New Hotels in Jeju City

"The price is much cheaper than other hotels, and the location is very convenient. There are many souvenir shops and Olive Young nearby, and a 7-Eleven convenience store next to the reception. There's a delicious fried food stall to the right of the hotel exit. Garbage is collected daily. The interior is relatively old, but very clean."

"The room was more than spacious enough for our family of four, and the view was fantastic. The lobby has a cafe with a pool right in front, and the view is superb. The front desk staff had a bright atmosphere, were cheerful, and provided excellent hospitality. The hotel was incredibly clean and beautiful, perhaps due to a recent renovation. There's a convenience store in the parking lot that's open until late at night. The breakfast restaurant was a buffet, very clean, with a wide variety of options, and very reasonably priced. We would definitely like to stay here again when we return to Jeju Island."

"Self-check-in was okay, but I was shocked to find there's no sink in the room! I had to use the showerhead to brush my teeth 🚰. I messaged customer service on WeChat, but their reply was totally unhelpful and irrelevant."

They were very quick to respond and were able to provide all the necessary items that we needed, e.g. batteries for the remote controls, as well as explain patiently how I should have the boiler on even when I left the room (remember to put it on 'Go out' option!) "On my very first night, I desperately wanted to check out and switch hotels, even if it meant paying out of pocket. It wasn't because it was far from Baojian Road, nor was it particularly unclean. It wasn't because it was a bit basic, or that one whole wall was covered in mirrors. And it certainly wasn't because it looked like a simple apartment converted into a hotel. It was purely because of the mattress. Oh my god, it was softer and saggier than even a British mattress! As someone with a herniated disc, lying on it made my head spin, leaving me dizzy, with back pain, and feeling nauseous. It was utterly miserable. I even considered sleeping on the floor, but alas, the floor was a bit dirty. How did I manage, you ask? I suppressed the urge to leave, carefully lay down on the very edge of the mattress, risking falling off, and found a corner that wasn't quite as saggy. Then I discovered the pillows were no good either. It was pure agony. I ended up folding the blanket into a pillow. Yes, I have neck problems too. In summary, I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. The only upside is its proximity to the cherry blossom viewing spot; everything else is far away. I ended up walking 20 kilometers every day. I'm usually someone who can endure a lot, but seriously, I cannot recommend this place unless they change their bedding."

"This stay deserves a perfect 100! The handsome owner was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive, responding to messages quickly and solving any issues for us immediately. All the staff were very friendly and always smiling. 👍🏻 They even braved the rain with my husband to help us find a parking spot! The first floor has a communal kitchen area equipped with bottled water, a water dispenser, a fridge, cooking utensils, and tableware. There's no elevator, but the staircase is wide and easy to use. They proactively asked if we needed help carrying our luggage upstairs, though we managed ourselves. One evening, there was an English-speaking social gathering, and they warmly invited us to join. Unfortunately, my English isn't great, so I couldn't participate much. 😅 There's a hair straightener available on the second floor. The third floor has a washing machine and dryer (laundry detergent is provided). The location is also very convenient; you can walk to Dongmun Market and Chilseong Street, and it's close to the bus stop. The room was a bit small but perfectly adequate and very clean. The bed was comfortable. A hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. They regularly perform pest control. If I ever have the chance to visit Jeju Island again, I'll definitely stay here!"

When I come back and leave, I will care about whether it is comfortable. It was 12 o'clock in the evening, the floor heating in the room was already hot, and the music was opened. The moment I opened the door, I was cured and felt that everything was worth it. Towels, paper towels and all necessary items are sufficient. When you leave, remember to sort the garbage. Jeju Island is beautiful and spent a very relaxing five days."
