"Fantastic location! close to everything you need: metro ASEAN business district Station, delicious food everywhere, shopping 盛天地，decathlon, MixC, etc Only bad is there are some men who slammed their room doors between 12am to 3am on a few nights, smoking at the rooms corridor as there's smoking bin placed along along the corridor even though the hotel state Non-smoking. Only 1 washer 1 dryer and the laundry room was under repair with drilling dust all over the laundry room. i cleaned up my 3N stay room because the cleaner is too busy and so i collected water/towel/ toilet rolls and asked for their help to clear the room garbage bin. Cleaners are very polite and helpful."

"This was my first time visiting Nanning. I walked about 20 minutes from Nanning Station to reach this hotel. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, and public transport can take you to various attractions. The family room at this hotel was very spacious, and the amenities were well-arranged and smart. The self-service breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and the taste was quite good, especially the noodle soup and rice noodle soup. The front desk staff and housekeepers provided service with a smile, being thoughtful and attentive. My only complaint is that one of the USB ports in the room wasn't charging; I hope the hotel management takes note of this. Overall, it's highly recommended!"

The check-in staff were warm, polite, and exceptionally good at problem-solving. They really paid attention to guests' needs. The hotel is very new, and both the room facilities and service are impeccable. I'll definitely be booking here again after the New Year."

"The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. It offered fantastic value for money, especially since it even had a fridge and a washing machine – a real bargain! Plus, the location was really convenient for getting around. Highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, with not many restaurants or shops nearby, mostly residential areas. However, there's a small night market about a ten-minute walk away. Getting to Qingxiu Mountain and Sanjie Liangxiang takes at least 20-30 minutes. The hotel facilities are very good, and parking is convenient. The staff are all young and have good attitudes, but it feels like their training isn't quite thorough, and they're not always meticulous in handling issues. On the first night of my stay, I was startled awake by a minor incident in the middle of the night. After I reported it the next day, the duty manager immediately called to apologize, showing a high level of service awareness. My Ctrip booking stated that cocktails were included, but the hotel didn't proactively offer vouchers or information. On the second night, I mentioned it to the front desk staff, who then told me where the bar was and even offered an extra drink because there were two of us. My Ctrip order stated one drink per night, and since I booked two nights, shouldn't I have received two drinks? The supervisor nearby noticed my displeasure and immediately apologized, saying they would give us a total of four drinks. She even personally escorted us to the bar, showing excellent service attitude, but their familiarity with procedures and execution was lacking. Also, a tip for guests driving: be careful when returning to the hotel at night. The driveway isn't very well lit, and many local residents often walk or children ride bikes in the middle of it, which is quite dangerous. I suggest the hotel ask the property management to improve the lighting in the area. The hotel's food could also be improved, apart from the fruit. However, considering the price, I would still rate this hotel above 90 out of 100 overall."

"I must commend the hotel staff for their excellent customer friendly service. Today morning, I had difficulty accessing Scoot to checkin for my 2pm Nanning-Singapore departure flight. Michael went the extra mile to bring me to the adjacent building to a print company and make use of their computer to login to Scoot airline. Due to different web platform, I was still unable to complete my Scoot check-in. However, I appreciate the extra effort made by Michael. I have stayed in this hotel, in and out, for 6 days and it was worth my money spent. Nanking has many beautiful places of interests."

"Overall, a fair 4-star rating. **View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying. **Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience."
