Amazing
GGuest UserWhile planning a winter trip to Sapporo
I searched very hard and decided on this accommodation, with the intention of finishing the trip with a day of relaxation at a hot spring
I was able to conveniently travel from Sapporo to the ryokan by reserving a shuttle bus
It was really quiet and clean, and the food was very clean and delicious
One of the reasons I chose this place was that there was an open-air bath in the room, and it was really great
I regretted only reserving it for one day
I definitely plan to go back next winter!!!!!
MM515186****Facilities: Perfect score! The breakfast was delicious, and the large public bath was great, especially in the morning when it wasn't crowded. The room was also very new and clean, and there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs.
Cleanliness: Very good and new.
Environment: High-floor rooms offer great views, and the surroundings are quiet. The only downsides are that you can't order takeout, and it's a 15-minute walk to go shopping, which can be a bit tiring. If you book a day trip, it's very convenient to walk to Sapporo Station North Exit for the bus, only about three to five minutes away.
Service: Service gets four stars. Most of the staff I encountered were great, but there was one front desk staff member named Honda who would discuss foreign guests in Japanese, which really spoiled my mood. I'd recommend avoiding them if you can. All the other front desk staff were excellent. On the first day of my stay, a female front desk staff with a single ponytail spoke super good English and was enthusiastic and professional – highly recommend her!
MM259048****[”My stay here was fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!”,”The location is absolutely perfect! Right outside, you'll find a shopping district and a metro station, making dining, entertainment, and getting around incredibly convenient. The room amenities are comprehensive, and the cleanliness is exceptional. This place offers incredible value for money, highly recommended!”,”The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and even the hallways smell lovely. The room had great natural light and wasn't facing the street. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, and the staff were very friendly.”]

Great
AAnonymous UserI love the Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo; it's a peaceful oasis in a lively area, and everything about it was excellent. It's just a 15-minute walk to Tanukikoji shopping street, making the daily round trip a pleasant stroll. The breakfast spread was generous and offered a wide variety of choices. My son is young but quite tall for his age, and he sometimes worries about being questioned about his age; here, they thoughtfully provided children's meal cards. Our suite was incredibly spacious, and having two separate bathrooms was incredibly convenient. The overall decor was also lovely. We consistently opt for eco-friendly practices by not requesting frequent linen changes at hotels worldwide, and here, they even offered afternoon tea and snacks as an extra incentive for doing so.
AAnonymous UserConvenient location within walking distance to Nijo market and Tanukikoji. Easy to check in and check out. Amenities such as toothbrush, skincare and facial masks are left near check in counter for easy access. Room is spacious enough to open two big luggages. Favourite hotel in Sapporo!

Great
EeasondingHad a lovely stay at this hotel in Sapporo. The room was a decent size and came with a couple of thoughtful touches that made the stay more comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the view—our room overlooked a beautiful park, and since it was sakura season, we were lucky enough to enjoy the cherry blossoms right from our window. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience.
The TV offered a surprisingly wide variety of channels, which was great for unwinding in the evening. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently close to Nakajimakoen Station, making it easy to get around the city.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and seasonal beauty.
MM19849****The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to JR Sapporo Station and both the Toho and Namboku subway lines. You can even use the underground passage. Exits 23 or 24 have elevators, but you'll still need to cross the street after coming up. Exit 21 is very close but requires climbing stairs. The room decor is very new, and all essential amenities are present. The room was cleaned daily, and there's even a capsule coffee machine. The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff, which made communication easy. The room is a bit small; once two 24-inch suitcases are open, it gets a bit cramped to walk around. The smart toilet's features are a bit basic, and the soundproofing in the room is poor.
GGuest UserIts quite a bit of walk from the main shops area like susukino and odori. Especially in winter whwre the floors are frozen, do factor the time in. But it has excellent overlooking views and nice onsen area. Chilling area at level 26 was great too after onsen.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is within manageable walking distance from Sapporo train station. As we only stayed for a night instead of two due to unforeseen train suspension, ww didn’t have the time to explore the facilities. For checking in, the staff did take some time to search for my reservation as we did not check in earlier but the staff managed to search after we explained our situation. We had a good rest as the bed and pillow were comfortable. It would be better if the hotel provides some coffee (please note this hotel has only green tea) and body lotion are available.
GGuest UserI was a little confused at the reception, but the staff explained everything to me in detail. I've used it before, and it wasn't a big deal even though it was a shared room. There was a gap between the beds, but I wish it could be hidden.
