LatuoweiyawanglanI stayed at this hotel for three consecutive nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and there was a supermarket conveniently located right outside. A particular highlight was their underground parking garage: the entry and exit points were very wide, allowing even large vehicles to maneuver in and out smoothly, and the parking spaces themselves were very generously sized. The only minor downsides were that the hotel facilities felt a bit dated, and the shower water pressure was quite low. However, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Overall, everything else was great – it was clean and the service was good.

JaniceEverything is perfect except the hotel location which is a little far from the nearest metro station and of course, away from the main shopping district and attractions.
However, the comfort of the room more than made up for it. The shower head pressure was strong, the sheets were clean and crisp, and the a/c and heater worked fine. The housekeeping service was pretty stellar as well, and we even got a can of olive oil as a welcome gift as well as a bagel as part of the Three Kings’ celebration.
If you are looking at doing your laundry, note that the nearest laundromat is abt a 7mins walk away (300m). Bring your bedroom slippers too as the hotel doesn’t provide any.
Overall, we had a great stay at Hard Rock Madrid and will recommend all who are looking for a lux stay at a reasonable cost.

The room was spotless and very tidy, and housekeeping did an excellent job daily. Maybe we were lucky, as we didn't encounter any of the bizarre issues mentioned in other reviews. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; we arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, and they kindly checked if our room could be prepared early. We were fortunate to get an early check-in. Everything went smoothly!
The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended! There was such a wide variety that it was easy to get overwhelmed and accidentally eat too much. I wasn't hungry for the rest of the day. The yogurt bar left a strong impression: thick yogurt, individual cream cheese balls, and cubed cheese curds, all served with nuts, sunflower seeds, dried plums, and dried dates. You could grab a ceramic bowl and mix and match to your heart's content. One bowl like that would keep me full until evening! 😄😄 It's a shame I didn't take any photos; I honestly forgot. The hotel was very thoughtful, with three coffee and tea stations. There was also a separate area with packaged snacks and drinks; it was really thoughtful for tourists to grab a couple on their way out.
I will definitely come back here again when I visit Madrid.

We stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out.
The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped.
The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless.
What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion.

Jong-Ki KimTheir room key had problem when one go out after check-in, making it not working deliberately for security, that’s they said, even I went to eat something in their restaurant, after that room key was not working I couldn’t enter my room and ask validation again at front desk. I never experienced such manner over the world. I don’t like revisiting later

H MatthiasMixed experience. Hotel was interestingly designed with very helpful reception staff. They observed me showing up with crutches and offered a room with a walk-in shower. It ended up still being impossible to shower safely, so they brought a shower wheelchair which unfortunately couldn't fit into the (very narrow) shower area. The staff were very helpful and warm.
However; the room lacked ample charging points, it was difficult to control the lights, it didn't have any tea or coffee.. It was very underwhelming considering the price and its five star rating.

I booked this hotel because it was “close” to the airport… however you cannot walk to the hotel, and the shuttle information from the airport to the hotel was not correct and I couldn’t find the bus, so I had to taxi to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good, but it could be served a bit earlier since most people stay at the hotel to get a flight out the next morning. The shuttle to the airport at 7:15am was great, comfortable and on time! The rooms walls are very thin though and you can hear even in the corridors and next to you 🙈 It was a decent bed to sleep on though and a great shower.

ChenjumoThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's located right in the heart of the city, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling center. You can take the metro directly from the airport, and within a few minutes' walk from the hotel, you'll reach Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and the Royal Palace of Madrid! Staying here completely eliminates the hassle of transferring metros. The hotel has a beautiful garden design with lots of greenery, making it very comfortable. And the breakfast is delicious too!

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower.
We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website).
Besides, the living room was a bit dark.
On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests.
The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby.
Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

Facilities: There's a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave.
Cleanliness: Not clean. Pillows and sheets smelled, and the sofa bed was caved in.
Environment: There's a pool, and rooms facing the street are quite noisy.
Service: The sofa bed wasn't opened for us; we had to do it ourselves.
