Facilities: The facilities are very complete; it's a relatively upscale hotel in Jinghai, and even has a mini-fridge. Great value for money! Cleanliness: Very clean, even the toothpaste is Colgate. Environment: Good soundproofing, lots of restaurants nearby. Service: They upgraded our room for free, and there was a pleasant surprise when we came back after dinner – a fruit platter! Not only was there water in the room, but the fridge also had coffee and other beverages.

Tired of the urban jungle, I yearned for a getaway to the mountains. So, I drove over a hundred kilometers to Ji County's Zuowang Mountain Resort, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations – a definite five-star review! This isn't your average B&B; the resort is expansive and built into the mountainside, with picturesque views at every turn. The facilities are comprehensive, featuring two koi ponds and an Instagram-worthy infinity pool that really sets the mood. Multiple viewing platforms at various heights offer progressively stunning vistas. Outdoors, the natural mountain scenery is breathtaking, offering expansive views of the village and countryside. The in-room amenities were a delightful surprise: a Mousse mattress ensuring a soft and comfortable sleep, Bulgari toiletries with a sophisticated and elegant scent, and even a Marshall speaker. Every detail exuded quality. It's a perfect blend of natural mountain ambiance and modern, luxurious facilities, balancing scenery, comfort, and quality. The food also completely surpassed my expectations. The freshly made flatbread for breakfast was crispy and delicious, and the à la carte home-style dishes were authentic and flavorful. It's the perfect place to completely unwind and destress from city life. Spending two days a month here, immersing myself in the fresh air and relaxation, is incredibly blissful. And a big thank you to the owner for the complimentary hawthorn snack souvenir – it was soft, fresh, and tastier than even Jinye or Yida!

The hotel was very clean, and the service was enthusiastic. Any extra items we requested were brought to our room quickly. The breakfast, which was available for an extended period, was varied and plentiful, with food replenished promptly. There was also a late-night snack service, and complimentary coffee and drinks were available freely. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Binjiangdao Pedestrian Street. It's an easy walk to attractions like the Porcelain House, Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence, and Zhangyuan. For places like the Five Avenues, Tianjin Eye, and Ancient Culture Street, cycling is very convenient. There are even electric scooter rentals available on the small road behind the hotel. Overall, getting around was very easy, and our stay was very comfortable!

Because I've been quite fond of the Ritz's little lion recently 🦁, I decided to arrange a weekend trip to the Tianjin Ritz. It happened to be our anniversary, so I booked a room in advance. After booking, the hotel called to discuss our needs. Knowing it was our anniversary, they even decorated the room a bit and sent a small cake. Since the hotel was quite busy that day, we weren't given a free room upgrade. We booked the Ritz Kids' Wild Exploration room, which is essentially a deluxe king room with a tent package. If you book a deluxe king room, you can add the tent (with the little lion backpack and toy) for an extra 300+ RMB. The kids absolutely loved it, and the tent was big enough for an adult to sleep in comfortably. If it were a suite, the tent would be the pointed-top one 🏕️. We were checked in by Mandy at the front desk, who was beautiful, kind, and meticulous in her service. After checking in, we exchanged WeChat details for easier communication; her service was warm and thoughtful. I feel like every staff member at the Ritz is enthusiastic and friendly, and the ladies are all very gentle. ❤️❤️ The overall environment is fantastic, and it's great for taking photos. You can customize your room key card; if you provide a simple sketch, they can put it on the card, and you can take it with you when you check out – a wonderful travel souvenir. The only minor drawback was a slight smell in the hallway, possibly due to humidity, like a mix of carpet and wood. It wasn't in the room, just in the hallway. The turndown service gift was just a small rose tea bag, which felt a bit underwhelming. Also, the hotel doesn't have a dedicated play area for children, and the children's toothbrush quality wasn't great, with some bristles falling out. But these are minor issues that don't detract from the overall experience. I would still choose the Ritz next time I come to Tianjin!

This hotel is situated right by the Hai River, and the river view rooms offer expansive views, allowing you to take in the stunning night scenery of the river. The indoor pool is a major highlight; it's beautifully maintained with clean water, and you can enjoy the outdoor views while swimming – a truly great experience. The guest rooms are spacious, and the bedding is quite comfortable. The executive lounge, Club InterContinental, also boasts excellent views. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue: the blackout curtains in my room malfunctioned and couldn't close properly. After contacting the front desk for maintenance, a technician arrived promptly that evening and quickly completed the repair. The overnight response efficiency was very high, and the problem was handled extremely well. Overall, the hotel's facilities are well-maintained, the service response is timely, and the location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around or taking a stroll along the Hai River. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Tianjin.

Coincidentally, our last day was Qixi Festival (Chinese Valentine's Day), and I was woken up in the middle of the night by 'happy sounds' from the next room, leading to a sleepless night. You can only imagine the psychological trauma for a mother... But objectively speaking, the quality of the Four Seasons is still top-notch. After exiting the subway, I got a bit lost and mistakenly entered through the vehicle ramp. The doorman at the entrance immediately rushed over to help with my luggage, which was a very warm gesture. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but Stella patiently explained everything and was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I even ran into TVB's Grace outside, and she's super beautiful in person! Although the experience on the last day was significantly marred, I guess it was a perfect imperfect stay.

Staying at the Wanda Vista Tianjin this time was such a stroke of luck! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, super close to Tianjin Station, which made getting around a breeze. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly friendly and efficient – check-in was lightning fast. They even told us about the dragon boat races happening on the Hai River. We booked a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows looked directly out onto the river. It was Dragon Boat Festival, so we got to watch the entire race clearly from the comfort of our sofa, without having to brave the crowds downstairs – the view was absolutely perfect! The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Tianjin! 🌟🌟🌟Oh, and right outside there's a stall selling 'Dabing Jia Yiqie' (a local pancake wrap), and next to it, a 'Paomian Shuangfei Wo' (a noodle dish). So good! 🌟🌟🌟

Breakfast during an extended stay: Breakfast was just so-so. Room type upgrade for extended stay (subject to availability): The hardware facilities are pretty good. Excellent price, good service, and the dinner at the executive lounge was very thoughtfully prepared. Overall, highly recommended. The surrounding area is very quiet with a strong business vibe. It's far from the city center, but it would be great to spend a couple of days at the hotel as a staycation when not attending meetings.

This hotel has a great cultural ambiance, making it a fantastic choice for bringing kids to a concert. I was particularly impressed by how incredibly affordable the Chinese restaurant set menu was, and the dishes were absolutely delicious – my child loved them! The service was also excellent. Thumbs up! 👍

Came to Tianjin for a family trip with the kids. Didn't have to make up beds individually, which saved a lot of energy. The room had plenty of storage, so it was easy to put away the kids' toys and our luggage. The starry ceiling was a big hit with the kids; they kept asking to go play in the lobby every day. Plus, there's a snack street right downstairs, making it a one-stop shop for eating, staying, and having fun.
