"It was already very late when we took the airport bus to Venezia station. I temporarily searched for nearby hotels on Ctrip. Who can understand the uneasiness in my heart when I checked into a hotel without prior reservation in the middle of the night? The guy at the front desk was very friendly and patiently agreed with us, two adults and one child. Booking a double room with a shared toilet is also very clean and convenient. The price also includes breakfast, which is really good. There is a pier outside the hotel where you can store your luggage. We chose to take a boat to Marco Polo Square and walk back. It was a perfect experience."

"The hotel is clean. There is a common spacious living room with a kettle and a refrigerator. We were there at the end of October. The room was cool. We didn't immediately figure out how to get to the hotel. Since the reception is open from 9:30 to 13:00. We didn't receive any instructions in advance. We had to look for a number and call ourselves. Overall, we liked it. Close to the train station and the bus to Venice. From the train station you can go to neighboring cities or to the airport."

AAngelalxqThe room was very clean, the canal was outside the window, the terrace of the restaurant was my favorite, sitting there drinking coffee, and enjoying breakfast.
The service was very good. We forgot the small bag of the passport in the hotel room. The boss helped us find it and kept it. We went back to get it.

AAwesomeyanzWe enjoyed our stay here very much! The location was perfect for us as we didn’t want to be in the super touristy parts, but it was walking distance to the main attractions. There are also a lot of good food around, and the hotel kindly provides recommendations which we checked out and loved a lot.

MMartinExcellent little hotel. Very convenient location. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Good breakfast and Service is ok. Only two drawbacks: there is no elevator. Many stairs to handle luggage. And second No luggage storage room offered. If you have a late flight it can be a problem. The manager offered a locker service in the city area, but allowed to let us leave our luggage at the lobby area as an exception. Anyhow I recommend this hotel while visiting Venice

GGuest UserIt's just... an old family home. Feels like Airbnb? It's run by a friendly grandpa. The bed, room, and bathroom were all clean. The location is not bad since it's near the center of the island. I saw them recommend tourist attractions and restaurants to long-term tourists. For breakfast, they serve bread, jam, yogurt, and coffee... a typical continental breakfast. The key was old, so it wasn't easy to get used to it.

MMessikayaThe location of this B&B/hotel was great. Very easy to walk around Venice from. However, it was not the most comfortable place. We were in the room closest to the front door and unfortunately could hear everything when people entered the building and if people were talking. It was very uncomfortable to have such interrupted sleep the two nights we were there. Additionally, the duvet cover on the bed was stained and very old without a cover on top of it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is near the station waiting, the area is good. You can walk to the Triumphal Arc, Louvre and other Paris sights.
From the downsides, the temperature of the air conditioner needs to be adjusted on the recipe, above/below the already installed cannot be changed.
Too long check-out process.

GGuest UserWe found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling.
The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues.
During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either.
We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved.
The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy.
There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience.
We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.
