"The hotel's location is decent, not far from the attractions, and super convenient for dining and shopping. There are plenty of parking spaces, which is great if you're driving, but it's totally unmanaged and chaotic! No one helped with luggage, which is pretty shocking for a supposed five-star hotel that can't even manage that basic service. Breakfast was quite good, and the room was spacious. Cleanliness was just okay, but the facilities were comprehensive. One thing really annoyed me though: when checking in, the front desk gave us complimentary hot spring tickets. I took my child, and no one mentioned at the entrance that children needed tickets or specified any age/height requirements. But when we left, they said my child had to pay. I asked the front desk, and they said the free tickets were only for adults. Honestly, it wasn't a lot of money, but it just left a bad taste. I paid over 700 for the room, and then to nickel-and-dime over a 29-yuan hot spring ticket for my kid? It just felt petty!"
