"The Hilton brand itself guarantees quality. I stayed in a deluxe sea-view room, and the bedding was comfortable, while the bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful, answering every question I had. The hotel's swimming pool had crystal clear water, and there were also two small hot spring pools nearby perfect for relaxation. My only minor feedback is that some small fixtures in the room were loose, so I'd suggest the hotel's engineering department regularly inspect and maintain the rooms. Overall, my expectations were met, and I even managed to capture a stunning sunrise over Mount Putuo in the East China Sea from my balcony in the early morning."

"The view of the sea and Zhujiajian Bridge was stunning, especially on a sunny afternoon when we arrived. We were also allowed to bring our dog. The female owner was very welcoming, and the underground parking wasn't as inconvenient as some reviews suggested. It's located at the main entrance between buildings 3 and 4, leading directly to building 4. There are signs, although there are only a few spaces available. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room this season. Although it was November, the humidity meant the windows could only be opened slightly, making the room stuffy and sweaty due to condensation. Everything else was great."

"I think this price during the National Day holiday was incredibly good value, much better than other chain hotels. The beds are huge; two can be pushed together, making it very comfortable for everyone. There's also a wide variety of pillows to choose from, with special pillows for children and cervical pillows for those with neck problems. Every pillow was comfortable to sleep on, not too high, which is a big plus. The breakfast was also very rich and offered many choices. We had stayed at another hotel for the first two days, but after having breakfast at Pullman, my child immediately said the previous hotel wasn't good. The only issue was that on the morning of the 5th, between 8:30 and 9:30 AM, there were so many people eating breakfast that we couldn't find a seat. However, on the morning of the 6th, the crowd significantly thinned out. Areas for improvement include the lack of children's toothbrushes and toothpaste; you have to call customer service to have them delivered, as well as things like bathtub liners and other small items. At other hotels we've stayed at before, they usually provide a small bag at the front desk with children's slippers and toothbrushes, which eliminates the need to call customer service. We visited the outdoor swimming pool, which looked great, but it was too cold during the National Day holiday, and it rained on a few days, so we didn't get to use it. The hotel also doesn't have an indoor pool, so on the 4th, when it rained, everyone felt a bit bored and didn't know what to do at the hotel. We had afternoon tea in the lobby, and the desserts were a little bitter; I'm not sure if it was the sauce, but we weren't really used to the taste. The customer service representative, whose name I don't know, had a great attitude. She sent me check-in information in advance, and there was no parking fee during our stay, nor did we need to register our license plate. Dining options nearby are very convenient. We initially drove to Putuo Tiandi for meals but later realized it was within walking distance. Plus, there's a new beach nearby called Lianhua Bay, which I think is great because it's free, and it's easy to wash your feet there. It's also very close to the hotel, and for younger children, it's much better than going to Zhangzhou Bay or other places."

"So glad I chose this place. I was a bit sad to leave, and I'll definitely be back! It's a chain hotel from a big brand, and the property management is Greentown, so it has a strong foundation! The location is excellent and convenient for transportation! Even though it's an older hotel, the materials used are solid! The room was very quiet! The view from the balcony was quite expansive! A special thank you to Ms. Ye Yingmeng at the front desk, who was incredibly empathetic! Seeing that I was traveling with an elderly person, she specifically requested an upgrade from the manager! "I always stay at Ruyi Pavilion when I come to Putuo Mountain. It's a 10-minute walk to Puji Temple, and the bus stop right outside the temple makes it convenient to get to all the attractions and other places. The commercial street in front of the hotel also offers easy dining options, and the most authentic and value-for-money restaurant on the island is just across the street. All in all, Ruyi Pavilion is the top choice for accommodation on the island. A special thanks to the manager who contacted me via WeChat before I even arrived to inform me about the shuttle bus location, and promptly arranged a shuttle to the pier after check-out. "This year, my mother and I stayed at Xilai when we visited Putuo. Actually, I didn't book this place initially. When I called the first hotel, the front desk staff was quite dismissive and uninterested. But when I called Xilai, they were very enthusiastic, so I decisively booked it. Upon arriving at the hotel, Manager Bobo warmly greeted us and even accompanied me to register for the morning chanting. He was very patient. I'll definitely book Xilai again next time. "Had a fantastic trip! The hotel is super close to the pier, just a 5-minute walk to the ticket booth, which was really convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the service was thoughtful and warm. Plus, there's free 24-hour parking right outside, which was perfect for our road trip. The room was spacious, and the crib I requested was placed right in the middle, perfectly protecting my child from falling out of bed at night. It gave me great peace of mind traveling with a baby. Second, the laundry room only has two washer-dryer sets, which is too few, and they aren't very powerful. Also, this time I was assigned a corner room. I thought being away from the elevator would make it quieter, but the sound of the elevator running at night was quite noticeable and noisy. By the way, I suggest posting information about the free parking vouchers in the restaurant as well. Since the vouchers change daily, the path from the room to the front desk to the parking garage is quite long (and the elevators are slow). Overall, I'm still very satisfied. It's a top choice for families with children, and I'll definitely consider staying here again when I come to Zhoushan."
