Hangzhou Metro Payment Methods

Hangzhou Metro supports diverse cashless and cash payment options, with no Chinese bank card required for foreign visitors. All methods below are fully accessible for Canadian tourists:

1. QR Code Payment (Most Convenient for Foreigners)

Canadian visitors can access metro QR codes through three mainstream platforms: the official Hangzhou Metro App, Alipay, and WeChat City Services. Exclusive tip for international travelers: Alipay supports binding overseas credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) issued in Canada, eliminating the need for a Chinese bank account or local phone card. Once bound, you can generate a dynamic QR code to scan and ride directly, which is the most hassle-free payment method for first-time Canadian visitors.

2. Single Journey Tickets

Physical tickets can be purchased at station self-service vending machines or manual ticket counters. Vending machines accept cash (CNY), mobile payments, and digital RMB. Unused tickets with no entry records are refundable at the original purchase station on the same day.

3. Transit Cards

Hangzhou Citizen Cards and Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai T-Union Cards are available for frequent travellers, offering a 9% discount on regular fares. Suitable for long-term stays in eastern China.

4. NFC & Digital RMB

Tap-and-go NFC payment is compatible with Apple Wallet and mainstream Android NFC wallets, supporting quick entry without physical tickets or QR codes. Digital RMB payment is also available via the Hangzhou Metro App or official E-CNY App, partnered with major Chinese banks. Note that digital RMB is optional for foreign travelers, and mainstream international payment methods are fully sufficient for daily rides.

5. Tourist Passes (Best Value for Canadian Visitors)

Exclusive electronic unlimited-ride passes for short-term travellers, available for purchase directly on the Hangzhou Metro App (2026 valid pricing, CAD conversion attached):

  • 1-Day Pass: 15 CNY (~2.85 CAD)
  • 3-Day Pass: 40 CNY (~7.60 CAD)
  • 5-Day Pass: 60 CNY (~11.40 CAD)
  • 7-Day Pass: 80 CNY (~15.20 CAD)

Canadian Travel Tip: For most 5–7 day Hangzhou travel itineraries covering West Lake, Xixi Wetland, airport and railway station transfers, the 7-day unlimited ride pass delivers the best cost performance, saving frequent ticket-purchasing time and reducing travel budget.

West Lake Lakeside Area Hangzhou|2.61km from city centre
This is, hands down, the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at in Hangzhou. Seriously, it's unrivaled. Absolutely unrivaled. First, let's talk about the location: Turn right out the door, and you're just ten minutes from West Lake (and the musical fountain), and eight minutes from the bustling downtown area (Intime Department Store). It's truly a quiet oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. There are other hotels like Atour, All Seasons, and Friendship Hotel nearby. Dining options are also abundant, with restaurants of all sizes and price points. The surroundings are beautiful, absolutely fantastic! Now, for the service: In one word, excellent! The doorman proactively helped with our luggage, and the young lady at the front desk was so enthusiastic and helpful. Coincidentally, there was an available suite, and she upgraded us without us even asking (the value for money was insane!). They even gave us two complimentary souvenir gifts! The housekeeping staff also brought us a sweet white fungus and lotus seed soup. I honestly felt like the hotel was losing money on us! Cleanliness: At first, I thought, being an older five-star hotel, it might not be super clean. I was wrong. It was impeccably clean; you couldn't tell it was an older establishment at all! Facilities: The facilities are free of unnecessary gimmicks (no voice control, for instance). The light switches are straightforward and functional, very simple and practical without being confusing. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the TV picture quality wasn't as good as my TV at home. The biggest advantage, however, is the price, price, PRICE! For such a prime location and a hotel of this caliber, it didn't even start with a '3' (meaning under 300 RMB if you forgo breakfast, or just over 300 with breakfast)! This is absolutely the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at in Hangzhou (and possibly even nationwide)! One more thing: The breakfast was also very generous, with both Chinese and Western options, and it ran from 6 AM to 10 AM! It's also the earliest breakfast I've seen at any hotel (including express and business hotels), hands down! In summary, this hotel is an absolute steal, and it's my go-to whenever I visit Hangzhou from now on!

