoon tea cakes at the hotel were also good, and they delivered fresh, pre-washed fruit wrapped in cling film to our room daily, showing great attention to hygiene. There were even desserts in the evening – truly exceptional service! The hotel's decor is very tasteful, and the bath products smelled lovely. Our room also had a sweet osmanthus-scented essential oil diffuser. Right outside the hotel, there's a hiking trail that leads to the 'Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies' in less than an hour – the surroundings are beautiful. I also spontaneously decided to try calligraphy at the hotel, and the staff member immediately helped me get everything set up. I'm dedicating the merit from this experience to 'Mi Qiu Ye' and wish them prosperity in their business!

GGuokeI had a very satisfying stay! The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, the room had great natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was impeccable. All the facilities were complete and worked well. The staff were gentle and thoughtful, providing meticulous service. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserWith such a good price with excellent location, I have no complaints. They have free snacks, drinks, grounded coffee, ice cream. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The only thing to feedback is their manager 店长, her behaviour action is unprofessional - talk as if I owe her and she can even comment to her staffs infront of me after the customers left. Because of this, I give lower rate in the service.
If a hotel that is not close to the attractions and manage by such manager, I can guarantee hotel wil close down one day.
The staffs are more professional than her. Well done staffs!

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are complete, and there's free underground parking, which is very convenient. The room was clean, and there was plenty of bottled water provided. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me with a late check-out. I had a very satisfying experience and would definitely choose this place again next time.

KKevinI had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were very friendly and checked me in quickly. They even proactively gave me tips on local restaurants and bars. At night, the city view from the window was lovely, with bright lights, giving a great urban vibe ✨. The facilities were comprehensive, and the hot water was consistent, making it perfect for business trips. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time 🏨💼💼

CChongYoonFattMy family and I were really impressed with how clean this hotel was. The room temperature and shower water pressure were perfect. They also offer a free airport shuttle, which was a huge plus. The service was excellent, and breakfast was decent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Xiaoshan.

JjayvernExpectations needs to be set before booking this hotel to be fully satisfied with the stay.
Pros: staff is nice,polite and helpful. They offer upgrade for more smaller room booking and arranged us to be on the same floor. My mom room was upgraded to an a lot bigger room with washing machine in the room, she was happy to be able to wash her clothes. The location is the main star of this hotel. It's right at the center of attraction , walking distance to west lake , malls, restaurant, and night market. The bed was alrighty for me, it's more towards the harder type which im ok with but the pillow is a little too soft. View from my room window is pretty nice as well. They have tour staff there when we check in. It would be good for people that do not have plan in advance as their price is quite cheap. But do make sure u research all the places that is stated before agreeing on the package. We misunderstood that the package includes tour to tea village, but it's actually some kinda tea center where we wasted an hour ish listening to ppl talking about tea and selling tea to us.
Cons: the hotel is hard to find as it's not actually a stand alone hotel building, more like a Airbnb style kinda hotel where a few hotels is in the same building. No card is needed to access the lift so, we do not feel as safe because anyone can just enter our room floor. They uses passcode for the hotel room instead of card which the password was send by the receptionist to the tour staff (not sure if he is the hotel staff or not) phone. We do not feel safe knowing someone else has our room password in their phone 😅 there is not lock inside the room, so we felt anxious about ppl might open our door and come in anytime. Room and overall building is not the cleanest even though they do come and clean daily as it's a pretty old building.
So in conclusion, if you book this place for it's location, then hotel is perfect and the price is reasonable for the prime location. But if you prefer clean and security it might not be the best options.
