"Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but there are a few unpleasant points. Firstly, the air quality inside the hotel. The windows don't open (which is generally fine), but the air conditioning system clearly doesn't provide enough oxygen. Secondly, the breakfast was simply awful, and so was the atmosphere. The food itself was okay, but the kitchen staff were like children who couldn't even properly fry eggs. It was incredibly customer-unfriendly. Replenishing finished items was very slow. We waited a long time for a new batch of syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes). Also, at one of the breakfasts, there was a guest with a dog! Perhaps the hotel is pet-friendly, which I don't mind, but a dog at breakfast, even a small one, is unacceptable. I don't want to comment on the guest's behavior of putting the dog on the sofa and letting it stand on the table with its paws, but the lack of staff reaction raises questions. The third point that largely spoiled things was the business lounge. I chose this hotel specifically for a space where I could work, but you simply can't work there. The business lounge is just a small corner with two tables and huge glass panels that turn it into a greenhouse. The lack of cooling and oxygen throughout the hotel makes working there impossible on a sunny day. There's no water or toilet in the business lounge. It's easier to just leave the hotel and go work in the nearby shopping mall. Speaking of the surrounding area, there are a lot of homeless people around the hotel. Room cleaning didn't pay attention to my 'request' to clean the room at a convenient time for me. The 'do not disturb' sign was hung all day, but twice when I returned at 5 PM, I found my room being cleaned and had to 'stand over them'. On the plus side – the bed was comfortable, and I was given a room with a 'view'. They also remembered my birthday, and tea/coffee was always replenished. The safe was easy to use. On the downside, the bed linen wasn't changed for my entire stay (a week), the shower quickly got clogged, and it was impossible to exit it without flooding the hallway floor. Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but perhaps the price is a bit high given the downsides mentioned above."
