Will give 10 stars if I can… fantastic location just within the old town but only 3 min walk from main road, yet located in a quiet corner in the middle of the food street… very convenient. The room is so comfortable that I extended 2 more nights to rest there. Beautiful buildings, clean and fresh room, fragrant shampoo and shower gel… and my favourite is there is this tea leaves burner that makes the room smell really good… the service by the 3 ladies and their male manager is fantastic too! Definitely with the price!

The location is very convenient to the ancient streets and there are a lot of restaurants close by. The building has a good view of the city and it is right next to the creek/lake. The room was clean. The staff generally was very friendly and helpful except one girl who was impatient answering our request for food recommendations. We got a cold answer that all information is included in the PDF file they sent and we just need to turn left after walking out. Other than that, we were happy with our stay at this hotel.

The customer service doesn't seem to see the message very much. I haven't replied to my question. I still called directly to solve it. The front desk is very good. The location of the homestay is very good. In the ancient city, there are treasure snack bars around. The guides are punched in one by one. The parking lot is very close to walk for 2 minutes. If there are a lot of luggage, you can let the homestay find someone to pick you up. The room is medium in size, clean and tidy, the facilities are very new, it is very comfortable to live, you can bring pets, you will receive a little deposit, there is no problem with the habitual pets.

The housekeeper actually built a service group the day before check-in. If there is any problem, he will give answers in time. This is very safe. In addition, Xiaoji also presented vegetables and fruits grown in our heartland valley, this gift from nature, let us feel the sincere and caring of the hotel to the guests.

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

We got a free upgrade as we are visiting during the lull period. The nice room is nicely equipped, nicely maintained, and has a large balcony looking out at the river. Both the day and night views are amazing. Special shout out to Whitney Huang who took very good care of us at breakfast. We got free entrance to the onsen area as part of the hotel stay - which was amazing.

The bathroom is large, the bedding is good, and the air conditioning is also powerful. It is a bit damp and moldy. There are entertainment venues upstairs or very close, and it is a bit noisy at night. The hotel fire alarm rang the next morning. It was about seven o'clock. All the guests were awakened and then scared. I didn't know if it was true or not. The whole building was powered off. Some of the guests and I took the bag and rushed downstairs. Follow the stairs to the open space on the first floor, but there is no staff, no fire and police, and the approximate rate is false. I couldn't sleep when I returned to the room. Later, I heard that the kitchen liquefied gas was not controlled well, and the fire was too big to trigger the fire alarm.
