GGuest UserThe location is great, very close to Luoyi Old City, and there's a snack street right outside the door, which is super convenient. The room was also very clean, tidied up nicely, and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay.
The service was excellent. The lady at the front desk was so enthusiastic and always helped us with our luggage. Before we left, she even gave us flower cakes! If I ever come back to Luoyang, I'll definitely choose this place again!

GGuest UserThe room was great, and my dorm mates were all very quiet. The common area is separate from the sleeping quarters, so singing karaoke there won't disturb anyone. The common area also has hot water, daily free drinks, and even mahjong. It's located in a bustling area, not far from the subway or tourist attractions, and the neighborhood feels safe. The female toilets and showers are separate, which I really appreciate. This is definitely one of my favorite hostels.

Service: The service was excellent, and they were very responsive to all requests. When I first arrived, I couldn't find the place, and the lady at the front desk came out in the scorching sun to guide me. Throughout my stay, they were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to anything I needed.
Facilities: Plenty of power outlets, including USB direct charging and even a Type-C direct charging port, which is really fantastic!
However, I do have one small complaint. In 36°C weather, a toilet seat that felt like 40°C made me sweat just looking at it. Also, the placement of the door and the trash can is awkward; I scraped my arm on the doorknob while throwing out trash, and it really stung. I'd suggest moving the trash can or adding one near the sink!

GGuest UserI originally booked a room on the first floor, but since I was traveling alone, I was a bit apprehensive and switched to the second floor. However, the first floor would be a great choice during spring, summer, and autumn. The location is excellent and easy to find, making it super convenient to watch the 'Heavenly Maidens Scattering Flowers' show. All the staff are incredibly nice! The complimentary Wogan oranges were delicious – seedless, juicy, and perfectly sweet and sour. The milk was just what I needed for my latte. The air conditioning's heating was powerful, so those who get cold easily won't have to worry in winter. The only issue was that the hot water from the sink tap takes a very long time to come out, wasting a lot of water. If there's a way to improve this, it would be best to fix it. Also, I suggest that all rooms be equipped with high-speed hair dryers, as this is a growing trend. The '8' button on the room phone is broken and needs repair. BTW, it's not far from the main branch of Nanguan Small Bowl Beef Soup – that place is delicious! On a side note, yesterday when I was navigating to the restaurant, I ran into a staff member who was leaving work. She was super helpful, checking my navigation and giving directions; she even offered to give me a ride. She was really nice! If you're coming to Luoyi Ancient City, I highly recommend Luoyi Mansion.

WWink97The B&B is in hotel style, very satisfactory, and the location is very good, very close to Yingtianmen! Makeup is so convenient! The room is also very clean, breaking the impression of B&B haha
There is no elevator, but I see that there are old houses around that have been converted into B&Bs, and none of them have elevators, so I can accept that there is no elevator, after all, it is very close to the scenic spot
You can tell from the details of the homestay that the owner has carefully arranged it. The service is also very good. When we checked out, he saw us taking our luggage downstairs and ran up to help us get it. Mineral water is free of charge. The disposables are also of high quality. The mattress is very comfortable. I am very satisfied overall and highly recommended.

Inside, the hotel boasts an exquisite and elegant garden landscape. The environment is serene and tranquil, with lush greenery and beautiful scenery, creating a wonderful ambiance. Our room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money.

GGuest UserDecided to try out one of their unique room types. The room wasn't huge, but it was incredibly well-equipped. The little courtyard was so relaxing, and having a private hot spring tub was a real bonus! My child absolutely loved it. The butler was also fantastic, responding to messages 24/7 almost instantly. The front desk lady was very kind, and they even offered a pick-up and drop-off service. The staff member who drove us was handsome and had a great attitude – my husband even commented that his voice sounded like Wang Yibo's! Overall, a great experience and definitely worth checking out.

GGuest UserThe homestay experience was very ideal. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and convenient. It was very suitable for family travel and had a high cost-effectiveness. There was no one there during the whole trip, but everything was arranged very thoughtfully. A chat group team was even formed to provide services including surrounding tourist information. A customer service lady would contact you one day in advance to carefully guide you to check in. The door lock with an ID card was safe and technological. The most hardcore thing was the location. You could see the Wenfeng Tower in the ancient city of Luoyi up close by opening the window. The entrance to the ancient city of Luoyi was just downstairs and across the overpass. The walking pace was only 10 minutes. The surrounding facilities were very complete. There was a coffee shop and city study room downstairs. There was a spacious kitchen and kitchen appliances, a water purification system, a rice cooker and a microwave oven. We heated up the leftover dinner from the previous day for breakfast, which was very convenient. The room was a very new two-bedroom and one-living room. After the children rested, I still had space to work for a while without disturbing my family who were already resting. It was a typical high-end community configuration. The house condition and equipment were very new, so I couldn't bear to destroy it when I left. I cleaned it myself before leaving. Thank you for your careful service. I wish you a prosperous business. You are a very attentive operator. I hope everyone can enjoy their experience in Luoyang. We will come again because the kids haven’t had enough fun!

GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the host and property manager were incredibly welcoming. We arrived at the complex just as the manager was inspecting rooms, and they even helped us carry our luggage – a definite thumbs-up! The apartment itself is spacious and bright, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all immaculately clean. The location is fantastic, situated right in the heart of the old town with excellent transport links. Luoyi Ancient City is just a short stroll downstairs, offering a variety of street food. Conveniently, the Luoyi Ancient City metro station (Line 1) is also just downstairs. You can take the metro one stop to Lijinmen, where you'll find Old Town Cross Street with all sorts of local snacks inside the city gate. The second stop is Yingtianmen, near the Tiantang, Mingtang, and Jiuzhouchi attractions, whose evening light shows are particularly stunning. We visited during the summer, so we unfortunately missed the famous Luoyang peonies; I'll have to return next April to see them. Luoyang is truly a city steeped in history, and I definitely plan to visit again!

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.
