"I specifically brought my elderly parents to Zhangzhou Ancient City for a visit this time. Since they have mobility issues and need a wheelchair, I was worried about the inconvenience of travel and accommodation beforehand. I had been communicating with the hotel about various matters before our departure. To my surprise, our entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I genuinely give it a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the ancient city. As soon as you step out, you're on the old streets and alleys, with all sorts of Minnan specialty foods and popular photo spots close by. It was incredibly convenient to explore with a wheelchair. While it was lively and bustling outside, the courtyard was serene and quiet. It's an authentic Minnan ancient house courtyard style, with an elegant and clean environment. The greenery was meticulously maintained, making for a beautiful and healing landscape. What touched me the most was the hotel's thoughtful consideration for guests with mobility challenges. The accessibility features were very well-implemented. The courtyard pathways were flat and smooth, with no steep inclines, making it effortless to push a wheelchair in and out. The corridors were wide and open, allowing for easy and stable passage. When the front desk staff saw us with our elderly parents in a wheelchair, they immediately came over to offer assistance. They were enthusiastic and meticulous throughout, with a warm and polite attitude. During check-in, they prioritized a low-floor room on the first floor for us, avoiding stairs and complex routes, which greatly facilitated the seniors' movement. The room was spacious and airy, spotlessly clean, with soft and clean bedding. The mattress was neither too soft nor too firm, making it exceptionally comfortable for my parents to rest. My family all said they slept very well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the floor was anti-slip, with every detail considering the safety of the elderly. The hotel's service was so meticulous it was heartwarming. Knowing my parents had difficulty walking, the staff proactively slowed down their speech, patiently asked about their physical condition, and repeatedly reminded them to be careful on the stone paths in the courtyard. Throughout our stay, any request we had was met with immediate and quick responses. They were very enthusiastic about helping deliver items and assisting my parents. When we returned from outings, they would always proactively offer warm tea, asking if my parents were tired from their journey. Their sincerity and genuineness were truly commendable. After a tiring day of sightseeing, the hotel's natural hot spring, with its comfortable and gentle water temperature, was a great relief. Soaking our feet after returning helped us relax significantly. The breakfast selection was rich yet light, catering to my parents' dietary preferences. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. When the staff heard we had high blood sugar, they specially prepared low-sugar meals for us. From the service details, their warmth was evident in every aspect. I initially thought traveling with elderly parents in a wheelchair would be problematic, but thanks to the comprehensive facilities and warm service at Xiyue Hotel, our entire experience was beautiful, clean, with human-centered facilities and warm, attentive service. Every aspect was impeccable, and it offered excellent value for money."

Special mention goes to Chen and Li, who worked from 6 AM to 3 PM; they displayed exceptional professionalism. They were consistently focused and responsible during their shifts, never distracted by their phones, always attentive to the children's safety, and provided meticulous and appropriate service. Their dedication and expertise left us with a very deep and positive impression of the hotel, even making us consider extending our stay. While I don't recall the names of the other pool staff, they too left a strong and positive impression."

When we checked in, Xiao Wei at the front desk saw we had a child and immediately gave our little one a small gift from Trip.com, which made our child very happy! Aunt Zhang Julan, who cleaned our room, noticed our child wanted to sleep on the sofa and very proactively helped us make up the bed. The staff didn't even pretend to do anything; they just picked it up and put it back without even washing it. Is this the standard of service and training for Kaiyuan's management now?"

"This hotel is perfectly located right on the main street. I loved that it's just across the road from a morning market and a street full of breakfast stalls. The old town is also within walking distance. The area around is open and quiet, except for the school across the street, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings when they play announcements over the loudspeaker. Other than that, it's very peaceful. The room facilities are new, and the soundproofing is good – I was very satisfied with my stay. It happened to be International Women's Day during my visit, and the hotel even sent up a small taro-flavored cake, which was a thoughtful touch and delicious!"

Environment: The hotel is conveniently located; it's easy to take a taxi to the ancient city or Zhangzhou Railway Station. It's also very quiet at night.
