"This May Day holiday, I chose a hotel with convenient parking since I was driving. This hotel has an underground parking garage, which was great. Its location right by the Olympic Sports Center is super convenient – just cross the road and you're there. The night view is fantastic. I specifically booked an executive floor for a higher vantage point to enjoy the surrounding night view and the Olympic Sports Center even more. The service was excellent; when my child couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, staff immediately came to help. The front desk service was also very good, check-in was quick, and after I checked out, they even contacted me to inquire about an item I'd left in the room. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with this stay."

"The day before check-in, the hotel butler added me on WeChat and provided instructions on how to reach the hotel. There's a dedicated hotel parking lot, so no need to go to the customer service center first. Just navigate directly to 'Shuangquan Hotel Parking' and head to the hotel lobby to check in. Service: There was no concierge staff to help with luggage, but the front desk staff were quite good, answering all our questions. Both of our reserved rooms were upgraded. When one room card was lost, the front desk receptionist replaced it for free, and their service attitude was excellent. Environment: The environment is pretty good, and the location is arguably excellent. It's right near the Tourist Service Center, making it convenient to get everywhere! It's also very close to the shuttle bus terminal at the customer service center, just a few minutes' walk. If you have enough time, you can even walk to various scenic spots instead of taking the shuttle. We got complimentary breakfast buffets for both rooms on the second floor of the hotel. The setting is nice, and the variety and taste are decent. I brought my baby, and I had requested a bed rail in advance, but they could only install it on one side, and it wasn't very sturdy. The baby toiletries only included a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. The sink was a bit high for a baby; I'd suggest providing a step stool, otherwise, an adult has to hold the baby to wash hands, which is inconvenient. Overall, the hotel is quite good, and staying within the scenic area is super convenient! I'll definitely stay at Shuangquan again next time!"

"This inn is located right inside the scenic area, which is really nice. The room was spacious, and there's a canal right outside the window. I really loved the hotel's courtyard. Luggage transfer was very convenient, and there were no strange odors in the room. Both the inn owner and the staff were very welcoming. The morning market was pretty good; 30 yuan per person was more than enough to get a full meal, or you could opt for breakfast at the guesthouse. The complimentary Spring Show tickets were for excellent seats – if you get there early, you can even snag a front-row spot for a better view!"

We came to the southern mountainous area during the Qingming Festival. We originally wanted to write a review early, but we were too busy during this period. We were busy until May Day before we had time to sort out the previous itinerary. Originally we wanted to find a place to pitch a tent🏕️ and have a barbecue🍖 in the southern mountainous area. We fell in love with this B&B at first glance on Ctrip. When we arrived, we found that it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived on the first day, the hostess of the B&B was very welcoming and helped us carry our luggage. She also helped us find the refrigerator and put the vegetables and meat we brought (we planned to cook here). In the evening, we planned to cook a barbecue ourselves. The hostess was very enthusiastic and helped us find a place with electricity and lights in the yard. She also prepared tea and barbecue tools for us. Because it was too late to finish the barbecue and it was very cold in the mountains, I threw the used barbecue grill and plates full of oil stains there and went back to sleep. However, I was surprised to find that those things had been washed by the store the next morning. Clean. We got up at ten o'clock the next morning, and the store specially left breakfast for us. At noon, we wanted to cook for ourselves, and found that the kitchen was fully equipped with pots, seasonings, oil, etc., so we cooked there ourselves. We made fried eggs with tomatoes and fried meat with peppers, and also used the store’s rice cooker to steam rice (the store enthusiastically prepared rice for us when we heard that we wanted to cook rice). In the afternoon, we also set up a tent at a high place in the yard and spent the afternoon very comfortably, basking in the sun, eating snacks, and feeling very comfortable. When we finally left, we heard that we had to take the bus back. The B&B was still a bit far from the bus stop, so the owner even drove us to the bus stop. "The inn is located above the Yefang Restaurant in the Mingshui Ancient Town scenic area, but it wasn't noisy at all, with good soundproofing. The room has a long balcony, providing a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There's also a long sofa where you can relax with a cup of tea and enjoy the scenery of the ancient town. The innkeeper was very welcoming and helpful. As soon as we checked in, she took our two suitcases and walked us upstairs to our room. Seeing we were traveling with children, she even offered several extra bottles of water. Downstairs is a food court, making it very convenient for finding food. During my three days and two nights in the scenic area, I enjoyed fried tofu corners, Shandong pancakes, wontons, glutinous rice cakes, rolled cold noodles, shabu-shabu mutton, and a variety of other street food. The prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. The scenic area features a variety of performances, and the setting, surrounded by small bridges and flowing water, evokes the tranquil atmosphere of an ancient water town. While the ancient town and the inn's staff are truly impressive, there are still many shortcomings. I hope they can be improved to ensure this wonderful scenic spot is not wasted. 1. The inn's water heater is too small. A father took his child to the shower, but the hot water ran out before the child finished. He had to use a mixture of hot water and water to clean the child. He thought the water heater was broken, but maintenance personnel came and checked and told him it was simply running low. This is incomprehensible. Didn't the inn's construction consider that guests would shower? The water heater was designed to be incredibly small! 2. The scenic area's evening performances were poorly managed. On the first day, we arrived half an hour early, but there was no place to see the performance. We had to watch with our child in our arms. The adults, swamped in the crowd, stood for over half an hour and didn't see the dance floor at all. We only caught a glimpse of the drone scene. On the second day, we arrived over an hour early, but still couldn't get a seat. At least we got a relatively close seat and were able to see some of the performance through the crowd. I really don't understand the point of the complimentary performance tickets provided with the inn. Furthermore, the crowded environment showed no concern for safety issues. Tourists, overwhelmed by the crowds and unable to see the performances, engaged in arguments. All that could be heard were a few clamors from staff members, who were completely unresponsive. Fortunately, the arguments died down and didn't escalate; otherwise, the consequences of such a crowded environment could have been disastrous. The viewing areas for the performances at the inn and hotel were also separate, with no signage, raising serious questions about the management's planning and management capabilities. Overall, this is a scenic spot with great potential, but the management needs significant improvement or replacement, otherwise it will be difficult to truly attract tourists and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience."
