"Everything in the room is exactly the same as what we saw on Ctrip. It’s beautiful and great! The hygiene is also very good, much better than expected. The only problem is that the water flow from the bathroom faucet is too small. I asked the housekeeper to come and see it and said that the water flow can only be so large😂. I can take a shower but cannot wash my hair."

"The location is convenient, with supermarkets, shopping malls, and restaurants all within walking distance. However, it is about a 20-minute drive to Queenstown town centre. Parking is shared with the shopping mall, but we did not encounter any issues finding a space. Overall, the hotel is good in terms of cleanliness, location, and amenities. For service, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. During check-out, there was no staff at the reception, and no one responded when we called for assistance. As we were rushing to catch a domestic flight, this was quite frustrating. Fortunately, a cleaner happened to walk by and helped by knocking on the office door, after which a staff member finally came out. I don’t think this level of service should occur at a hotel of this standard."