Junting Hotel has always been my top choice when traveling, and this time in Hangzhou, I chose it again. It's really convenient, close to Hangzhou East Railway Station, surrounded by many shopping malls, and getting to West Lake is a breeze. The staff, especially 'Sweet Donut' (Tian Tian Quan), provided excellent service. This trip was with my whole family, and to accommodate us on the same floor, they upgraded our rooms for free. Plus, booking a king room came with complimentary crayfish and beer, and the twin room included a complimentary meal for two. It was such a great deal! All the other hotel staff were also very polite, and my family was very satisfied with their stay. I'll definitely choose Junting again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

This is a hotel I really love. It's an old five-star hotel, and while it might not be as shiny and new as it once was, its location is incredibly convenient. The rooms are huge and come with all the amenities you could ask for. West Lake is just a short walk across the street, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the night market is vibrant and dazzling, offering so much to see. What's really thoughtful is that food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot! There are two areas I hope can be improved: 1. I booked a non-smoking room, but when I first entered, I could still smell smoke. It might be absorbed into the carpet or walls from previous guests. As a five-star hotel, couldn't they require guests to maintain a smoke-free stay throughout? This would better preserve the room's cleanliness and hygiene, and also prevent safety hazards. 2. Could self-service laundry facilities be provided? Most hotels in China now offer self-service laundry, which we're happy to pay for. Sending individual items for washing is really inconvenient. Plus, the online booking mentioned self-service laundry, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn't available. Fortunately, the kind young staff at the front desk saw my predicament and helped resolve the issue. Overall, the minor flaws don't detract from its greatness, and I will definitely stay here again!

The Sofitel Hangzhou Westlake, located at 333 West Lake Avenue, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou, is an older five-star hotel. The entrance looked a bit messy, and when my companion and I, both seniors, got out of the taxi with our luggage, no one offered to help. At the front desk, the young man spoke nicely and arranged a quiet room for us on a higher floor (the fifth floor). However, after checking in, we realized there was actually a sixth floor above us (the executive rooms we booked were already on the fifth and sixth floors). It felt a bit like a bait-and-switch. We occasionally encountered staff who were mostly expressionless, though the cleaning lady on our floor was very kind and polite. The so-called executive room had a window that faced directly onto another building, only about twenty meters away. If it were summer, it would be inconvenient to open the curtains during the day. The room had good soundproofing, and we barely heard any outside noise at night. However, the bathtub didn't come with a disposable liner, making it practically useless. In the evening, we went to the fifth-floor restaurant for the happy hour special, and the two young ladies serving there were very pleasant. The hotel's swimming pool is quite small and has limited operating hours. The rooftop garden is very nice and offers a great view of most of West Lake.

