XXiaoyaThe room was spotless and incredibly spacious, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view! They deliver complimentary afternoon tea right to your room, and in the evenings, there are cocktails, plus breakfast in the morning. The service is truly exceptional, especially the front desk staff – their attitude was absolutely superb! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserThe facilities are comprehensive, a bit old, but the overall feel is good. There are many hot springs, a pet park with lots of animals, and a large swimming pool. There's also an infinity pool on the beach with sea views. The hygiene is generally good, and the toiletries are L'Occitane. The service was good, except for the photographer assigned by the hotel for a complimentary photoshoot, who had a bad attitude. All the other staff provided service with a smile! There were also bonfires and fireworks at night. Overall, we had a great time and could easily spend a whole day at the hotel without needing to go out! 👍🏻 The private beach was the best part – the sand was very fine, it wasn't crowded, and we could play to our heart's content!

LLinyejuanbaiThe environment in the hotel is great and very suitable for relaxation. Listening to the sound of crickets at night is like returning to my hometown when I was a child. It is also very friendly to parents and children. You can swim in the rooftop swimming pool and then take a hot spring bath. There is also a large children's playground. Children like it very much and parents can relax their hands. The hotel room facilities are relatively new, the hygiene is also relatively good, and the service attitude of the staff is also very good.

MM52744****The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, and the hotel was exceptionally considerate of families with children, from room setup to dining arrangements, all catering to kids' preferences. The hot spring area also had shallow sections suitable for children, allowing them to enjoy the fun of soaking in the springs. Our whole family had a wonderful time here; it was a perfect vacation experience!

AAnonymous UserOur planned valentine trip to xunliao bay was perfected by our choice of POLTTON international apartment as our habitat. The apartment is quite easy to locate and its position overseeing the beach was one of our best experience. The apartment environment is clean and within proximity to nice restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. The hotel amenities are well maintained and very comfortable to use. The beddings are very comfy and make for a wonderful sleep experience. The breakfast was good with a variety of food to pick from. The staff were professional and hospitable too. I would surely stay at POLTTON again on my next visit to Xunliao bay

GGuest UserRandomly picked this hotel for my trip and was blown away! The soundproofing is incredibly good, and they even offer local snacks for breakfast. The front desk was so helpful with car rental – a total lifesaver for families with kids! The hallways are super quiet, and we had an amazing ocean view room. The beach is right downstairs, it's just perfect! We were so touched by the hotel's warmth when it rained. The staff proactively helped with our luggage, and the room was super clean with a great wet/dry separation. A good night's sleep here truly rejuvenates you!

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby faces the sea directly, which is stunning and reminded me of a luxury hotel in Wanning, Hainan. I was upgraded to a higher floor, and the ocean view from the room was fantastic. Being on a higher floor meant no mosquitoes, and it was so relaxing to sit on the balcony swing at night, listening to the waves and feeling the sea breeze. The hotel butler and service were both very thoughtful. There are plenty of entertainment options nearby, like parks and hot springs, so you could easily spend your whole trip just at the hotel. The only downside was that during the May Day holiday, it was incredibly crowded, especially at breakfast. For 108 per person, I honestly didn't feel it was good value for money.

KKuailedechushiHaving stayed at other Ramada hotels before, I chose the Ramada for my trip to Longmen. It was a truly remarkable choice. This hotel is arguably the best in Longmen County, with excellent amenities. The guest rooms were large, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The views overlooking Zengjiang River and Fenta Mountain Forest Park were particularly stunning. The staff were warm and courteous, and deserve praise. They even provided complimentary milk and fruit every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality, which I highly recommend. Parking at the hotel was convenient and free. A souvenir was also given upon departure. Having visited many county towns, I rarely find a hotel this good and this value-for-money. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a while, and the room was very clean. The environment was also perfect for our vacation and wellness retreat. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, food stalls, and snacks. The beach is super clean, and my kids loved playing there. I genuinely recommend it!

Ppz88612Will not be returning. Arrived at 3:30 PM only to be told the room wouldn't be ready for another 40 minutes as they were all still being cleaned, and there were no other rooms available. It took over ten minutes to check in with three staff members at the front desk, and they spoke so softly I couldn't understand what they were saying. Walked over to the ground floor restaurant to swat flies. The hallways were so dark because of the dark decor, even at 4 PM. The underground parking was also very dim with a lot of standing water on the floor. The room facilities were quite old. The only saving grace was the pool, which was very good – quite large and separated into adult and child sections.
