"The place is lovely, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the amenities are excellent. Even the TV channels offer a good selection of recent movies, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside is the location. The property is situated within an eco park and is at least 1 km from the main road, so walking back at night can be quite challenging due to the complete lack of lighting. That said, the staff more than make up for it. They were incredibly helpful and even assisted us with ordering food, purchasing medicine, and other necessities during our stay. Getting a Didi was also relatively easy, so transportation was not a major issue. Do note that this is a pet-friendly hotel/villa, so you may encounter dogs roaming around the property. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant and relaxing stay."

"Booked this hotel through Trip.com, and it was the Toy Story Hotel at Disneyland. The location is excellent, with very convenient transportation; there's a continuous shuttle bus to the park. The hotel faces the sea, and the lobby has a strong artistic and luxurious style, really emphasizing a 'family-friendly' vibe, making you feel like you're already in the park. The hotel offers a wealth of free family and children's facilities, including a fun family space. The room layout is well-designed and cozy, immersing you in a technological fantasy world. They provided various complimentary drinks and slippers, which made my child incredibly happy – they didn't want to leave the room! The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding and linens were pristine, giving a sense of peace of mind. The front desk staff were highly professional and exceptionally service-oriented, attentive and caring like family. It was my birthday month, and they even gave me a small gift, which I deeply appreciated! Every other staff member greeted us warmly. The entire hotel staff, from top to bottom, were incredibly enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful, making us feel at home and very warm. It provided the absolute best stay experience. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, with no hidden corners, and the bathroom was super clean with excellent water pressure for a very comfortable shower. Check-out was simple and quick, with no need to wait for room inspection. WiFi coverage was seamless throughout the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly rich with delicious food, making it a top choice for a family vacation with kids. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to friends."

"Who would've thought of such a magical design where touching Mickey on the headboard makes him light up? This stay with my child at the Disneyland Hotel has truly won me over! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the elegant, luxurious, and comfortable American-style design – giant fresh floral arrangements and vintage wooden furniture, every snap looked like it was straight out of a magazine. My top three delightful surprises were: 1. Every detail in the room hides a fairytale surprise! That light-up Mickey headboard gave my 12-year-old an unexpected and amazing experience, the emotional value alone was worth it! 2. Disneyland Hotel offers a ferry service to and from the park, a lifesaver for tired feet! If you get tired in the afternoon, you can head back to the hotel to rest, with ferries every 20 minutes, it's super convenient. Then you can go back to the park in the evening without any stress. 3. Every staff member is like a walking Disney map, even the cleaning staff can accurately help with directions. My tried and tested magical tips: Go for check-in at 8 AM sharp! If you don't specify a floor, I found you can get your room key and check in early. The combo of a half-day ticket on the first day and an early entry pass for the second day is a great deal: enter the park at 3 PM to scout things out, and then during the evening fireworks, you can ride attractions without any queues. Bring an empty water bottle! There's a water dispenser on every floor of the hotel, and it's super convenient to refill with drinking water in the park. The only downside... probably feeling a bit reluctant to check out and wanting to stay longer 😂"

"Facilities: Every villa boasts a unique style. On this trip, 10 people from 5 families stayed in Villa 58. It was spotless and well-maintained, featuring a private card/mahjong room and two smaller living areas – one upstairs and one downstairs. The only slight downside was that the main living room was a bit compact, so our group of 10 had to split into two to chat and enjoy tea. Environment: On our second day, we took the mini-train for a tour around the resort and were quite surprised by its expansive size! Electric shuttle buggies were available for convenient pickups and drop-offs. Service: The service was generally good, although there wasn't a clear map of the villas, which meant we spent a little extra time locating ours."

