"Very much enjoy the kind and friendly staff, from the moment we stepped out of the taxi we felt cared for.  We had to pay extra for the breakfast and the hot springs.  Did I mention there are so many pools of varying temperatures and some had Chinese medicine immersed.  We got so relaxed and sleepy that we wound asking the restaurant staff to box up our order to take upstairs.  After resting we found the food was EXCELLENT!  Kudos to the chefs.  The half steamed chicken tasted like 贵妃鸡！  The asparagus was so tender and the fresh walnuts had the inner skin peeled.  So delicious with the 冬草 chicken porridge.  We slept so well .  The checkout can be as late as 3 pm, so accommodating, although we left around 1pm for our tour.  I highly recommend."

"We booked a single room, but the staff said they would upgrade us (we just wanted a clean place to stay, who cares about the upgrade?). That night, there was a foul smell coming from somewhere, and we couldn't sleep well all night. Even in December, there were mosquitoes in the room. Early in the morning, the kitchen was making breakfast, and the smoke drifted into the room through the crack in the door, waking us up. The breakfast wasn't good either. When traveling from out of town and unsure which hotel is good, it's better to stay in a chain hotel; at least it's more balanced in all aspects."

"Staying at this guesthouse felt like a gentle embrace from life itself. The old wooden tea table, bearing the marks of time, and the warm tea flowing down my throat made me realize that life should be this gentle and unhurried. The natural frames at the stair landings captured the four seasons without any need for composition. We simply lived alongside the mountains, accompanied by the wind, enjoying the unique tranquility of the wilderness. There was a loquat tree in the yard, and I experienced the joy of ”loquat freedom” by picking them right off the branch – simple yet luxurious. The biggest surprise was meeting a heritage paper-cutting artist, who magically conjured intricate patterns. Even a leaf in her hands transformed into a tiny bird, the thin foliage imbued with new life, as if ready to spread its wings and fly away at any moment. The armchair by the fireplace awaits my return to experience winter; the winter in the mountains must surely be a serene affair."

"The environment is nice and hygienic. The downside is that the shower water is too cold. The hair dryer can only blow boys' hair. The weather was cool during the days I was there. The air conditioner was not strong, and the quilt was cold all night."

A cleaning lady provided detailed answers to all your questions (her name is ”Yang Jie” in the last picture), which deserves praise. This room type includes one free entry to the public hot spring bath, which is staffed on a rotating basis. They proactively offer ginger tea/water, providing excellent service. The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops. If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice."

Her explanations were detailed and easy to understand. The overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the itinerary planning was hassle-free. Our vacation experience was superb, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!"
