"On the plus side, it has good, modern air conditioning and really great mattresses. Some might appreciate the central location. As for the negatives: terribly low ceilings, old-fashioned furniture, and a constant sewage smell. I also want to mention the view from the only window. Good thing we only stayed one night; I think this is the worst hotel we've booked in Thailand in a month and a half."

"The hotel is quite old, does not have elevator so you have to climb stairs to your rooms on the upper floors. The door is broken, the electrical plug is an old 2 prong type and the key is an old style, not RFID key card. However, the place is quite clean, the location is convenient, close to Pattaya Klang and Central Festival Pattaya. If you don't mind the old facilities, it's ok to stay here."
