Facilities: The B&B has complete facilities and fast internet speed👍; Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, bath towels are disposable and don’t worry about hygiene issues, the bathroom including the mirror is very clean, no water stains, and the hygiene conditions meet the five-star standard👍; Environment: The location is right in the center of the scenic area, which is very convenient. It is not far away to take photos, bars, snow bridges, etc. You can get there by strolling👍 There are a lot of food downstairs, which are delicious and not expensive; Service: The service is super good, and it explains in detail how to play, and upgrades the room. It is responsive to every request. It is a treasure B&B, worth coming again✊ This trip started from Beijing, passing through Tianjin, Jinan, and Xiangyang. The ancient city I discovered accidentally and the B&B I stayed in accidentally were really pleasantly surprised. It was perfect to soak in the nearby Shiqian Ancient Hot Spring.

The hotel is very clean and well located, just a 5-minute walk from the entrances and close to many amenities. The staff member who assisted us was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Traveling to Fenghuang Ancient Town with my two kids, I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel. It's in a prime spot right by the river. I took a casual photo of my daughter by the window in our room, and the view was absolutely stunning. The owner upgraded us to a suite with a tea table, which was a very nice touch. The shrimp pancakes made by the two old grandmas by the bridge are delicious, but be careful not to eat too many as they might cause an allergic reaction. The owner also recommended a photography studio for our trip, and the price was fair, and the service was excellent. My daughter was very happy with it.

I highly recommend this B&B! The owner is very thoughtful and provides pick-up/drop-off service. My favorite part was the room's balcony; as soon as you open the door, you're greeted by a stunning view. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the breeze was incredibly relaxing. The environment is clean and comfortable, making for a truly satisfying experience. You can't go wrong choosing this place if you're visiting the area.

The staff were so enthusiastic and even offered to upgrade my room, and the night view was absolutely amazing! The recommended Tuojiang Fish King restaurant was also excellent. The facilities are new and very clean, and I was really touched when they personally picked me up from the parking lot and helped with my luggage. The service truly was outstanding!!!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Mengyuan Tuojiang Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fenghuang Ancient Town. From the moment we arrived, the owner provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and comfortable. We met him at Hongqiao Bridge, where he kindly helped us transport our four luggages to the hotel. His hospitality and genuine care immediately made us feel at home. The hotel is perfectly located with stunning direct water views from our balcony, overlooking both Hongqiao Bridge and Snow Bridge beautifully illuminated at night. Watching the lights reflect across the river in the evening was truly magical and one of the highlights of our stay. Throughout our visit, the owner was always attentive and friendly, often offering us freshly ground coffee and sharing valuable recommendations on local attractions, river cruises, cultural shows, specialty dishes, and traditional clothing photoshoots. His local knowledge greatly enhanced our experience and helped us make the most of our time in Fenghuang. The outstanding service continued right through to our departure. The owner once again assisted with our luggage and even helped arrange and negotiate a private vehicle transfer to Furongzhen High-Speed Railway Station, making our onward journey smooth and stress-free. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience and will happily recommend Mengyuan Tuojiang to family and friends.

Ctrip reviews did not disappoint! I found this hotel based on the excellent reviews, and its location is fantastic, right at the entrance of Hongqiao Gate, making travel incredibly convenient. There's a direct shuttle bus to the high-speed train station right outside (7 yuan per person; ride-sharing services here have a very low acceptance rate). Since there were three of us, they upgraded us to a triple room. The room was spacious and had an 'Xiaodu' smart speaker. The service was excellent; all our requests were handled immediately. During peak season, I'm sure it gets very busy, and the breakfast selection is quite diverse.

The wooden floors in the room felt comfortably warm and smooth underfoot. The lighting was soft and subtle, and the electric curtains were a breeze to use. Every little detail showed thoughtful consideration. The hotel is right on the Tuojiang River, offering beautiful views from the window. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Huge thanks to the lovely lady who checked me in; she was so kind and helpful. The room itself was really comfortable, spacious, and thankfully, had no strange smells. The bedding was incredibly cozy, and the pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

Tucked away in a quiet spot, yet super close to the ancient city. The owner was incredibly welcoming, even upgraded our room and included breakfast! The noodles the breakfast lady made were really good too. They had the AC on for us before we arrived, which was a lifesaver for us northerners who get cold easily, and it worked perfectly. The facilities were complete, and the bedding was super comfy. The service was absolutely impeccable!
