"When applying, please include in the email notifying you of upcoming stay in large letters that ”You must contact the owner by the day before to confirm your check-in and receive the building key and room key number. Without them, you will not be able to enter the building on the day of your stay.” Even though the instructions were written in small letters and we bought them, there were four groups of people, including me, who were unable to enter the building because they only thought that it would be better to do it the day before. There was no information on where to find the key after entering the building, even on WhatsApp. There was a keyboard next to the room door. There is no 24-hour front desk, and only cleaning staff are in the building. You can only contact the service staff via WhatsApp. It would be a good idea to have taxi information and a map of the area left in the entrance hall. There is no elevator. There is only a lift for luggage. There was no instruction on how to use it, so I wish it was posted. Everyone got in by mistake. The lock on the room door was loose, so it was shaking. The walls were thin, so I could hear loud voices from next door. After I was able to enter the building, the kind cleaning lady showed me how to get there. I would have been lost without her. The room itself was small, but very clean and comfortable. The furnishings in the hallway were also beautiful. I called a taxi to the airport using my Uber app. She called it accurately."

I chose this single room because I was arriving late by plane, and it allows for check-in at any hour, but the conditions they set and the potential charges for every single thing are absurd. They provide an endless list of extra fees in case anything happens."

"The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy, equipped with a washing machine, a kitchen, and a coffee machine, with complimentary coffee pods provided. The location was superb; all main attractions were within walking distance, and there was a row of small restaurants right downstairs. The surrounding area was very lively, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the windows, it wasn't noisy at all. The subway entrance was literally just a few steps downstairs, though we didn't end up using the metro during our stay. Getting there from the airport was easy: a 5-euro ride on the 203 airport bus takes you to the train station, and the apartment is just a few hundred meters' walk from there. When we wanted to do laundry, the host promptly provided laundry detergent pods. This apartment was very comfortable for a family stay, and we highly recommend it."

"歐洲真是快來不起了，這點地方 1000 多沒早餐，最坑的是這不是酒店，類似民宿那種，無前台靠給你密碼進入，在預訂的時候完全沒有任何説明，發了封西班牙語郵件，完全沒注意，攜程這個活乾的真是讓人不滿意 最後臨出行自己發現有問題了訂單也不能退，攜程啥也解決不了，衹能回郵件自己填表格申請入住，每個訂單還要單獨填，給了密碼到酒店因為飛機早，上午十點了密碼依然不能用，在酒店門口站了十分鐘，敲到打掃衞生不會説英語的拉美小姑娘出來開門才能進去，真是一坨屎 唯一的好處是交通方便，出門就是地鐵站公交站"

"The biggest problem is that the toilet tank motor makes a loud noise from time to time! Every time I'm startled awake, I think a water pipe has burst (this happened three times). It seems to be triggered by someone flushing. The room door is a wooden door with no soundproofing. I can hear neighbors coughing, alarm clocks, and hallway noises, not to mention guests talking on the phone or chatting loudly in their rooms. My room faces the front desk, and in the morning I can even hear staff organizing papers and adjusting chairs. I stayed from October 30th to 31st (temperature between 10-20 degrees Celsius) and used a fan (with speeds 1-5). There is no air conditioning, window, hairdryer, hair conditioner, or toothbrush (commonly not provided in European hotels, you need to bring your own!). Two towels, a bar of soap, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. Water pressure and temperature are good. A five-minute walk takes you to an indoor market that starts at 10 am. The market prices are geared towards tourists, and you'll see mostly tourists. Unless you're a light sleeper and have trouble falling asleep, this place is definitely not suitable for summer."

Localisation a proximité de tous les transports en commun (metro-bus) ce qui permet de se rendre rapidement au centre ville de Madrid. A proximité de tous commerces (alimentation, boulangerie, restauration rapide...)."