"It was my first time visiting the Natural Echo Resort. I booked a mud house here during the May Day holiday. It cost more than 600 yuan a night. I booked it in the evening. I followed the navigation and found the wrong place. It was dark everywhere and there was no one. The further I drove in, the more I felt something was wrong. I turned around and called the hotel 🏨, and finally found it according to the instructions. The room is just average. There is a smell when you enter, and the musty smell is too strong! And it’s not as bright as in the photo 😂, the photo is a bit deceptive, there’s nothing in the refrigerator, it’s completely empty. Also, the door of the cabinet for cups was broken. Once you opened it, the whole door fell off. It was ridiculous. 😒 The only advantage is that each room is separated by a distance, so they don't disturb each other and there is no need to worry about sound insulation. Let me complain about the breakfast on the next day. It was from 7:30 to 9:00 and was really average. There were steamed buns, bread, a kind of small cake, eggs, white porridge, wontons, egg fried rice, and the only fruits were oranges and cantaloupe. The coffee machine was broken. We went to eat at around 8:00 and there was no seat. It was crowded and the food was almost ”grabbed” away. My husband said it was like fighting for food in a slum. . Due to the shortage, the custard buns were hastily served while they were still cold in the middle, and there was no time to steam the frozen products. 😡 We had hotel breakfast on the morning of 5/3, which was not the first day of the holiday, but the third day. Didn’t they take into account the flow of people? Too bad. Fortunately, we didn't book a hotel that costs more than one thousand yuan a night. The service, environment and breakfast are not up to the standard of five-star hotel. It's so low. 😓 Won't come again a second time. . . 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻"

"Feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work and longing for a breather, the Flower Blossoms in Fengxian, Shanghai, is my sanctuary of healing. I escape to this idyllic countryside for the weekend to rejuvenate! The resort is surrounded by a winding river, fields, and trees, and right now, the rapeseed flowers are in full bloom, turning the fields a golden yellow. The blue and white tiled infinity pool in the courtyard is incredibly photogenic. Under the sunlight, the shimmering blue of the pool seems to hold back the summer heat, creating a scene reminiscent of Santorini – no filter needed! Imagine lying on a beach chair, feeling the breeze, and simply letting your mind wander – all your work worries will vanish! Next to the pool is a pink sand beach, a visually striking sight. The butler thoughtfully provided sand-digging tools, making it impossible to stop digging! The resort's architecture consists of wabi-sabi style villas. I booked the Nude Residence, which opened to a private courtyard. Sunlight streamed into the room through the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a fleeting glimpse into my ideal life. I was completely captivated by their bathtub! The enormous tub faced the view, and soaking in it made me forget everything. Even better, the bed faced the large window, and the rapeseed flowers and green trees outside created a picturesque scene – my mood was indescribably wonderful! The rooms on the second floor held even more surprises – stargazing rooms! Lying there at night, gazing at the countless stars was incredibly romantic. Thoughtfully, there was also a private bathroom on the second floor, so you didn't have to go downstairs. The resort boasted a large lawn with several giant haystacks, a sight only found in Northwest China. Taking photos on those haystacks was a breeze! The craft workshop offered a variety of experiences, including printmaking, painting small pottery jars, and tie-dyeing. After completing your craft, you could take your creation home – a truly satisfying experience! I initially thought everyone here was staying, but surprisingly, nine out of ten people were there for coffee and milk tea. The afternoon tea was both beautiful and delicious, a real treat. The resort offers two restaurants that you can switch between at your leisure: choose the Western restaurant for steak, or the Chinese restaurant for local cuisine. Both feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside while you enjoy your meal. As the sun sets, watch the fields bathed in its gentle and romantic light – this resort is simply irresistible! The breakfast is piping hot and nutritious, perfect for starting your day full of energy. A weekend getaway for working professionals like yourself is all it takes to rejuvenate and recharge for the next day!"

"We changed the hotel on the first night and stayed at the Pearl Lake Resort. The resort has a beautiful environment and the room facilities are complete and very good. Returning to the Swan Lake Resort Hotel on the second night: the front desk staff is too unactive, the room facilities are outdated and the smell is very heavy. This is the recommended hotel for the Shanghai Pearl Lake Long Feet Festival, but the service staff inside did not know that the lunch was not in advance. Later, many people said that they had to advance and the cockroach was half an hour in advance. I didn't eat because the time I ate early was too short for the running time. This is the first regular hotel I have encountered in the country that does not understand the breakfast of the horse."

"The kids were looking forward to it, but from the moment they walked in, they were disappointed! First of all, the house is next to the main road, so it was very noisy at night; secondly, the wood smell was strong, and it felt like the house was moving when you walked on it; thirdly, the details were not in place, you had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste yourself, there was no comb, and the washbasin was leaking and not fixed... The breakfast was mediocre, and many of them were not hot or cold. In short, I felt disappointed after the whole trip!"