Having lived in both northern and southern parts of the country for many years, I've come to realize that experiencing different lifestyles significantly enhances one's quality of life and emotional well-being. That's why Hangzhou, often called 'heaven on earth,' is always my top choice for a relaxing vacation away from Beijing. The name 'Shangri-La Hotel, Hangzhou' itself clearly indicates its prime location in the city center, directly connected to the high-end shopping mall, Kerry Center. This powerful alliance between a luxury hotel and a premium shopping complex is a prime example of brilliant business strategy. During my stay, I was warmly welcomed by the team, especially Emma, Clara, and Xenla. Emma's service was exceptional and personalized throughout, feeling just like a family member. We clicked from the moment I checked in. She's of average height, gentle, charming, elegant in her demeanor, and highly professional. We exchanged WeChat contacts, and she was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, providing instant recommendations for local food and any other travel inquiries I had. Following her advice and tips led to some truly excellent experiences. For instance, her recommendation for 'Ye Ma,' an outstanding representative of Hangzhou cuisine – lauded by the Michelin Guide and CCTV – really lived up to its reputation. Conveniently located right in Kerry Center, it was just a few minutes' walk to the restaurant. Both the dining environment and food quality were exactly what I'd hoped for. I'm truly grateful for her dedicated service. Such hotel marketing professionals are rare and invaluable, especially for high-end luxury hotels. I sincerely hope the hotel management recognizes and commends their diligent service, dedication, and the joy they bring to guests. Location-wise, the hotel is superb, about 800-1000 meters from West Lake, a pleasant 10-minute walk. The hotel lobby features Shangri-La's signature design elements – it's grand and soaring, exuding understated luxury yet feeling comfortable and spacious. Stepping in feels like a special occasion. My room was a garden balcony room on the third floor, which was large, tastefully decorated in subtle colors, and impeccably clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. Since I enjoy tea, the staff thoughtfully provided plenty of bottled water. The welcome fruit platter was generous in both variety and quantity. Breakfast offered fresh, diverse dishes, with exquisitely crafted Western pastries and bread that tasted fantastic. The dining environment was serene, and the service was attentive yet organized, setting a wonderful tone for the start of each day.

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a high-floor room with a great view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The reception and room service staff were always professional, friendly, and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, with the metro station right outside the entrance, making it easy to visit attractions like Wulin Night Market and West Lake. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that there is no elevator from the metro exit to street level, so carrying luggage can be a little challenging.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to West Lake. This time I booked a 1.35 business twin room. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic, and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always greeting us kindly. The soundproofing was great, so it was very quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and good quality, all for a reasonable price. The hotel also offers a car charter service for tours, with great discounts and extended service hours. This was a lifesaver for us independent travelers with kids! The driver was steady, polite, and patient, accompanying us throughout and providing thoughtful explanations. Thumbs up! My stay at the Marco Polo Lake Hotel this time was truly worth it! This is my second stay here, and it's just as great as before. The location is superb, right near Longxiang Subway Station and close to all the major shopping malls, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. It's also very close to West Lake, and the view from the 18th-floor terrace is absolutely stunning. The breakfast spread is excellent, and I noticed an improvement with the staff at the breakfast entrance, who were much friendlier this time. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and provide great service. My only minor suggestion would be for the cleaning staff to pay a bit more attention to detail, like ensuring the bedside table surfaces are wiped clean.

This hotel is located right by the beautiful West Lake. Even though I hadn't booked a lake view room, the lovely guest relations team understood my request and quickly pre-assigned me a room with a view of the West Lake. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very professional during check-in. The gym on the second floor is spacious with professional equipment, and it overlooks a charming, old-style pedestrian street, making for a beautiful workout environment. Breakfast on the first floor offers a diverse and rich selection, including many Western dishes. The smoked salmon was delicious, there was a great variety of salads, and plenty of yogurt and juice options. They also had authentic local Hangzhou breakfast items like Pian'er Chuan noodles, beef brisket noodles, soup dumplings, and wontons – all very tasty! The custom-made rice noodle bowls also looked delicious, but I was simply too full to try them all. The value for money here is excellent; to enjoy such exceptional service and experience for just over 1,000 RMB is truly worth it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

Our weekend getaway at the Shangri-La, West Lake Hangzhou was very pleasant overall. We chose the hotel for its excellent location and strong reviews, and it lived up to expectations in many ways. We were warmly welcomed and appreciated the thoughtful touches, including a complimentary afternoon tea, which was a very nice gesture. We were also kindly offered a late check-out until 3 pm, although we were unable to take advantage of it due to pre-booked train tickets. What we loved most was the comfort and quality throughout our stay—the beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The staff were also accommodating and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There are a few areas that could be improved. The hotel would benefit from some light refurbishment, as the armchairs in the room showed visible stains, and the hallway carpets could use a deeper clean. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a beautiful location, and we would still consider returning for another visit.

