We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. Our family of four came to Disney, and the hotel is very close to Disneyland. The next morning, they personally dropped us off at a spot very near the Disney entrance, which saved us a lot of walking. We had a great time playing, and after we were done, we just contacted the hotel and they came to pick us up – super convenient! The room was clean, especially the projector which was great for the kids to watch TV on. Before heading back, we could order takeout directly to the hotel, or there are also restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Highly recommend, 5 stars! 🌟

An absolutely fantastic B&B experience! The location is super convenient, close to the subway, making it easy to get to Disneyland. The courtyard is elegant and quiet, and the rooms are beautifully designed with great natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The smart room control system gets full marks. The service is thoughtful and attentive; the host is very responsive and always ready to help. It offers excellent value for money and is truly a hidden gem among the accommodations near Shanghai Disneyland. I'll definitely be back for a second stay!

Our family of four stayed at Yuexian Boutique Apartment for five nights, and the service was exceptional from the day we arrived until the day we checked out. We booked their private 6-seater airport transfer, and Ken was already waiting to pick us up directly at the arrival exit of Pudong Airport. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Vivien was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always responding promptly and assisting us with everything we needed. She made communication very easy via WeChat app. After the arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a family room, as it was the earliest room available. The room was fantastic, spacious, spotless, and perfect for our family of four with multiple large suitcases. The beds, pillows, and linens were exceptionally comfortable and impeccably clean. The room was also well-equipped with clothes hangers, a study table, a sofa, a dining table and chairs, making it feel just like home. All the facilities worked perfectly, including the kitchen, shower, TV, washing machine, and air conditioning. Housekeeping came every afternoon (around 3–4 PM), and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Fresh towels and amenities were replenished daily as well. One thing we really appreciated was how accommodating they were with our Taobao deliveries. All of our parcels were safely received and stored at the apartment’s office on Level 1 until we collected them. This is truly one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed at in Shanghai. Its location is excellent, especially if you want to stay close to Nanjing Road while enjoying a comfortable, spacious apartment with outstanding service. I would happily recommend Yuexian Boutique Apartment to my friends and to anyone visiting Shanghai. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Yuexian team—especially Vivien, Simon, Ken, and the other wonderful lady at the front desk—for your kindness and hospitality. The name Guisu Homestay truly lives up to its reputation! Nestled in the Wutong tree-lined streets of Yueyang Road, the location is superb, offering a fantastic atmosphere for leisurely strolls. The interior is clean and refreshing, and the environment is quiet and elegant. The butler service is attentive, with smooth communication throughout our stay. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, allowing us to fully experience the charm of old Shanghai. Our stay was absolutely perfect, highly recommended!

Nanchang Road is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Shanghai, featuring old European-style houses. It's a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle, yet still very close to Huaihai Middle Road, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring trendy boutiques. The host and staff were incredibly friendly. I accidentally had a package delivered to the wrong address, and they helped me track it down and left it at my door. Check-in and check-out were smooth, they answered all my questions, and even provided great local food recommendations. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Stayed for 5 nights in May. Apartment was spacious for the 3 of us. Huge glass windows so lots of natural light (blinds not effective enough to block out sunlight early in the mornings). Beds were clean & comfortable. Everything worked well, air conditioning, hot water, shower pressure, washing machine/dryer. The kitchen had appliances but they somehow forgot about crockery & cutlery. No plates, glasses for water, wine glasses etc. Also, dishwashing liquid & laundry detergent were not available. However, once communicated to the host, the essentials were delivered within the hour. They provided disposable bath towels which while hygienic, were not very effective. We ended up buying our own towels 🤣. Location was excellent, very close to the metro station as well as the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Luckin coffee and 7-11 as well as 2 local eateries just across the street. Host was responsive and gave clear directions to get to the apartment by metro. Overall a great stay and I would stay again.

I chose this place purely for its location this time. It's only a five-minute walk from the subway station, which makes getting everywhere super convenient and saved me a lot on taxi fares. Check-in was smooth too; I'd already completed the process on my phone beforehand, so I just used a password to open the door when I arrived. The room window faces Suzhou Creek, and it looks beautiful when lit up at night. There's a convenience store downstairs. If you're planning on exploring Shanghai extensively and prioritize convenient transportation, you can't go wrong with this apartment.

Our stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee. The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay. Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different! Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!). The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more. In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points

Rooms were comfortable giving homey feeling located in heart of Jing An area. Enjoyed the stay here in overall. The hotel AC was a bit dirty and asked them to clean it, I hope they will clean every room. Great
