This hotel, built on the former site of Yida Silk Factory, is a sight to behold in itself. Tucked away in the heart of the town, it offers a serene and beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle. With the help of our lovely butler, check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. Following video instructions, we arrived at the Wuzhen parking garage where our butler was already waiting for us, instantly easing any apprehension about visiting a new place for the first time. After entering the scenic area, we took a boat through the entirety of Wuzhen to reach the hotel, truly experiencing the unique charm of a Jiangnan water town from the water. The hotel's butler service truly lives up to its name; unlike many hotels with WeChat concierges who are often slow to respond, every request here was met with an immediate and efficient reply, which was incredibly warm and thoughtful. All in all, I highly recommend Yida as a five-star hotel in Wuzhen. It was definitely the highlight of our perfect trip to Wuzhen! My only regret is not asking for the name of our young, enthusiastic, and very helpful butler. I wish her all the best!

Honestly, the hotel room was decent, but I remember finding something dirty, so I can't give the cleanliness a five-star rating. The shiba inu at the entrance was absolutely adorable, and the overall hotel atmosphere definitely earns five stars. The service was absolutely impeccable; the staff was so enthusiastic! Excellent! Definitely worth a visit. The hot spring water wasn't hot enough, not as hot as a public bathhouse. The TV and the pool were positioned awkwardly, making it inconvenient to watch TV. The facilities definitely left something to be desired. It would be perfect if they could add a direct screen projection over the bathing pool. The hot spring is only open from 10 am to 10 pm because of equipment noise. They could actually solve the noise issue, but it would require spending more money on soundproofing. Overall, if the price is low, it's definitely worth it. If it's high, it's just average. But for the price I paid, around 400, it's certainly a very good guesthouse.

The location is excellent, very close to the Xizha Scenic Area, you can walk directly, it is especially convenient to travel and play, and it is also very worry-free to eat and go shopping around. It is really quiet in the middle of noisy, away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town and not away from the atmosphere of fireworks. The hotel as a whole is the elegant style of the white walls and tiles in the south of the Yangtze River, the atmosphere is full, the courtyard is surrounded by green plants, and the scenery is easy to take pictures everywhere. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the toiletries were complete, the facilities were well maintained, the sound insulation effect was also superb, the night was quiet and not noisy, and the sleep was particularly stable. The service is a plus, the staff is warm and caring, the check-in is efficient, and they will take the initiative to help with luggage, and share Wuzhen play guides, niche punch points and food recommendations. Any needs can be responded to in time, as kind as family. Wake up in the morning and open the window to feel the breeze of the water town, immersive experience the slow life in Jiangnan, super cost-effective

Listening to a friend's introduction, the ancient town of Yuyuan is a bit beyond my expectations. The green plants, environment and service are very good. Thanks to the reception of the small ginkgo ball balls. From the beginning of the reservation, the docking service is connected to the welcome stay. It is very good. The dumpling beach is very close to the snack street. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Siwan Street (morning market and pier). The greening is really good and there are people maintaining it every day. Although there are not many passenger flow at present, I really like the current time when there are few people in Jingmei, and I will bring friends next time!

The entire park is under unified management, and check-in procedures are centralized at the entrance, which is better than living in Pujin outside the scenic area. If you can’t walk anymore, call a tour bus at any time. The location of the inn is very good. It is quiet in the middle of the city and only a two- to three-minute walk from important attractions. There is a FamilyMart nearby, and shopping is also very convenient. Currently, there are still many facilities that are not fully equipped and there are not many dining options. Having a FamilyMart will be much more convenient. The room is large and clean. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good. If you have big luggage, you can only ask the front desk to help carry it upstairs. Breakfast is shared by several inns, and it is very busy during holidays. When it gets colder and I can see the ginkgo trees, I will still stay at this inn, it’s good.

I came to Alila on a weekday to avoid the crowds, and I've been here before. I highly recommend staying at this Alila in Wuzhen. The environment, facilities, and service are all excellent. It's no wonder it has won awards – the design is stunning, and every photo you take turns out great. The hotel breakfast is also delicious with a wide variety of options. I particularly recommend the lamb noodles and the small wontons; they're so tasty! What was an unexpected surprise was the travel photography service. The studio also provides outfits and light makeup. I highly recommend photographer Aobo; he's fantastic and provides excellent, very enthusiastic service. He really brought out the emotional value and is great at candid shots. He captured my child so vibrantly, I love it!

I have been to the small town of Puyuan many times. Every time I go, I choose Meishang Hotel. The service is as excellent as always. This time I traveled during off-peak hours and it was very quiet. The hotel also added a lot of personalized services, such as experiencing singing bowls and going to the gym. The experience is good. Xiao Yao from the hotel specially picked us up at the door and sent me the guide and weather information in advance. Very thoughtful!

My recent stay at the Wuzhen Licheng Bieyuan Hotel was excellent. The hotel's ambiance was lovely, the service superb, and the cleanliness impeccable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary fruit platter waiting for me in the room before check-in. The smart assistant (Xiaodu) in the room was a really smart and convenient feature. Additionally, the location offers very convenient access to transportation.
