As you walk down the small lane to the entrance, the subtle, fresh scent from the trees and bushes on both sides immediately gives you a taste of spring. I booked a room with a small balcony, and waking up in the morning to enjoy a cup of tea out there, surrounded by that lovely natural fragrance, was incredibly relaxing. The room itself was well-equipped, spotless, and very clean. I'll definitely be back, and next time I'll bring more friends for a team-building getaway. It's a perfect spot for it!"

"Eight of us friends booked an 8-bedroom, 2-common area villa for some relaxation, good food, drinks, card games, to escape the summer heat, and strengthen our bond. The villa was spotless. As soon as we stepped in, the air conditioning was already on, providing an instant refreshing coolness that immediately made a fantastic impression. "Booked a room at a non-premium price point, but ended up with a view of ongoing construction and no scenic outlook. It didn't bother me much, though, as we spent our days at the theme park and weren't in the room much. Since my child is older, we had to pay an extra 299 yuan for an 'additional bed' upon arrival. Turns out, it was for using the existing pull-down bed, just due to their height. The hotel rules stated this, but I hadn't noticed it when booking. It just goes to show how every inch of space counts here. Although the building is older, it's very clean. The water pressure is excellent, and it's a bathtub, not a shower. The overall room space isn't huge. The high-definition original movies were a great bonus, I ended up watching them the next morning! The shuttle boat was convenient, and the staff's service was fantastic; there were plenty of staff members on duty. My child also really enjoyed collecting stamps for the 10th-anniversary event. Overall, it was still a very good stay."

"It's clear that the guest rooms are well-maintained; although they're old, they're still habitable. However, the main building lacks any distinctive features, and the facilities throughout the park are basically abandoned. You should definitely book a campervan-type room, which allows for barbecues and camping, giving you a much better experience."

"I chose the resort on Ctrip during the National Day holiday. It takes 3.5 hours to drive to Chongming Ecological Island. The traffic is very congested during the holiday. The resort is quite large, with complete entertainment facilities, kayaking, swings, children's playground, lawn, fishing, camping, RV camping, KTV, billiards, etc. There are barbecue, Chinese food, tea, a small shop, bonfire party in the evening, and an open-air cinema. The room is a homestay, just clean. The service is warm and thoughtful, and there are small gifts."

Returning to the Swan Lake Resort Hotel on the second night: the front desk staff is too unactive, the room facilities are outdated and the smell is very heavy.
