YYong Wei LongA cozy stay near Universal Studios Beijing. Free shuttle bus to and fro at designated timing. Host is helpful in helping to book the shuttle bus. There's a common area outside the room. Where we enjoyed BBQ skewer delivery for supper at night. Will stay again if visiting Universal Studios Beijing again.

”If you come to Universal Studios, you can't go wrong with this place! The lady boss is so nice! She is warm and considerate, and she took care of us like family from check-in to check-out. The homestay is clean and cozy, and you can grill in the yard. I asked for two breakfasts, and the lady boss specially prepared a small portion of wontons for me because I was with my children. She is a super nice lady boss! I will definitely stay here next time~

MM507608****This guesthouse is absolutely spot on for my aesthetic! The hallway was sparkling clean as soon as I walked in, with white walls, natural wood doors, and a large mirror – it's simple yet sophisticated, perfect for Instagram-worthy shots.
The bathtub by the window in the bathroom is just divine! You can soak in the tub and look out at the charming villas and greenery outside. The twilight blue ambiance in the evening is incredibly relaxing; anyone who stays here will be captivated by the experience!
The bedroom is also pristine with its creamy white tones. The bedding is so soft and cozy, once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The minimalist style is incredibly calming, making even breathing feel comfortable.
Overall, it's that kind of comfort where it 'looks simple but all the details are perfectly executed.' My mood instantly improved after checking in. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

Aai****Brought my parents here for a private hot spring experience. I initially thought the bungalows might be cold, but every room was wonderfully warm. The private courtyard offered a great sense of security, and the butler and auntie were incredibly welcoming without being intrusive.
The afternoon tea fruit was very fresh, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The mulled wine served in the evening was absolutely delicious.
But the real highlight was the hot spring itself – it's genuine, and my skin felt so smooth after soaking. I'd definitely come back for a second visit.

- very good location, small mall within the building and walking distance to San Li Tun and subway.
- while taxi doesn’t pick you up/drop off directly outside the apartment, it is just a short walk to the main road
- spacious apartment, with 3 queen beds. The washing machine provided is also a bonus.
- plenty of toiletries provided like bedroom slippers, body wash, detergent. This homestay provides disposable towels, so bring your own towel if you are particular
- host is very responsive to questions or problems faced (see cons below)
Cons
- the unit i was assigned to on 5th floor is beside a gathering area/club for people. The walls in the room are very thin so I could hear the loud music and people talking from that room late at night. Had to tell host to inform the security to get them to lower their volume twice in the middle of the night
-of the two toilets, only one has an actual shower area.
- I did not like that the 5th floor unit was on the same floor as an outdoor garden area, so people could look into your room if you did not close the curtains.
Overall, if you can look past the cons listed you can consider this apartment for future stays. I will request for a unit that is not on the 5th floor in future.

MM56405****Absolutely fantastic! The two kids played in the room until midnight without any need for adult supervision. The moms just chatted and drank the whole time – it was so relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is super close to the ancient town, only a five-minute walk. There are supermarkets downstairs and restaurants right outside the door, which is incredibly convenient. The owner is really nice and was quick to resolve any issues we had. Remember to bring some sausages when you go; there are lots of little cats downstairs waiting for you to feed them!

GGuest UserThe duplex triple room was fantastic! It was spacious with three very practical beds, and the separation of living areas upstairs and downstairs made for a really comfortable stay. It was clean and well-equipped (the projector TV was awesome, and the washing machine, fridge, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly). The location is great too, close to the subway, making it super convenient to get to Sanlitun and Workers' Stadium. Plus, there are plenty of places to eat and shop downstairs, which was a lifesaver. The host was very responsive. Overall, a great experience – highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserIt’s such a cute little place to stay at with awesome views. The owners are so sweet! We checked in late because of a missed train and they helped us despite the late hour! Excellent food and cool animals on site. 10/10 would return the next time I’m in Beijing! 🤩

TThe Domestic China TravelerHotel was very clean. Was in a good location where it was near a lot of bus lines and some grocery stores. Excellent view from the city in where I was at. Washer was very good in how it washes the clothing well. Clothesline is in an excellent area in her house near the kitchen where it dries the clothes very quick in like 2 days!
The owner can be a little shady at times as well as her workers that works for her. I really didn't like how she moved me back and forth to her other house on the 2nd and 3rd days of my stay back to the first house on the first day, under the story that I was a special guests. More like she is trying to get maximum usage of the room that I was in where she was able to move me to her dingy house which wasn't being occupied by anyone at the moment. It was very disruptive where I couldn't go out sighseeing very well on those days. Thank god this was done to me when I was already on the last week of my trip where I didn't need to travel to anymore famous attraction in Beijing and was ready to leave.
I really hated the way that I was feeling like I was being rushed by her younger 2nd worker with the bleached brown hair to hurry up and pack to move to the other house. I felt really irritated by him at times! Her other worker was friendly and ok. I really wanted to do it by myself and then move to the other house.
She also gave me a bunch of torn and tattered bills when she gave me back my deposit. What is with that?
I am mad with her but yet feel sorry for her that she has to do multiple businesses to survive like cleaning other people's clothing and a grocery store because of her economic situation where she is forced to do these underhanded tactics to survive as well as most other people in China that have to deal with a similiar situation.
Hopefully we won't have to live in a world like this soon that is so cruel.
