"Pros: Great location, vibrant surroundings, and a good price. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the basic hygiene is acceptable. The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room type, which was a nice touch! Overall, the bedding matches the price.
Cons: The service could use improvement. The in-room phone was difficult to use; when I tried to call the front desk, an AI answered, and it took ages to finally connect to a human. I also missed the front desk's call twice before I finally picked up.
Furthermore, the hotel offers self-service laundry, but there's a time limit, and the notice isn't very clear. Last night, I wasn't the only one who missed it. When the time was up, it seemed like the power to the laundry room was cut off immediately. My clothes came out soaking wet and unspun, which was a real hassle late at night! Seriously, the staff managing the laundry room are so rigid – a complete cutoff exactly on time? Can't they let machines that are still working finish their cycle? Also, why not provide a laundry basket and some notepads for leaving messages in the guest rooms? That would make it so much easier to communicate with guests if there are issues. I'd suggest they learn from Home Inn Business Hotel. All in all, the laundry facility and its service were incredibly disappointing. Winter clothes are already thick, and my wet clothes even soaked my dry clothes when I brought them back, keeping me busy until the middle of the night!"

**View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying.
**Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

AAilvyouxingbiyoufangThe location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside and Metro Line 1 nearby, making it easy to get around to all parts of the city. My favorite place to go was MixC shopping mall. However, after a few days exploring Nanning, I found that staying in the old town area was even more convenient.
A pleasant surprise was the abundance of e-scooters in Nanning, which made solo travel very easy.
The hotel facilities are a bit dated. The floorboards are cracked, and the balcony door doesn't close properly. On New Year's Eve, it got quite windy, and it felt a bit like staying in Wuthering Heights. There was a disposable liner for the bathtub, but no bath salts. The laundry room had many washing machines, but they weren't very efficient. The wash-and-dry combo damaged my 'bird' jacket. It seems they prioritize quantity over quality. Take Hanting hotels, for example, they have three LG washer and dryer units that use low-temperature drying, which doesn't harm clothes and significantly reduces waiting times for guests.
The hotel service was very good; the butler was attentive and followed up constantly, doing their best to meet guests' needs. However, the hotel's management style seems to focus too much on KPI assessments rather than genuine guest satisfaction. This leads to them being a bit pushy in trying to get 5-star reviews. Guests who can afford this price point likely won't be swayed by sob stories or small favors, given their discernment and financial standing.
Overall, I still recommend it; it offers good value for money.

GGuest UserI have always loved this hotel for their dinners me and my wife enjoyed when we visited Nanning over the years. This time I had the time to stay in this hotel for first time. A fantastic 8 night stay. A lovely hotel. I will definitely return and I highly recommend you choose this hotel. The facilities, staff, food, everything is excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The staffs attention to detail is high quality. Room was excellent. Breakfast 10 stars out of 10. Superb Chinese and Western delicious foods. Coffee freshly ground beans and your choice of hot milk, soy milk etc etc. Health bread is available. The chefs poached my eggs every morning. Thank you. Swimming pool amazing. Fitness room nicely set up and well equipped. I like the location and ease of access. The airport bus starts and ends in the hotel entrance car park. Amazing!

The only downside was that we weren't informed about the marathon road closures on our second day when we checked in. This affected our plans to catch our flight, and although the hotel sent someone to talk to the traffic police, we still almost missed our journey.

