really friendly staff with great amenities! the one who was working the reception that day made a mini mistake and offered to let us stay in a bigger and nicer room which was vacant for the 2 days we were there. location also rly good.. just a 5min drive away from town centre so rly quite convenient

We were in „lake view“ apt. no. 14, one of those which had just been renovated and thus was in top condition, spotless clean, and very comfy. With its well equipped kitchen we were able to enjoy self cooked breakfast and dinner, while the modern bathroom let us have a nice shower. The heatpump was unobtrusive, easy to keep us warm inside at freezing temperatures outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful, a small issue was quickly solved. We can definitely recommend staying at Luxe, also because of the very close proximity to the town centre. We will surely book again when next time in Queenstown.

Nice and clean hotel, everything is great here, but parking is too busy, If you back the hotel late than not easy to find a parking there.

蠻不錯的，離購物街特別近，步行幾分鐘就到了。我們玩了纜車和蒸汽船，酒店大概在這兩個點的中間位置，都是幾百米的樣子，特別方便。前台小哥很熱情，我們提前到的，把行李寄存後就出去玩了，小哥把房卡給我們後就幫我們把行李都搬到房間了，退房時碰到也幫我們搬了行李。窗户的縫隙會有點漏風，但晚上在床上睡着就不會冷，空調吹着還有點熱。有微波爐可以加熱食物，挺好的。

Very satisfied with our first stop in Queenstown. It's super convenient – the bus from the airport drops you off right next to the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was quite spacious, and the kitchen was easy and smooth to use. The front desk staff were very helpful; even with a language barrier, they were patient and accommodating, using a translator. The location is great, close to Queenstown Gardens and the lake (though the town isn't huge anyway), perfect for an early morning stroll to experience Queenstown's mornings. Free parking is available for guests. Just a heads up, if you book through 🐬, there's a 2.5 NZD offline payment required.

Had a very comfortable stay at Alexis. Just 10min walk from the town centre. However, do note that parking space is limited, and might need to park by the street.

The quad room was a bit cramped. It had a basic kitchenette, and the facilities and cleanliness were just average. Self check-in is available after 5 PM, with clear instructions at the front desk entrance. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center.

We had originally booked a cheaper motel, but when we received a notification from the hotel that it was fully booked, Trip.com upgraded us to this hotel (the price on the platform was 1.5 times the original price). We were very satisfied with this hotel and thank the hotel staff for their enthusiastic and attentive service.

Good location, ten minutes walk to the city center, double bed for two people can be a bit small with children, parking lot, no breakfast, but electric stove, microwave, all utensils, four minutes walk from the bus station

This Accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Location is walking distance to the town centre. We will definitely be back and will suggest this Accommodation to family and friends.
