It was quite late so I didn't go to the waiter~ It was normal the next day. Overall, the price/performance ratio is okay.

The hotel is quite remote, but not far from the ancient city! The hotel focuses on Zen meditation, with an elegant style, and its architecture and gardens are both of great taste. The service staff has a good attitude, but their service awareness and response are not good! The hygiene is not good! When checking in, I found that there was an electric card on the floor, and there was used toothpaste in the bathroom... The wash basin was blocked and a lot of short hair floated up! It took more than ten minutes to get someone to fix it! We reported to the front desk that our family of four couldn't take a shower at 12 o'clock because the wash basin was blocked. The front desk did not respond to any room change or other services! The breakfast is all vegetarian, simpler than that of a budget hotel! There are folk music bars nearby in the evenings, so you can listen to music from the balcony. The sauna in the room wasn't very warm, which felt a bit pointless. Also, the lack of a TV in the room was a drawback, although the smart toilet and bathroom fixtures were nice. As a Zhangzhou puppet theater-themed hotel, it's quite unique. Puppet elements are everywhere in the hotel, definitely worth seeing.

Suggestions for improvement: (1) Consider offering night fishing. The experience would be greatly enhanced if some rooms allowed guests to fish directly from their balconies. (2) The price of the fish caught was a bit high; we'd be more inclined to buy and try them if they were a little more affordable. (3) The addition of outdoor hot springs would be a great bonus. (4) During peak dining hours, it felt like the staff were quite overwhelmed, so increasing the number of servers might be helpful.

The receptionist was very welcoming and provided excellent service. She even asked what time I would arrive before I arrived. I loved all the facilities in the room, especially the hot spring area. It was so comfortable to soak in the bath without leaving the room. The toilet was also a smart toilet and very clean. The shower gel and shampoo smelled wonderful. The most pleasant surprise was that there was even body lotion in the room, which also smelled wonderful. The hotel also has a backyard where you can gather around a fire and brew tea. It must be so cozy to have tea there in winter.
