YYong Wei LongA cozy stay near Universal Studios Beijing. Free shuttle bus to and fro at designated timing. Host is helpful in helping to book the shuttle bus. There's a common area outside the room. Where we enjoyed BBQ skewer delivery for supper at night. Will stay again if visiting Universal Studios Beijing again.

GGuest UserHow do I put this... I've stayed in quite a few decent B&Bs, and this one just gives me the impression that the owner isn't very focused on service, mainly aiming for a casual vibe, I guess... It's been a long time since I encountered a B&B or hotel where the drinks in the room fridge cost extra. When I asked for two small bottles of water, the response I got was, ”The large bottles are free too.” I don't understand what that even means... Of course, I know the large bottles are free, but do I have to drink from a jug if I want cold water? They did eventually bring them, just two small bottles... The breakfast was also quite disappointing; it's the first time I've encountered something like this at this price point for a B&B. The overall feeling is just very stingy.
There's a nearly right-angle turn outside the B&B, and our car is quite long. No one came out to guide us or help us navigate... I'll just leave it at that for now.

DDaniel Yee Weng KwongPositive side of hotel, location is near to the high end shopping mall SKP and SKP-S. Hotel environment is high end, cleanliness is superb, hotel room size is execellent, the amenities are complete and with a very good quality. The hotel puclic area and toilet were well maintained. Breakfast quality is top notch with a lot of choices. Breakfast at top floor 40th, it offers a very good city view.
Definately a top choice for business and family vacation.
The hotel staffs are professional and proactive. Check in and check out process are very fast and efficient.
Area for improvement, 5 stars property need to have a swimming pool. Hotel can consider offer a complimentary instant noodles inside the hotel room as supper for the hotel guest since all hotel room has kitchenette.
Please set the sofa at the lobby living hall for hotel guest to wait for the taxi / Didi.
Please consider to provide the pajamas to the hotel guest.
Please consider to upgrade the hotel toilet to smart toilet.

GGuest UserThe rooms are clean and tidy, and having disposable bath towels makes showering very convenient. With a mahjong machine and KTV, it's a great choice for friends' gatherings or family trips. The host team is also excellent and very responsive to requests. It's also very close to Universal Studios, which is super convenient. I highly recommend everyone choose this place!

MMeiyincidufuHighly, highly recommended!!! Our group of four climbed Dongling Mountain this morning, and the scenery was so beautiful we didn't want to go back to Beijing. On a whim, we wanted to find a hot spring hotel nearby where we could relax and soak, and we found this one. The scenery was absolutely stunning!!! The entire village has excellent red-themed architecture and a very positive atmosphere. Even the small village museum's 3D video was quite good, creating a great ambiance, and in the morning, you could see the iconic red star right outside your window!! And the best part? The hot spring was incredibly relaxing! Enjoying a barbecue in the misty mountains, listening to the rain while soaking in the hot spring… friends, it was indescribably comfortable!!
The owner and the manager were very kind, providing us with free breakfast. After breakfast, we immediately bought two jars of the same fermented bean curd online—it was so delicious, hahaha!
In short, a perfect recommendation, we will definitely go again!!!

KKallystaWe had the most amazing stay! The hotel went above and beyond! He helped us order food and translate made sure we had everything we needed when we left to Explore. We were checking out earlier than when he makes the breakfast and asked what time he would have it ready so we were fed. so he had it ready at 6:30 in the morning. we’ve never had a hotel yes beyond in every detail! we will recommend this hotel to everyone we know. they even welcomed us with fruit and dessert, plates and yummy drinks. and every night gave us more amazing drinks before bed.

Outstanding
AAHLAN WASAHLANGreat Location and a Very Helpful Host, but Bathroom Drainage Needs Improvement
The location is fantastic! It is very close to the metro station and conveniently located in the iQiyi building. Overall, it was a good stay, except for a few issues.
First, the sink was clogged and the window couldn't be locked. However, as soon as I informed the host, they took action and fixed both issues immediately. Excellent host!
The main problem, however, was the bathroom floor. The drain was severely clogged, and the water would pool up and not dry even after leaving it overnight. I informed the host, and they advised us to shower inside the bathtub and make sure the shower curtain was fully closed. We did exactly as instructed, but the water still flooded the floor. I didn't want to argue or complain about the same thing twice, so I just let it be.
On the bright side, the hospitality was great. The host cleaned the room, changed the towels, and replenished the mineral water every single day. They even helped me receive my Taobao deliveries! Overall, it was an okay stay, but it would have been perfect if not for the bathroom floor drainage issue.

Very Good
KKai En CheahThe location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. There are subway and bus stops nearby, and taxis are easy to find. The homestay is very close to Sanlitun, just a few hundred meters away, making shopping convenient. There are also convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. The guesthouse has a beautiful view, and the price is very affordable for the area. The rooms are also very comfortable, with large TVs upstairs and downstairs, and a kitchen for simple cooking. We rented an eight-person room and stayed for seven days. A cleaning worker came to clean the room every day, and both adults and children were very satisfied. However, only the bathroom upstairs has a shower, which might be inconvenient for elderly people with mobility issues.

CClayton TrekkerLonghu building is near to the scenic site entrance and about 5mins walk. You can access via the restaurant as a short cut and having breakfast there. The rooms is clean and the bed is large and able to cater for 2pax. One toilet located on top of the level and washing machine available. Any issue you can WeChat the incharge and he responses well. You can order food via their service menus. At night around 8pm can watch drone show from the room. Overall moderate to good accommodation.

TThe Domestic China TravelerHotel was very clean. Was in a good location where it was near a lot of bus lines and some grocery stores. Excellent view from the city in where I was at. Washer was very good in how it washes the clothing well. Clothesline is in an excellent area in her house near the kitchen where it dries the clothes very quick in like 2 days!
The owner can be a little shady at times as well as her workers that works for her. I really didn't like how she moved me back and forth to her other house on the 2nd and 3rd days of my stay back to the first house on the first day, under the story that I was a special guests. More like she is trying to get maximum usage of the room that I was in where she was able to move me to her dingy house which wasn't being occupied by anyone at the moment. It was very disruptive where I couldn't go out sighseeing very well on those days. Thank god this was done to me when I was already on the last week of my trip where I didn't need to travel to anymore famous attraction in Beijing and was ready to leave.
I really hated the way that I was feeling like I was being rushed by her younger 2nd worker with the bleached brown hair to hurry up and pack to move to the other house. I felt really irritated by him at times! Her other worker was friendly and ok. I really wanted to do it by myself and then move to the other house.
She also gave me a bunch of torn and tattered bills when she gave me back my deposit. What is with that?
I am mad with her but yet feel sorry for her that she has to do multiple businesses to survive like cleaning other people's clothing and a grocery store because of her economic situation where she is forced to do these underhanded tactics to survive as well as most other people in China that have to deal with a similiar situation.
Hopefully we won't have to live in a world like this soon that is so cruel.
