"After looking at many hotels, I finally chose a relatively new one. Pros: It's very close to Busan Station, making both subway and bus travel convenient. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The room, though small, was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable, although the pillow was a bit high. It was quite soundproof. On the ground floor, there are self-check-in and check-out machines, and the staff member there spoke good English. We received a small gift upon check-in, and all the drinks in the room were complimentary. Cons: There were no disposable toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrushes, or combs, so you need to bring your own. The breakfast was quite simple, offering coffee, bread, nuts, eggs, etc. Overall, I still highly recommend it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at H Avenue Haeundae for 2 days. Everything was perfect — the reception staff was kind, friendly, and able to speak English well. We also appreciated being allowed to check in shortly after arriving at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The facilities were convenient, and the hotel even provided drinks, coffee, and instant noodles. The laundry room was also very useful and well-maintained. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Standard Bread (3 minutes), Haeundae Station (10–12 minutes), Haeundae Beach, and the Blue Line Sky Capsule (20-25 minutes). I truly enjoyed the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan, and we will definitely come back again next time!"

"I booked a room for 4, specifically looking for 4 guests. Also in the search engine. An advance payment has been made. They charged us an additional 30 thousand won to check into the hotel. They said additional payment for two. (although there was nothing about this in the conditions, we indicated that there were 4 of us). Also, when paying, it was written that breakfast for two people was included. In fact, we were told that on Sundays there is no breakfast at all. Apart from this everything else is good. The room itself is large and beautiful, with a beautiful view, good, comfortable bed."

"Let's start with the positives: The location is excellent, right in Seomyeon, surrounded by eateries, and very close to Lotte Department Store. It's a relatively new hotel. Although it's a small guesthouse, it generally smells pleasant. Now for the average points: We booked a quad room, which was very small and had no windows. It would be more suitable for two people. There's no breakfast on Sundays, and although breakfast is from 7 to 9 AM, we never tried it, so I can't comment on that. Finally, the unpleasant experience: On our last day, there was no hot water for showering. My friend had already taken off her clothes and turned on the water... We called the front desk, and they told us it was broken and we'd have to shower on another floor. It was quite frustrating that they didn't inform us beforehand. Overall, there's no real reason to recommend this place."