Stayed for a day over the weekend. The river view room offered expansive views and the room itself was quite good. However, the elevator was a bit of a nightmare. We waited for a long time at first and it didn't come, making us think it was broken. i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好, a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

We went for the infinity pool, with its mountain and water views. The location is nice, but I had to drive to find my room. Even the navigation system couldn't find it, and I had to ask the staff along the way. The only downside is that everything within the resort requires a shuttle bus, which is a long wait. When the bus arrives, you have to ask the driver if it's on your way; if it isn't, you won't be given a seat. There's no one to maintain order, and when it's crowded, there's always scrambling for a seat, sometimes even arguments. For food, we chose the à la carte Chinese restaurant, which cost over 700 yuan. The next day, we went to the pet park, but there were only a few sheep and sika deer, and a bag of carrots cost 20 yuan. Overall, the value for money isn't great, and it's worth just experiencing.

Booked this for my parents' relaxing trip to Hangzhou. I saw on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) that the service was top-notch. Some people even said it wasn't good, but then there were loyal fans defending it, saying 'you're talking nonsense!' 😆 I figured if a hotel could generate such devoted followers, it must be good, so I booked it without hesitation. The next day, I went to visit my parents. The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the Yunqi Bamboo Trail scenic area to the hotel. The drive through the bamboo forest, right within the scenic area, was absolutely beautiful! The entire building is said to be an old Republican-era structure. The design is very distinctive, with many picturesque spots for photos. Even though I booked the cheapest room, the view was still excellent. The complimentary welcome fruit was high-quality, including some expensive mini apples. The afternoon tea was also lovely. The staff were enthusiastic and all wore smiles, even taking the time to explain the hotel's history and origins in detail. They were also very knowledgeable about nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, with an excellent location overlooking the Fuchun River. When we arrived, because we had a lot of luggage, the lady in charge of the door (should be a lobby leader) personally took us to the door of the room and called several employees to help us move our luggage. When we had dinner in the evening, not only was there a river view, but the waiters were also very thoughtful. The next day, I took the hotel elevator to the fourth floor and suddenly found a paradise on the top of the mountain, with lambs, alpacas and other small animals. I found them round and clean. I don't usually write reviews, but this time I really have to. I habitually book Holiday Inn, but this hotel must have been converted from a smaller guesthouse or something similar. The room and bathroom were pathetically tiny; I could barely turn around, and the door wouldn't close properly. When I booked, I didn't notice it was right next to Hangzhou Station. Staying on the 16th floor, the window wasn't soundproof at all. There was constant car honking and people talking from downstairs early in the morning. The room was very old, and the air conditioner was incredibly loud. I didn't get any good sleep for the two nights I stayed.

My stay at the InterContinental Hangzhou (the 'Big Golden Ball') was initially just for the landmark, but I was unexpectedly deeply impressed by the service. The day before arrival, I received a call from Manager Zheng of the hotel, who patiently inquired about my check-in time and any special requests. When checking in, upon learning that my husband hoped to capture a satisfactory view from the room, Manager Zheng went above and beyond, tirelessly coordinating floor orientation and the room with the best view for us. Sure enough, that night, when the lights on the opposite bank reflected on the river, I truly felt all of Hangzhou's romance was encapsulated within that one window. The next morning, the Qiantang River's sunrise glow was like an overturned palette, with pinks, purples, oranges, and deep blues interwoven. You barely needed to adjust the composition; every shot turned out magnificent. Perhaps this is the caliber of the 'Big Golden Ball' – not only is the hardware unbeatable, but the service is also subtly exceptional. This kind of service, where 'needs are truly heard and acted upon,' made us, the guests, deeply feel what a truly top-tier hotel is all about. Thank you, InterContinental, and thank you, Manager Zheng and the front desk staff, for giving us a perfect trip to Hangzhou. The hotel's surroundings and interior are excellent, like a large garden. The lobby, elevators, and rooms are all decorated with Liangzhu-style features. What's most commendable is how spotlessly clean everything is, even the changing rooms and showers by the pool are impeccably tidy. Definitely a big thumbs up! The room itself is huge, with an empty, spacious living area, and the bedroom is also very generous. The only odd thing is the small sink, which feels out of place given the immense space. The breakfast offers a wide variety; it's not exceptionally delicious, but still pretty good. It's not far from the Liangzhu Museum or Yubird Market. Unfortunately, it rained continuously during my stay, so I couldn't explore much, and the sky only cleared up when I was leaving. 😂 If you visit on a sunny day, there are quite a few places to enjoy. The spot by the arch bridge on the lake, with Leifeng Pagoda in the background, was absolutely stunning! The hotel service was also top-notch. We went after the Dragon Boat Festival peak, and they upgraded our room type. My room also got an upgrade due to a minor drainage issue. Building #8 is very convenient, and the ground-floor rooms with a courtyard are excellent.

