"The location is absolutely fantastic! It's not one single building, but rather spread out like a district. If your room isn't facing the street, it's actually completely quiet. You can just step out and find the most charming street-side restaurants. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and there are some really great coffee shops nearby (especially the one with avocado toast!). The room was a bit small for a large suitcase, and the water pressure for the shower on the first floor was a bit low. Oh, and there's no heating. Despite these points, I still really liked it. Finally, it's self-check-in, so if you have any issues, make sure to contact them via email right away, because there's genuinely no one on site. It's easy to just stand outside feeling confused, but a quick call will clear things right up."

"Overall it's okay, it's more like a B&B, and it's a relatively cheap hotel in South Beach. We have all the necessary infrastructure, and don’t expect anything extra. It's a seven or eight-minute walk from the beach, and there are restaurants, dessert shops, and pharmacies along the way. Maybe we come here to avoid the cold in winter. It was packed with people. We arrived at night and couldn't even think of adding an extra blanket. The service attitude is very good, but the level needs to be improved. There were three people in line before check-in, and they waited for half an hour. I am very grateful for the patient explanation to everyone, but there is no explanation about free drinks for half a day, etc. The important information is still not explained clearly. It took several people to find the building where we live. The entire South Beach in Miami is just a resort base, with basically no residents, and the newly built buildings are also hotels. If you are financially well-off, it will be much more comfortable to stay in a high-end hotel. If you don’t have enough financial resources, Sarasota’s B&Bs are relatively cheap and are much closer to the beach. You can go there with just your slippers. The white sand beach is also very beautiful and comfortable. If you go directly to Mexico to enjoy the exotic scenery, you can spend less money and enjoy it more comfortably."

"The building is nearly a century old, with huge rooms, the smallest being a suite with a living room and a master bedroom. Its prime location on South Beach makes the price practically charity. There are about ten free parking spaces on the street, and judging from the on-site observation, the turnover is high, so you can wait patiently. The hotel also has some obvious drawbacks: a strong odor, while the bedding was generally clean, other surfaces like countertops were not very clean, the decor is old, some lights didn't work, and the sink in the bathroom of my room was clogged. "The room was adequate but not luxurious. The staff was polite. The location is good and quiet at night. There are trolley stops on both corners (Collins and Indian Creek) that allow you to travel around the island for free. There's a large supermarket (Publix) less than 10 blocks away. A Starbucks is just around the corner. However, the beach resort service was not honored. For half of our stay, they told us it was no longer available, which makes no sense because it's a contracted service that depended on a hotel located eight blocks away and is part of the same hotel group. This is stated on their website and in the terms and conditions agreed upon through the app. Breakfast is another area that needs improvement... they always served the same thing with few healthy options (scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, roasted potatoes, bread, and either a mandarin orange or orange). In short, it's an affordable hotel with a good location, but it doesn't deliver on its promises and the breakfast is quite poor."
