"The hotel I stayed at in Los Angeles was right downtown. I guess American cities are different from back home; the downtown areas are mostly for business and offices, so there isn't much to see or do. Parking was also inconvenient and expensive. The hotel itself was very old, and the facilities looked quite dated. You really can't compare it to hotels in China."

"Good location, the lobby provides water and coffee. The room conditions are fair, soundproofing is not very good, can hear the voice and sound around us, but it’s okay after we use the ear plugs, we can still sleep well.
The breakfast is good as it provides variety of foods.
The swimming pool is open but the hot tub is closed during our visit."

The staff is top notch at this beautiful boutique hotel. I had everything I needed for a perfect beach workcation. Rooms are large with a beautiful ocean view. WiFi in the rooms were strong with good download speeds. The property is located next to the pier and the sunrise and sunset views are not to be missed.. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant overlooking the ocean was delicious. Beach chairs, umbrella and food/drink service available. My only regret is not staying longer. Definitely recommend!

GGuest UserThis hotel is quite large and the facilities are brand new, making for an excellent stay! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactively offered us a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.
The location in the Chinese district is perfect. There are two large Chinese supermarkets just a short walk downstairs, and plenty of Chinese restaurants and hometown specialty eateries nearby. If you're traveling and craving a taste of home, you'll have no trouble finding it here – it's ideal for Chinese travelers.
The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

GGuest UserHotel location, hardware, nothing to say, the stay experience is good, half a year later to live again. This time the room is more square and the view is better, but something unexpected happened. The room issued a fire alarm at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. The whole family jumped from the bed, hurriedly dressed and cleaned up. After going out, the neighbors who escaped back told me that it was a false report. After returning to the house, they were shocked and unsure. They slept all night. The alarm sounded again at 6 am, there was no follow-up voice notification, and we lay down again. I thought the hotel would apologize the next day, but the short message sent by the hotel the next day was an invitation for a weekend event. The word did not mention the oolong incident, and the bad review. The second night was still affected by the shock incident, afraid that the alarm would sound again and didn't sleep well. Overall, the daytime experience was good and the night was poor.

LLaura zzI’ve stayed here many times and usually everything is great. The check-in staff was very nice, but the person at check-out was unprofessional. I understand the invoice has to come from a third party, but giving me a blank one with no details is just careless — especially when other staff have done it properly before. Really disappointing this time.

CCHENGThe mattress was very comfortable, and I slept very peacefully. The pillow I set was a double bed room with 4 pillows. It was enough for me. The cabinet capacity was also large. Room, with bathtub, separate shower room, the most important thing is tropical rainforest flowers! !!
The surrounding dining is great because there are many snacks in the central area and the hotel management is also a big brand. There is definitely a guarantee. I will come here next time!
