Guest UserMy brother had stayed at an atour in beijing before, that's why we decided on this chain. Unfortunately rooms don't look as displayed online - our first room was quite small, hence expensive for given price, we changed it as the room was quite loud facing the main street and realised there was some renovations going on in the building which we weren't informed about when given the room keys. Service was perfect, receptions and workers were attentive and trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We got a new room which was bigger and had a better cut, unfortunately the drainage smelled like pee and even pouring shampoo in and cleaning it with hot water didn't help. We didn't report it to the reception as we were too lazy and exhausted to change again or make a fuss. The amenities also look a bit on the lower end and don't fit to atour's reputation of being a premium brand. Though it offers nice breakfast and the location is just a 10mins walk away from hefang street and 10-15mins to west lake. Street itself where atour is located at offers a variety to eat and shop. Beside of the drainage and amenities, our experience was a bit dulled, given the price

AustinZ100312A Truly Refreshing Stay at Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou)
My recent stay at the Vienna International Hotel in Fuyang Changkou was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler, I have high expectations for comfort, service, and value, and this hotel exceeded them all.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant and distinctively European lobby. The check-in process was swift and seamless, handled by the incredibly polite and professional front desk staff. They greeted me with genuine warmth and were very helpful in answering my questions about the local area.
My room was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The signature Vienna aesthetic, with its classic touches and soothing color palette, created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water.
While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible.
What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive.
In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. It offers exceptional value for money, combining top-notch comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and superb service. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant stay.

Anonymous UserWith such a good price with excellent location, I have no complaints. They have free snacks, drinks, grounded coffee, ice cream. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The only thing to feedback is their manager 店长, her behaviour action is unprofessional - talk as if I owe her and she can even comment to her staffs infront of me after the customers left. Because of this, I give lower rate in the service.
If a hotel that is not close to the attractions and manage by such manager, I can guarantee hotel wil close down one day.
The staffs are more professional than her. Well done staffs!

Guest UserThe hotel facilities are complete, and there's free underground parking, which is very convenient. The room was clean, and there was plenty of bottled water provided. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me with a late check-out. I had a very satisfying experience and would definitely choose this place again next time.

NishiliangbanbuWe were leaving in the afternoon and they kindly offered us a late check-out until 3 PM, which is something most other hotels don't do – they usually kick you out by 2 PM. It's a great policy! The hotel is also super close to the subway station, making it really convenient to get around. The room was clean and quiet, which was nice. It was easy to find and even had a good view from the window.

I mainly chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly, and there aren't many options in the city center. However, the facilities are really subpar. First, I have to give five stars to the two young men at the front desk; they were incredibly polite, patient, and enthusiastic. But seriously, the hardware is so disappointing. There are no solid walls, only wooden partitions, so there's no soundproofing. From midnight until late morning, I kept hearing a cat jumping around and meowing, either next door or from the ventilation shaft. The carpet outside had pet urine stains, making it impossible to sleep well. The hotel has no elevator, and you also have to use stairs to get outside. There's no free parking; it costs 60 per day, which is the hotel's 'partner' rate. Honestly, besides being 'pet-friendly' and having nice front desk staff, there's absolutely nothing else to praise. They really should focus on improving the facilities and cleanliness. The smell from the bathroom was noticeable, and staying here for one night was truly dreadful!

Same as feedback from other guests, this hotel (technically not a hotel but condo units converted into hotel rooms) has the best location. It is located along Yingtai walking street, and just 100m away from west lake as well as the jetty. It is also very near to subway. Location wise is a full score. But it is very difficult to locate the hotel since Jinbailan only operates L5 and L9 of that condo as their hotel rooms. So, you will not find big signage ”金柏澜” on building exterior. Please see my attached pictures for the building exterior and the doorway to get to the lifts and go to L9 to find their reg counter. Since it is not a full fledge hotel, the room's facilities is really nothing to shout about. You will feel like going back home. That said, because of its superb location, unless I can find better alternative with better value-for-money, I will stay here again on my next return trip.
