Yunhuali Intangible Cultural Heritage Art Guesthouse
"Clouds aspire to the elegance of fine attire, and flowers covet the charm of beautiful faces; the spring breeze caresses the railings, where dewdrops glisten with rich luster."
Nestled in the middle street of Luoyi Ancient City, the guesthouse enjoys a prime location. Its premises and surrounding areas are abundant with historical and cultural relics, including the Wenfeng Pagoda, Henan Prefecture Confucian Temple, and the Eighth Route Army Office. It stands opposite the Tongtuo Muyu (Copper Camel at Dusk Rain) โ one of Luoyang's renowned Eight Major Scenic Spots โ across the street, and is close to Chanhe Zhuying (Crimson Cherry Blossoms by Chan River), one of the Eight Minor Scenic Spots, where guests can admire flowers and enjoy the scenery by the water.
In the vicinity, there are also institutions promoting Heluo culture and folk customs: the Folk Custom Museum, the Memorial Hall of Laozi (ancient Chinese philosopher and thinker), the Luoyang Sui-Tang Grand Canal Museum (a World Cultural Heritage site), and the eastern starting point of the Silk Road.
Adhering to the value concept of "integration for aggregation", Yunhuali inherits the profound heritage of Luoyang's intangible cultural heritage (ICH). Its cultural guest rooms and multi-functional halls seamlessly integrate local ICH crafts such as leather carving, wood carving, tri-color glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty (Tang Sancai), paper cutting, and Luoyang embroidery into the Chinese-style accommodation environment. It promotes the cultural value of this millennium-old imperial capital through the integration of art and humanity.
Meanwhile, the guesthouse provides high-quality butler-style all-round services, allowing guests to enjoy the scenery by the window, sleep peacefully to the sound of the wind, and spend a pleasant and relaxing time.
Yunhuali looks forward to your visit, inviting you to experience the beauty of Luoyang's ancient capital "hand in hand with art"!

**Accommodation Environment**
๐ This B&B is a meticulously designed, 'light luxury' guesthouse. Its second floor features a 'sky alley' perfect for photoshoots, and the decor indeed boasts an artistic flair. It cleverly integrates contemporary design within an antique architectural complex.
๐ The guest rooms are exquisite. I opted for a loft-style room this time, complete with a balcony offering a street view. The room's amenities are comprehensive and new. What's more, in this relatively cold and damp weather, the room temperature easily rises, making it warm and dry.
โ
**Butler Service**
๐ Even before check-in, the B&B's butler proactively contacted me to confirm my arrival time and provided clear directions to the location.
๐ For tourists, they patiently offer advice on attractions and dining.
๐ The overall service is very warm and welcoming. The hotel also provides Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) experiences and complimentary afternoon tea. If you have the interest and time, it would be a wonderful experience.
๐ The B&B offers breakfast on the first floor of the adjacent guesthouse, which is a cafe and restaurant. Afternoon tea is also served there. Breakfast is a set menu, and the kind auntie serving will thoughtfully inform you that you can ask for more if needed.
๐ The minibar in the room has complimentary drinks and snacks (I only remembered this after I left).
โ
**Photo Opportunities**
๐ Yunhuali B&B itself is a great spot for taking photos. The alley on the second floor offers picturesque scenes at every turn, providing numerous angles for great shots.
๐ The B&B is located near the Wenfen Pagoda within Luoyi Ancient City, making it very convenient for strolling and taking photos in the ancient city.