Overall, the experience was truly beyond five stars. The hotel is located in the Xin'an district, offering a peaceful, comfortable, and serene environment. The hotel's decor, overall construction planning, and garden maintenance are all top-notch. The ambiance exudes a strong, calming energy that makes you feel incredibly relaxed. The environment alone definitely earns more than five stars. The front desk service was meticulous, but that's standard for any Four Seasons hotel. The Jin Sha restaurant within the hotel was absolutely superb; the food was truly delicious and offered incredible value for money. Their Western restaurant was equally excellent, and the cocktails at the lobby lounge were also high quality. Even a simple Gin & Tonic showed attention to detail in both the gin and tonic water. Ordering a drink also came with homemade snacks and olives. Breakfast was absolutely divine. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the beautiful garden was a pure delight! The hotel's in-house professional photography service was also top-tier. The makeup, costumes, and professionalism of the shoot were all first-rate. The room was the only slight drawback. It wasn't an issue of being old; although it has some years on it, it's clearly well-maintained with tasteful materials, giving it a distinctive character. However, room 106, which I was assigned, was completely different from the Garden View King Room advertised on Ctrip's pictures. Being a corner room, it had poor lighting and a restricted view. The scenery and environment of the small outdoor pavilion were also very mediocre. One side was against a wall and a corridor, which felt very unpleasant. Had I known this, I wouldn't have spent an extra 2,000 yuan to choose this room (7,700+ per night). If this room is an anomaly, I suggest not assigning it to direct booking guests in the future. Wouldn't it be better to reserve it for VIP upgrades? (You can see details of the garden view in pictures 2-5). Oh, and the private boat tour, while expensive, was worth it. I recommend gathering 6 people; it's very comfortable and offers decent value for money. I still gave a full five-star rating because other aspects surpassed a five-star level, thus compensating for the room's shortcomings. Future guests booking the Deluxe Garden View King Room should be cautious. I recommend choosing other room types.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, feeling very new. It's super convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 5. You can easily stroll to famous old restaurants like Kuiyuan Hall and Zhiweiyuan, and even walk to West Lake Scenic Area. It's a great choice whether you're traveling for leisure or business. Plus, the breakfast had a wide variety and tasted delicious!

We had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a two-bedroom villa. The villa was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and a memorable experience. The breakfast was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the effort made to accommodate our strict vegetarian dietary requirements. The buggy services were consistently prompt and efficient. The resort’s location amidst the wetlands provides a unique and tranquil natural setting, though some guests may find it slightly secluded. Communication through WeChat was smooth and responsive. We would also like to especially commend Samiksha, the intern, and the dining team member who spoke both English and Chinese fluently. Their attentiveness and willingness to help significantly enhanced our experience. As areas for improvement, the swimming pool water could have been warmer, and the addition of facilities such as a sauna or jacuzzi would further elevate the guest experience. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and well-managed stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the team.

