"The front desk staff spoke excellent English. We were a party of three and booked a twin room and a king room, which were conveniently located on the same floor – that was great. The hotel is located outside the city center, but it's not too far, and getting a taxi is very affordable. It's wonderfully quiet at night. The hotel also offers complimentary massages. There's a small scenic area nearby with Central Asian Islamic architecture, which is newly renovated and much better maintained than some of the older, less-kept attractions in the city center. The restaurants within this scenic area serve delicious food, though they are a bit on the pricier side for this city."

"This hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Samarkand Station. It was renovated at the end of 2025, so the interior and facilities are brand new. The best part is its proximity to the station, which is incredibly convenient for late-night arrivals or after getting off the train, as it minimizes the need to search for a taxi or carry luggage around. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are well-maintained and clean, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Moreover, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They even called a taxi for me when Yandex wasn't working, among other valuable assistance. It was a huge help!"
