Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. The front desk processed my check-in very quickly, and their service attitude was also good. The room was cleaned very well, and the bedding had no strange odors. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and both WiFi and hot water were very stable. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed while sleeping at night. The breakfast selection was sufficient, and the noodles from the live cooking station tasted great. For this price, getting this level of quality is definitely good value for money. I would consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.

It's 400 meters from Luonan New Village MRT Station and a 10-minute walk to Luonan Night Market. The night market was bustling, so I bought some snacks to enjoy back at the hotel. It was great to watch variety shows on my phone while eating. A minor drawback is that the hallways are long and there are too many rooms, which can be a bit noisy if someone accidentally opens their door.

Great location.5-8 minutes walk away from the subway and also to a street full of restaurant. The room is overlooking a river and comes with a sensor that auto open the blinds, flush your toilet and illuminates your bedside in the dark. Friendliest staff and also an unforgettable wholesome breakfast. Gotta try the noodles and the soya bean pudding. There’s a great seafood restaurant just next to the hotel and a great noodle shop across the street if you are craving for a warm bowl of noodle supper.

I found a hidden gem of a pet-friendly hotel! This time, I brought my big and small dogs to Gucun, and choosing this resort hotel was an absolute win. The room had great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable – no strange odors at all, making it perfect for guests with pets. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's just a 10-15 minute walk to that super popular internet-famous hotpot restaurant. The spicy broth gets more fragrant the longer it cooks, and dipping the tripe and fatty beef in it was incredibly satisfying. The staff were also wonderfully friendly, always greeting us with smiles, which genuinely made us feel very comfortable. Definitely a five-star experience!

My stay at Orange Hotel was fantastic, I have to give it a shout-out! As soon as I arrived, staff proactively helped with my luggage. During check-in, they patiently explained nearby tourist routes and even thoughtfully explained how to use the smart devices in the room – their service was incredibly warm and welcoming. The room environment was a delightful surprise. The overall design was simple yet stylish, and the warm yellow lighting was very relaxing. The bedding was soft and comfortable; I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The room was also exceptionally clean, spotless even in the corners. The view from the window was of lush greenery, and waking up to the sunshine in the morning was so pleasant. The reading room and lounge area in the common areas were also excellent, decorated with an artistic flair, perfect for quiet reading or working. The staff even gave me a small gift upon check-out – such thoughtful details! With such excellent service and environment, I'll definitely choose Orange Hotel again next time!

Clean and hygienic, parking is really convenient, parking is the most convenient hotel.

I have been to this Chinese restaurant for dinner and afternoon tea before. Come and experience the accommodation this time. The parent-child room was decorated very carefully, and my daughter chose the yellow duck theme room. The breakfast variety is a bit limited. The pancakes and juice were gone before 10 o'clock and they were not replenished. It was not a good feeling. But when we checked in that night, the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and personally guided us to our room. The room was on the first floor, and we needed to take the elevator from the lobby (second floor) to go downstairs. We took the elevator and the lady at the front desk met us by the stairs. I instantly felt that the management was in place. The guy at the front desk on the day of check-out was also very nice. He personally took us to the internal passage for guests staying in Gucun Park. Like the front desk 👍

Each room has a unique postcard, the tea set is simple, the facilities are complete, the murals are just right, there are a variety of sleeping pillows that are very comfortable to sleep on, and my last name is on the TV, which is very thoughtful. The washing machine room is a little small, but the location is generally compact. The equipment and service are very thoughtful, and the food delivery robot is very cute!