For my trip to Hangzhou in April, I specifically chose the Rose Garden Resort Hotel. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the scent of roses and a vibrant display of flowers throughout the courtyard garden. There were even peacocks roaming freely, interacting with guests and fanning their tails! The guest rooms weren't huge, but the overall decor was clean and pleasant. They provided a coffee capsule machine, eco-friendly bottled water, and complimentary bracelets, pastries, and fruit. The breakfast on the second day didn't have a wide variety, but the taste was quite good, and I especially loved the onsen egg – it was delicious! Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip. ❤️

The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is impeccable. The environment is absolutely wonderful, and the service is top-notch and highly efficient! The staff are always there when you need them, promptly appearing to solve any issues. The complimentary fruits and drinks in the room were so abundant, I couldn't possibly finish them all. After booking, staff called to inquire about my needs and helped me book the Lingyin Temple and Feilai Peak scenic area, make restaurant reservations, and arrange wood barrel baths and sound bowl sessions – it was incredibly thoughtful. If I didn't want to walk, staff were also available to drive me around! After learning my train ticket information, they even arranged a late check-out for me and a car to take me to the station. Upon arrival, staff were already waiting, offering warm tea and wet towels. When I left, staff saw me off to my car and waved goodbye! The service truly is excellent, absolutely fantastic! They even gave me a luggage tag as a gift! The hotel is located within the scenic area, so the environment is naturally beautiful, very quiet, secluded, and a perfect escape from the bustling city. It's truly an ideal spot for a vacation! I highly recommend staying here! If I have the time and the means, I'll definitely be back! In short, this is a must-stay hotel, and it certainly won't disappoint its guests!

I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou. It's really comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast has a good variety, and the surrounding facilities are great, making it super convenient to get anywhere. When my friend and I were chatting in the lobby, the front desk staff even brought us water – they were so warm and friendly, and the service was excellent. They helped me receive a package and even helped me unbox and organize it. I loved it!~

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had no strange odors, and the hot water came on very quickly. The front desk attendant checked me in within minutes. The hallway was quiet and not noisy at all. The location was easy to find, and it was convenient to go out for meals and shopping. Downstairs, there were various convenience stores and small restaurants, so the amenities were complete. There were also enough power outlets for charging. It offers great value for money, with no hidden fees. My overall experience exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

Because I worked near Josi, I chose this hotel. The arrival time on the same day was already late at night. I made a note on Ctrip, I hope it is a non-smoking room. The high floor is far from the elevator. The hotel well recognized my needs and was very enthusiastic about upgrading. Considering that I didn't book breakfast, I also gave a free breakfast. Thank you very much. Back to the topic, let's talk about the hotel's own stay experience. To be honest, it's not a last resort, I haven't stayed for a long time. Domestic non-chain brands also have 1 point before check-in. Actually, I think I should give a good price rating. First of all, I think the size of the room is OK, not crowded, and the equipment and facilities are very complete. The facilities are also very easy to use and no defects are found. Sleeping well all night. The breakfast the next morning, I think it should be praised, whether it is the variety. Or the service of the restaurant makes people feel like a spring breeze. Finally, I want to say two small flaws. First of all, the glass in the shower room is too dirty and has been covered with pulp. A little point is deducted here. Secondly, the cold dish cold mixing area of the breakfast room. There are some cold dishes. Unable to clamp, it means that the ice may be too long. The above two small suggestions are that the hotel can improve immediately at low cost. Finally, I want to say a little extra topic. I understand the hotel very much. Need to be praised on a third-party platform. But I personally don't accept it. The active invitation-style way to give praise. It is even more unacceptable to let customers comment according to the wishes of the hotel in a rewarding way. Of course, this is my pure personal feeling. The overall flaw of the hotel is not concealed, it is still recommended to stay, especially in the Josi area. Is a good choice.
