"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Shhyun Cho, who went above and beyond to help me with a laundry issue. Her patience and willingness to assist made a real difference to my stay. The hotel offers only selected guest supplies compared to some nearby hotels. There was also one occasion when our room rubbish was not fully cleared, but the receptionist promptly helped when I brought it to their attention. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent service, and attentive staff, especially Shhyun Cho for her outstanding hospitality."

"Had a wonderful stay, room is spacious, link to a mall sheltered. A junction away from Yodobashi Mall and Umeda Train station. The rooms are reasonably big. Love the bathroom. Separate beds are slightly bigger than single beds. Linens are luxurious high thread count. Room Flooring is semi wood and carpeted. Coffee and Tea are complimentary, comes with full set of in room requirements, ironing set, luxurious bathrobe, bar fridge, comfy bedroom slippers, safe, V Sassoon hair dryer, full bathing and vanity kit, toilet cubicle is separate by a door, bath tub is of good size, separate shower water pressure is fantastic. Motorised linen blinds, daily bottles of water Here’s my favourite: Facilities include 24hrs of fully equipped gym all machines including leg machines, bar and free weights, gym balls, foam rollers, treadmill, elliptical, bicycle etc. Use of Bathhouse and indoor swimming pool included as part of the booking. Spa facial and massage avail at a fee. Lounge area is great with nice matcha latte. Had buffet breakfast in the morning, sufficient variety. Lotsa fruits choices. Building is exclusive luxury. Initial check-in process can be better and less rigid. Pre-paid room type if unavailable, guests should be informed ahead prior to arrival. Somewhere between Trip.com and the hotel miscommunication should not affect the hotel guests traveling 12 hours to reach there. Director of rooms Mr Liam Wynn Williams saved the day. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality to resolve the issue."

"So glad to find a hotel with such a convenient location! 🚉 It's right next to the Kintetsu station, which makes getting around a breeze. Plus, the Metro is just a five-minute walk away! 🚶♀️ I can even hop on a bus for a quick ten-minute ride to Tennoji. 🚌 15 min walk to osaka castle. 🏰 This spot is perfect for exploring the city! I can spend hours browsing the Kintetsu Department Store and stocking up on essentials at the Aeon Supermarket. Plus, snagging cute finds at Daiso is always a win. 🤩 Need toiletries? The chemists have me covered! And guess what? Don Quixote is only a 10-minute dash away. 🏃♀️ #TravelGoals #CityExploration #ConvenientLocation"

Waldorf Astoria Osaka Hotels in Osaka

Waldorf Astoria Osaka

"Waldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey."

"First time in Osaka and chose this hotel because it's very close to Shinsaibashi. The room was typically small, as you'd expect in Japan, but I really liked that the shower wasn't in the bathtub."

"Very pleasant experience. Simple check in process, spacious room with a balcony for fresh air. Amenities are complimentary and sufficient. There were some train noises but it is acceptable with the balcony door closed. Having a washing machine in the room was a bonus surprise for me."
