MMomo GWe had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special.
One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome.
The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that.
Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned.
There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride.
Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing.
It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

GGuest UserTraveling alone with my child on an early morning flight, I was looking for accommodation near Pudong Airport with shuttle service. After browsing a few options on Ctrip, this guesthouse stood out for its affordable price and excellent reviews. I decided to give it a try.
Upon arriving in Shanghai, I took the subway to Chuansha Station. I called the owner, and they promptly picked us up and drove us to the guesthouse. The owner was incredibly friendly and polite, which made us feel very comfortable. They even upgraded our room for free, which my child and I absolutely loved. This guesthouse offers great value for money and fantastic service, making it super convenient for flights. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
We also managed to visit the Bund, so this trip to Shanghai was truly wonderful!

The location is absolutely perfect, so close to Disney, and the owner even offers free shuttle service, which is a lifesaver when you're tired from playing. The small courtyard has a charming Suzhou garden style with a fish pond and swing, which the kids absolutely loved. The rooms are clean and tidy, with various themes, and the smart devices are super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast was delicious too. We'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe overall environment is fantastic, and the location is superb, right in the heart of Wutong District. The area has a rich artistic vibe, and the Jufuchang citywalk is absolutely amazing! It's perfect for those who enjoy a slower pace and taking photos.
The room is cozy and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. You can even dry your clothes after washing. The host and customer service are very enthusiastic and respond promptly. It offers great value for money and a wonderful experience. It's definitely the best choice for a short stay in Shanghai. Highly recommended!

For a location with views of the Huangpu River and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, that's an incredible deal! The room also has home-like amenities like a fridge and microwave, and it comes with butler service, meaning dedicated staff for management and reception. Seriously, it's such great value! 😌😌

GGuest UserI chose this place purely for its location this time. It's only a five-minute walk from the subway station, which makes getting everywhere super convenient and saved me a lot on taxi fares.
Check-in was smooth too; I'd already completed the process on my phone beforehand, so I just used a password to open the door when I arrived. The room window faces Suzhou Creek, and it looks beautiful when lit up at night.
There's a convenience store downstairs. If you're planning on exploring Shanghai extensively and prioritize convenient transportation, you can't go wrong with this apartment.

DDe GiorgiOur stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee.
The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay.
Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different!
Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!).
The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more.
In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points

YYZLMQuite good value for the price in a very central location in Shanghai. Boss lady is nice too. There’s laundry and communal fridge/dining utilities on the first floor. Booked a room on the third floor and I didn’t experience any of the alleged bugs. The policies are also lenient with the check-in/check-out times. We didn’t go in expecting top tier amenities or service as this is a 民宿/Airbnb type property, but everything went well :) Only con is that there is not elevator but boss lady did offer to help us move the luggage! Great stay for the price honestly
