Make use of convenient amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access, an arcade/game room, and a fireplace in the lobby. This hostel also features tour/ticket assistance, barbecue grills, and a vending machine. Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge. Stay in one of 23 guestrooms featuring LCD televisions. Prepare your meals in the shared/communal kitchen. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and digital programming is available for your entertainment. Bathrooms have showers and hair dryers.

"Unbeatable location, with only few minutes of walk to pretty much most of the meeting points. There are fridge and a clothes hanging place in the room (some perks that are not frequently available in share dorms). The only downside is that the kitchen is small and very crowded during mealtime, and the ventilation for the kitchen is a bit not enough. Though overall speaking, it was a great stay."

Amazing
GGuest UserThis Queenstown trip involved three nights at different hotels due to tight availability: Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel, Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown Central, and Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa. Park Boutique left the deepest impression. Though not downtown, its location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the town center. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, with a nightly wine tasting salon. Breakfast featured a partial buffet with main courses ordered à la carte. However, each guest could only order their main course once. Ideally, a second order could be offered for an additional fee, allowing larger groups to sample more dishes. The best part was the practical facilities: a small kitchen, a bathroom with separate wet and dry zones, and a mattress that was perfectly firm and comfortable. Surprisingly, there was even a fireplace, adding warmth to slightly chilly evenings. In short, if you're heading to Queenstown for a relaxing getaway, Park Boutique is the ideal place to stay.

GGuest UserOur first room wasn't great; the window faced a construction site. After we switched rooms, it was much better. The location is excellent, but it's uphill. The valet parking service was good, though.

GGuest UserThe location is the hotel is very convenient. Many shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby and it’s very close to downtown. Room itself is not big but enough to open 1-2 large suitcases. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others to stay. Thanks.

FFanyuIf you absolutely must stay here, choose the lake-view apartment. I didn't pay attention when booking. Firstly, the room was small, and secondly, there's nowhere to eat nearby except the hotel restaurant. I originally wanted to change my plans midway to visit Dunedin. I submitted a request to modify the dates on Trip.com two days before check-in, but I never received a reply. It wasn't until I asked in person on the day of check-in that they said it was possible, but they would charge us over 3,000 for one night. 🙄 I have to give Trip.com a serious bad review here. Initially, they said they would intervene if the hotel didn't respond by the deadline, but later they said that since the hotel's response deadline had passed, the original order would proceed. They didn't even bother with a superficial effort. When submitting the modification request, I noticed that we had pre-booked a lake-view room for three nights for over 10,000, but upgrading to a better room type later on was actually over a thousand cheaper. The only upside is the beautiful scenery. Everything else is a complaint. After eating at the restaurant, we wanted to go back to our room to rest, only to find that staff had entered the room to fix the air conditioning without any request from us. We'd been there for two nights and hadn't noticed any problem with the AC. The cleaning was also very perfunctory. The shower glass had too many gaps, so water always leaked everywhere, and when our wet slippers were thrown away, they weren't replaced. In short, don't expect to be treated like a guest when you come here.

XXiaojiaozixiaowanziFacilities: The room was quite small, and the lobby was under renovation. To be honest, there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room corridor – I'd say it was from the housekeeping staff (if you've been to New Zealand, you'll know that most of the housekeeping staff are from a particular nationality). The hotel also hosted many tour groups, with their buses parked right outside. Parking: The underground parking was very convenient (paid). Service: Average. Breakfast: Included, filling enough, and decent. Overall value for money was just okay.

XXikajintiandiudongxilemaTraveled to New Zealand with my parents during the Chinese New Year, so hotel prices were definitely on the higher side. However, the location was absolutely perfect! Once we parked the car at the hotel, everything was within walking distance. We were right on the lively lakeside. If you're driving, remember to email or call ahead to reserve a parking spot!

AAbagaqiwangjunThe lake view room was absolutely beautiful! The hotel is conveniently located with great service. There's a bus stop right downstairs, making it easy to get to the airport and Arrowtown. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver. This is a highly cost-effective hotel in Queenstown! I'll definitely be back and recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite large with many rooms. I booked a twin room, and it was spacious with two comfortable and clean queen-sized beds. My room was on the third floor, at the corner, offering only a partial view of the lake. There were no kitchen facilities, so cooking wasn't an option. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the lake. It's about a 10-minute walk to Queenstown's center and its attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's a car park, but parking comes with a fee. Breakfast is also an extra charge, but the quality was decent.

GGuest UserThe place is quite good, right next to the airport, and it's its own little community. The room we booked had excellent facilities, the only downside was that the windows couldn't be opened. Although there was a kitchen, many things in it were dirty. Other than that, the overall experience was decent. However, on the first day, our sheets were dirty. Both the top sheet and the one underneath had many oil-like stains. We even found unwashed bloodstains. Since we discovered it late, there was no way to get them changed that day. We reported it to the front desk on the second day. The front desk agreed to change them for us and apologized. But that was all – just an apology. On the third day, there was no cleaning service, which is standard for most hotels. Therefore, I gave the service one star because there was absolutely no service at all.
