The room was cozy and spotless, hot water was instant, and both the AC and heating worked perfectly. They even thoughtfully provided extra toiletries for my child. The breakfast was quite reasonable, without any waste. They also offered many small gifts for children. This is one of the best homestay experiences that I ever had. The homestay is located in Taxia Village which is quieter and less commercialized in Tulou scenic areas that provide lots of privacy for the guests. The room and the building are located just next to the clear water stream. At night, I can even hear the stream of water flowing sounds. The villagers are very friendly to the tourists walking around. They are not pushy about selling any commercial products to tourists which is very contrast to the other commercializedTulou scenic areas. The owner/host is very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. This differentiates from the other hotel staying experience. I also got help on how to get around the Tulou scenic areas and where to get reasonable price restaurants from the host.

One night stay had been tremendous and the hospitality from the owner had exceeded my expectations. Place is run by a local family so you get the warmth of a homestay while also the cleanliness of hotels. Inn is situated within walking distance of 3 tulous in the scenic area. The walk is manageable and you get to see local sights and sounds along the river, and owner is kind to recommend them. We were immediately treated to cakes and teas/coffees when we reached in the afternoon. The restaurant is homely, preparing largely local and simple home made dishes. They were extremely suitable for my asian parents. Overall, would highly recommend as one of the more legitimate and friendly places around here. They absolutely deserve more travellers.

The location is great. Opposite is the big windmill and banyan tree, the symbol of Yunshuiyao. The courtyard is clean and tidy. It can be seen that the boss has put in a lot of effort. The food is also delicious. There is free parking. There are too many advantages. 😄

BuxihuanchoushuiyandelaotouThe design of this hotel is very unique. The guest rooms are dotted on the hillside. The steps or plank roads connecting the guest rooms and public buildings are very distinctive.
It is said that the designer specially used uneven stones as the road surface, so that people can leave the fast pace and enjoy a slow time, but they will not tire out the elderly with luggage. There will be a housekeeper to help you deliver the luggage to the door of the room.
The housekeeper Yunqi who was in charge of us, a young and beautiful girl, not only confirmed the itinerary with us in advance, but also came to greet us as soon as we entered the gate, checked in, and delivered the luggage. She was enthusiastic and proactive. Although she was a little out of breath from helping us deliver the luggage, she still had a smile on her face.
The hotel's swimming pool is so unique. It is an infinity pool built on the seaside. The waves hit the edge of the pool one by one, giving people an immersive feeling. Unfortunately, we went at the wrong time and the water temperature was too low, so we couldn't experience it.
Afternoon tea and a set of formal meals are provided when checking in at the hotel. This is also a move specially made for guests considering that there are no restaurants around the hotel.
The only downside is that there is a lack of condiments on the table. First, the food in Fujian is relatively light, and we need to cater to guests with different tastes. Putting condiments can make the dining experience better for guests; second, after all, the hardware and software must match the room price.
The bed sheets in the guest room can be smoother to avoid giving people a feeling of hastily cleaning.

The little sister at the front desk was patient and gentle, and the room service was also very good. The room was very clean, the view was good, and the sleep was good. I didn't stay long enough, and I will stay a few more days when I have time!
Parking is also convenient, very suitable for self-driving.

This hotel is like a well-planned estate, combining a pet park and an RV park. The artificial turf areas are lovely, and kids have a blast playing games on them. I recommend bringing a tent for a fun afternoon picnic. The European-style clock tower is great for photos, and there's a free 'People's Stage' where you can sing. BBQ is available for a fee, but parking is free. It's especially convenient for electric vehicle owners, as high-voltage charging stations are provided, offering an excellent charging experience. The restaurant is very organized, and the seafood is all freshly ordered, which is reassuring. It's a Michelin-starred chef restaurant, and the dishes are deliciously fresh and sweet, with ingredients handled impeccably – no artificial additives here. The hot spring park is open until midnight, allowing for a good 3-4 hours of soaking. There are many pools, including various herbal ones, with the rose-scented one being particularly fragrant. The quality of the hot springs here is quite high; you can visibly see the mineral concentration. It's much better than the saltwater hot springs I've experienced in Xiamen. The swimming pool is at a comfortable temperature, and the water is incredibly clean and crystal clear. The hygiene is excellent. Highly recommend it, folks!

Guest UserParking was a major problem. Driving into the village through extremely narrow roads and parking was quite a challenge, especially for novice drivers. Luckily, I'm an experienced driver; I cautiously drove in and out. There's a 90 RMB entrance fee to the village, but the infrastructure inside is poor, dirty, and chaotic. Having traveled extensively both domestically and internationally, Yunshuiyao gave me the worst impression—it felt like they were desperately trying to make money.
The owner was fairly nice, but the cleaning lady wasn't very thorough. Unless you're particularly fond of Tulou (Hakka earthen buildings), I'd advise against visiting Fujian; the transportation is inconvenient, and the scenic area is chaotic and overly commercialized.

First time at Banyueshan, stayed in the Hot Spring Villa King Room, and the experience was still perfect! 💯
The room was amazing, with a super large private hot tub on the balcony. Just turn on the tap, and it's strontium-rich hot spring water – soak whenever you want, with excellent privacy. Soaking at night while stargazing, or coming back to soak after a tiring day of activities – this is what a vacation should be like!
The service was impeccable. From booking the free shuttle from Xiamen North Station, I already felt their thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff's smiles were very warm. There was a super rich variety of free activities; I worked out in the gym and even tried fishing. I was just playing around, but surprisingly, I actually caught a small fish, and my child was incredibly excited!
The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet, like a hidden paradise in the mountains, with excellent air quality. My only regret this time was not being able to visit the horse ranch – I'll save that for next time!
I've already recommended it to friends; it's definitely a hidden gem of a hot spring hotel that I'll revisit countless times! 🏞️

Guest UserThe hotel is located at the entrance of a community with only two floors of auxiliary rooms. The hotel decoration style is very good and hygienic and clean. The owner cleans the room himself. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the facilities are complete and relatively new. It seems that the owner is very serious about his work in Dali Hotel.
Parking is available in front of the hotel and on the roadside;
Breakfast is eaten at the seafood food stall next to it, and you can only choose between beef noodles and seafood noodles;
To get to the beach from the hotel, you need to go through the community. It takes about 15 minutes to walk out and in from the back door of the community. The beach is nice👌, and it’s great to play with your children👌.