GGuest UserBringing parents to Binyang to visit relatives + travel, compared a lot in Trip.com , and finally chose Binyang Yiduo Hotel. It turns out that my choice is too right! The whole family is very satisfied, and my parents have always praised me for finding a place.
Our family of three booked a standard room. The room space was oversized. Two 1.8 meters of beds were not crowded at all. The room facilities are very new, the TV, air conditioning, WiFi are super easy to use, the WiFi speed is very fast, the parents brush the video, and the relatives video is not stuck at all. The most intimate thing is that the front desk knows that we are taking the elderly and takes the initiative to arrange a low floor for us. There is no need to wait for the elevator, which is especially convenient for entering and leaving.
Service really has to be praised! From check-in to check-out, every staff member greeted each other with a smile and was very polite. The young lady at the front desk was super enthusiastic and wrote us a play guide, introducing in detail where Binyang is fun, where there is delicious, and how to go the most convenient. Recommend us to go to the ancient spicy rice flower fragrance scenic spot, see the art of rice fields, can also take the small train, parents are particularly happy. I also recommended the white crane view of the bamboo sea, the air is super good, the mountain climbing is very comfortable, suitable for the elderly to relax.
There is too much food around! There is a breakfast shop downstairs in the hotel. In the morning, I took my parents to eat Binyang salt cake. It was slippery, drizzled with sauce, and the rice was full. At noon, I went to eat white cut goose, fresh and juicy, and I was full of praise for the local sauce. Going to eat salmon at night, the fish is tender and sweet, without a little muddy smell.
There is nothing to say about hygiene. Every day, the aunt will come to clean on time, change clean towels and garbage bags, and replenish the supplies in time. There is no smell in the bathroom, and the sink and shower are clean. There is also a sofa and a small coffee table in the room. In the evening, our family of three sits there chatting and eating fruit. It is very warm.
Hotel location is also very convenient, in the core area of Chengdong New District, it is close to everywhere. 10 minutes walk from the passenger station, and a taxi to the high-speed rail station is also very fast. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies downstairs, shopping and buying medicine are super convenient. I was worried that my parents would not be used to it, but they lived happier than me, saying that they were more comfortable than staying in a five-star hotel.
This trip to Binyang, because I stayed at Yiduo Hotel, it became particularly perfect. Sincere, real and intimate, this is the most impressive thing I have ever seen in this hotel. It is highly recommended that friends who bring family and friends to Binyang choose here, and will definitely not let you down!

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

AAdilena AmranThe room is exactly as what is pictured in the platform. The customer service representative responded immediately on every query we made too. Everything seemed in place and everyone was thrilled to have such a nice place to stay for the final night before we flew back home.
Unfortunately, the water supply to the unit was cut off and we waited for quite some time for them to solve the issue. We had to request for a room change because how do we suppose to shower without water supply?
They agreed to change to another unit. Though the unit was smaller than the one we booked and get earlier, we tried to endure it since it was just for the night.
Perhaps the incoming guests can kindly request the owner to confirm water & electricity supply 1st before checking in because, changing to another unit in another block in the middle of the night is not definitely not ok to me.

WWuhushanzhongAfter searching on Ctrip, we took a taxi from Nanning to come here just to enjoy the original ecological and beautiful rural life in Yangmei Ancient Town. The service and environment of the inn made me feel that our visit was not in vain. The room facilities were complete, although we were Hebei people in the north are not used to the temperature of the room, so they can solve the problem by turning on the air conditioner in the room. The boss also enthusiastically introduced the overview of the ancient town, so we chose to stay for two nights and appreciate the prosperity of the Eighth Pier in the Song, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Nowadays, the people are quiet and peaceful. Live a quiet life, watch the sunrise in front of the inn in the morning, and watch the scenery of the Zuojiang River locked in fog. In the evening, after dinner, walk on the bluestone ancient road of ”Little Nanning” with a history of thousands of years, and listen to the stories of outstanding talents and talents in the Ming and Qing dynasties here. , if you choose a quiet and relaxing residence, this should be it, right?

CChink HannInitially I booked for Comfy Queen room which looking nice from the picture , slightly more expensive than other option, but I did not expect to have very small, squad toilet and dirty bathroom.So I change it to room with large balcony which is a lot better, bigger room , bigger bathroom and balcony.The room cleanliness, bed comfort are ok compare to the what you paid for.
The room is in a residential condo. Check-in is like Air BnB .They will give you room number and door code once you can contact them thru Wechat.But the most confusing is the address shown is the building and room to contact check in staff which appears to no response and very difficult to find from the map.The staff is lack of responsibility and a bit rude.No service mind.
Apart from above negative issues which I hope they will improve, the location is excellent. The building is opposite Airport shuttle bus line 1 station. The Nanning Metro station is 30 m away not include the Nanning railway station is about 600 m away. Convenience store is under the building,lots of restaurants, department store is within 2-300 m walking distance.
