"4.5 Stars Recommended | Perfect Location for Family Travel, Warm and Thoughtful Service
We stayed at this Marriott for our family trip to Nanning, and its biggest advantage is definitely the superb location. There are tons of restaurants downstairs, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. It significantly boosts efficiency when taking kids out.
Upon check-in, we encountered a minor issue with our room. After contacting the front desk, a staff member promptly came up and resolved it perfectly. They even thoughtfully offered complimentary welcome fruit as an apology. The service recovery was impeccable, and we were thoroughly impressed.
Objectively, the room decor is a bit dated, and the facilities show their age – that's probably the only drawback. However, the cleanliness and maintenance are well done. Considering the prime location and excellent service, it's a reliable choice for families traveling with children."
